Plaza Hotel and Casino - Las Vegas - لاس فيجاس

اخترت هذا الفندق نظرا للسعر المعقول و موقعه من شارع فريمونت. لقد اندهشت بسرور لاكتشافى انه تم تجديد الغرف حديثا و لها مظهر أنيق و عصرى. كانت غرفتنا نظيفة جدا و مريحة ، مشكلتى الوحيدة كانت عدم وجود مكواة أو طاولة للكى بالغرفة. لم أكن متأكدا من أن ذلك كان هو الحال بالنسبة لباقى الغرف أم انه فقد خطئا من غرفتنا. لكن بصفة عامة مريح و مظهر جيد ، كان ذلك بالتأكيد ألطف غرف أقمت بها فى لاس فيجاس. لقد أحببت الموقع ، كان باستطاعتنا التمتع بالكازينوهات و السهر فى شارع فريمونت دون حمل عناء القيادة أو البحث عن تاكسي. كان ذلك الموقع للبالغين فقط بالطبع ، حيث انه لم يكن هناك أشياء لطيفة حقا للاطفال. بصفة عامة فقد استمتعت بتجربتى هنا تماما.

أقمت هنا لسماعى أنه قد تمت عملية تجديد كبرى ، لكن خاب ظنى. الأرضيات الجديدة كانت فقط فى بهو الفندق و ساحة الطعام ، و لكن غير ذلك ، كان الكازينو يبدو كما هو ، و باقى الفندق يظهر عمره. الغرف كانت كبيرة جدا ، لكن بدون خزائن للملابس ، فقط هناك مساحة صغيرة لتعليق الملابس. المرحاض و حوض الاستحمام كانا فى غرفة مستقلة صغيرة جدا لدرجة انهم لا يشغلون الا مساحة 4.5 قدم مربع من مساحة الأرضية. أحد المصابيح التى بجانب السرير لم يكن يعمل ، و قد أبلغت موظفا بالاستقبال بذلك ، و لكن لم يتم إصلاحه ، و على النزيل التالى ان يتعامل مع ذلك. لم تكن تجربة مريعة ابدا ، و لكنها فقط لم تكن ما تمنيته لها. فى الغالب سأتجنب الاقامة هناك فى المستقبل.

أقمت كثيرا فى فندق بلازا. الغرف قد تم تحديثها و هى فخمة. الطعام الجيد و الترفيه بالمكان. يقع مباشرة عند نهاية البلدة القديمة. سأعود!

غرفة الفندق كانت نظيفة. موقف السيارات الذاتى كان مريحا. لقد استمتعت بإقامتى فى فندق بلازا لاس فيجاس.

هذا العمل أُدير بصورة رديئة و يستحق 1.5 نجمة من 5 نجوم. لا أحد يدير مكتب الاستقبال لانه فى الفنادق المتوسطة سيبذلون جهدا لتوفير غرفتين بباب مشترك عند الطلب: أما الموظفين الهواة هؤلاء فلم يبذلوا حتى محاولة. لا أحد كان يدير التصميم المعمارى . تصميم الغرفة تم بخط بصرى واحد من الباب الأمامى مباشرة الى الدش. المصباح الذى فوق الطاولة الرئيسة كان يضئ بواسطة مفتاح الحائط فى حين أن المصباح الذى على طاولة التلفيزيون به مفتاح ذاتى ( عادة ، العكس هو المفروض). لا أحد كان يدير الصيانة ، الدش كان يُخرج دائما القليل جدا من الماء. لا أحد كان يدير الامدادات و التموين ، فقد كانت الصابونة هى الأصغر حجما مقارنة بحوالى 50 فندقا قمت بتجربتهم. لا أحد كان يدير خدمة النظافة ، كان هناك منشفة وجه مستعملة متروكة على ستارة الدش. فى اليوم الثانى زرت أنا و زوجتى غرفى والدّى قبل أن نخرج جميعا معا لاستكشاف وسط مدينة فيجاس. بلغة أسبانية ، قال عامل نظافة للآخر " هؤلاء النزلاء الاربعة يقيمون فى غرفة واحدة ( لائحة الفندق تسمح فقط لأثنين بالغرفة):" يجب عليهم أن يدركوا أن فى هذه الأيام بعض النزلاء يمكن أن يكونوا متقنيين للغة الأسبانية دون أن يبدو عليهم أنهم من الجنس اللاتينى. فى اليوم الثالث أزال عمال النظافة علامة " برجاء عدم الازعاج" من على الباب الخاص بغرفة والدى و حاولوا الدخول اليها ( أعتقد أنهم كانوا يريدون التأكد من عدد النزلاء بالغرفة). و لا يوجد سلسلة غلق اضافية بالباب. اتصل بى ابواى الذين أصابهم الهلع على موبايلى للتدخل. انهم يستحقون 1.5 نجمة بسبب الموقع الجيد و ليس العظيم.

Great stay pool was great but bar at pool was closed. Hotel is under staffed.

