The room smelt and was old, there was rust on the door hinges and felt dirty, i would have paid more for a nicier place.

Our stay was great! We stayed from Thursday until Tuesday and then on Tuesday morning a group of teenage boys were placed in the room next to us at 5am and were very roudy and loud which woke us up out of our sleep. We had a flight to catch that afternoon so it would have been nice to sleep a little while longer. My husband went to put the bags in the car around 10am and the card already did not work to get back into the room even though checkout was at noon. So the end of our trip was what warrants a lower score than a five.

It was a good one. The only thing was that the pool was closed and dirty.

Showing its age. Linens, bedding worn. Front desk would not allow early check in and did not have enough staff to handle the rush at 3PM check-in time. Same backup occurred at check out.

it was nothing special

Some for the same price include continental breakfast like the Galleria, will probably stay there next time because of that.

I did not stay in the room , much . I can to see local attraction.I did not have time for pool, golf , etc.

Hotel was fine for the price there is a need for towels had oru room maid up but thay dident give us any bath towels had to go ask some one for the towels Bring your own shampoo you only get one for your stay with that said pool was great clean hotel staff was great place needs some paint but over all not bad for age

we ended up in three different room, due to some mis-communication on the part of the hotel and the website we made our reservations with... the rooms are somewhat beat up, if you turn the airconditioner down, there was a definite smell, and we found the fellow at the desk to be quite un-accomadating... we would not stay again

Dirty towels were rehung, had to go to the main office for everything the maid never had any towels on her cart. If you just are looking to rest your head this is the place it needs to be udated. The sink would shoot water right in your face if you used the sink. The staff were very polite and always supplied what you needed.

The room I stayed in had mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and on the floor where the bathtub and the tile meet. We requested a crib from the front desk and recieved no response. Additionally, I called the manager (night manager on duty 4/20/12) on duty and asked for a crib... he advised none were available but offered to have someone bring up extra bedding for my child. Actually, that was a pretty good idea, unfortantely though, no one ever brought us the bedding!

For the price, the hotel was above expectations. The room had been recently renovated, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. The TV was not flat screen,Internet service was poor, as I lost service many times. The location was great, close to Disney and Hwys. The property was run down and old looking.

This was a large hotel near the entrance to Disney and may have had more decent accommodations than my room. The shower had one flow... massage, and not the good kind. Not all of the lights in the room were in working order nor were all of the plugs for personal use. The room was shabby. The sheets did not fit the bed properly and the towels were never fully replaced.

Before I booked our stay, I called the hotel to see what type of shuttle service they offered and how long it takes to get to the magic kingdom. The women who answered the phone told me it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the parks. Our first day there we got on the shuttle to go to magic kingdom, the shuttle stopped at 7 different hotels to pick up guests before heading to the parks. This was the most unsafe shuttle ride I have ever been on, there was people sitting on each others laps, and people crammed in the middle section of the shuttle (no hand rails to hold onto for the people standing ) . By the time we got to the parks we were in the shuttle for 1 hour! Not only was the shuttle service horrible the rooms were dirty, towels had hair on them, and sheets weren't clean. The room walls were so thin, the person in the room next to us sounded like they were in our room. We will not stay here again. Spend the extra 20 bucks a night and stay in a downtown Disney hotel.

Rooms dusty, the warmest cold pool of 3 was dirty,one closed and the other one to cold. We stayed at this place several times over the years,it was nice then went to a more upscale hotel with a hot tub. I think I'll pay the extra money next time.

Stay wasn't too bad for the price but know that you have to add $7.50 per day to the price online for use of their amenities (whether you use them or not). The rooms are very outdated and needs new paint. Location is very close to Disney and lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

The lamps didnt work - they called at 2:00am and 6:00am for a credit card to put on the account when there was one already on there. $7.50 a night resort fee. Wont revisit!

After reading so many different reviews on this place AFTER I reserved a room the night before my trip, I was VERY scared. I must admitt this is in no way shape or form a "Resort" it's ur typical Orlando side of the road hotel. Once we arrived I had request for a "renovated room" at no extra charge it was given to me, so that was a plus. Once we arrived at the room the room was fine the beds were clean bathroom was clean. I must say the only negative thing I must comment on is that as soon as I noticed we needed towels I called the maid room service and front desk for extra towels and they were never brought to us. Besides that we really just used the room to sleep in and shower.

I expected the hotel to be cleaner the carper was dirty and stain the shower wasnt even clean from the last person stay there was hair in the shower they still had a bar of soap with hair on it from who know when on it. The pictires made it look alot better then what it was I was very unhappy with my stay.

Easy check in. The room was clean,quiet and comfortable.It had a coffee maker and mini fridge The pool was clean and warm. There was a cute baby pool for our little one. There is miniature golf, a sand park and movie night pools side everyday! There is a buffet available and a bar pool side! We all had so much fun here. Nearby plenty of choices for food all day and night. It was only about 10-12 min, to all attractions and shopping. Quick and easy check out too!We will definitely book here again!

our stay was very nice. the t.v. in the room had terrible reception,but we were to tired to watch it any way. the faucet was very loose, need to be tighend.. Breakfast was great..All in all we were very satisfied with our stay ... Thank you

It was great, the kids enjoyed a lot. excellent location, close to everything. Best value for the money!

The Hotel in general was nice. I requested Lake View for the quiet, was given poolside. I had requested an early check in so we could just head to WDW but front desk said no. I was ok with that. They were very slow. After getting to the room & unpacking we went to the main desk & when I asked where the courtesy bus pick up was no one knew. When I finally found out where to go the last bus had come & gone. The Mgr on duty said not to worry there would be another one but he was reading the info backwards. I really did not want to have to drive to WDW but again I had no choice.

I had a very bad experience they charge you extra even for using TV. And they asked me to pay 30$ extra for using the stuff in the room as wel as they charged me 20$ extra for no