The Plaza is definitely feeling newer and cleaner than before its renovations a couple of years ago. The rooms are definitely nicer. The casino itself has just been redone, including the sportsbook finally. The few issues I had were that the pool only ranged from 3 feet deep to 5 feet deep. I'm 5'10" so it was impossible to really swim with my body being vertical because I could touch the bottom of the pool. Also, the free WiFi (I hesitate to call it that because it is part of the resort fee) was very spotty. There was some free outside connection I was able to latch onto on occasion, but the Plaza WiFi was faster the few times I was able to successfully connect to it.

I was disappointed in the pool and with no hot tub --I didnt get to use and wont stay there anymore and was never told about resort fee, plus tax.so because of that i wont stay there..and no poker room as before..however it was convenient to downtown.

I will never stay here again. for the money we paid to stay our lights in our room didn't work either did our tv we had to wait for over 30 mins for someone to come to the room. The bathroom was small that you almost had to step in the tub to shut the door.Front desk people we're rude & short...I have left several message for the hotel manager since our stay and have yet to receive a phone call back. the valet wouldn't even help put my mother's wheelchair in my truck. customer service is not what this hotel is about. We called for 2 blankets & 2 pillows and we were told that that was a little excessive. The pool closed at 4:30 P.M. when it gets dark at 7:00. Our stay here for the breast cancer walk is the worse stay we have ever had on Fremont St.

It was okay the room was clean. the curtains didn't help trying to block out the sunlight in the morning. the t.v. sucked it took a while for it to change channels.

We had an awesome time.

My stay was fine, except they do not provide a coffe maker which is fine but I called house keeping and they said they would bring one up and come to find out they do not provide coffee makers any longer also there was mold on the shower curtins and the paint was peeling in the shower. would not want to stay again

lobby clerk horrible not friendly. No smile no hello didn't care about our staying problems will not recommend hotel

This is place is nothing fancy. The rooms are basic but clean. Restrooms too small room size is better than average. It a ways from the the strip.

love the hotel and the only negative is the size of the restroom. way to small.

Immensely enjoyed my stay at LVH! Rooms were nicely done, all amenities within the hotel, and my fiancee and I had the most wonderful experience with your registration and bell service staff. Accommodating and personable they are! Had a stay-cation and felt like we were treate like royalty!

Overall this is a great hotel with everything so easy to access ( whereas at the bigger hotels you have to go through the mall and public areas to get to the pool or fitness area, the amenities here are all very accessible. Lobby coffee bar is good, and overall I found all the staff great. With the renovations there seems to be some shortage of electric outlets in the room which made the lighting situation a bit odd, but it was fine once I sorted it out. The toilet is a bit on the small size but again very usable and the modern decor is worth this small note. I would definitely stay here again AND recommend family to do so.

Great price and location to Fremont St. Cabs aprox $15 to strip, lots of hotel parking avail.

Great stay after long week riding our Harley's from NorCal. Nicely remodeled rooms. Sonny, the Bell Man was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Only one negative, the Island Restuarant (name unsure) was not opened for breakfast, when the menu had something that I was really craving. Very disappointed in not getting want I wanted for breakfast. Made our group go outside of the hotel for food before our long ride home.

the hotel rooms were very large- we had two rooms, adjoining with two double beds-I enjoyed having my adult daughters and adult grand daughters with me for our 69th Race for a Cure. Hotel was located very close to the beginning of the walk making the day so much more enjoyable. this hotel has been renovated recently and was very clean and fresh looking. a couple nice restaurants within the hotel property as well.

Even the resturants are Great!

We left something in our room after check out and called the Hotel and the Security Officer could not have been more helpful. We found all the employees we were in contact with to be very pleasant and helpful. We shall return.

Pleasantly surprised. Great place, great food, great room!

The Hotel was large, clean and nicely kept. The bathroom was on the small side with not much ciounter space.

Fremont ,Las Vegas experienced was awesome . Definitely recommended this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at the plaza hotel

The hotel which is located in downtown Las Vegas appears dated from the outside but the inside has been recently renovated. The lobby is relatively plain but clean. The rooms are very large with comfortable beds. Our room on the 10th floor had a large sitting area, desk and king size bed. The view was not bad. However, only the basics in terms of shampoo, soap, etc. And no refrigerator. All in all a great bargain for $80.00.

We were participating in First Friday and a local charity walk the next morning and the Plaza provided a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for 4 people. We will stay again.

The hotel was a dump. The hotel service personnel were rude and not helpfull. I would never stay there again. However the casino folks were very nice.

near fremont, if you wanna experience downtown events

The Plaza is a good hotel at a great price , for stay downtown where the gambling is cheaper then the strip. I like the way the Plaza is convenient for morning coffee, quick food and snacks , and close to all the downtown casinos.

OK PLACE TO GET AWAY .

Very nice hotel. Convenient and short drive to get to the strip by cab or rental car, without being right in the middle of all the noise and action of the strip. Right next door to the LV Convention Center. The rooms, the gym, the pool and the hotel restaurants were all beautifully done, very modern. Pool side food and beverage service was very prompt and nice servers. Small delay getting in and out of the valet service at night but the people were nice about it once we found someone to help. Overall great hotel and I would definitely return! Thanks!
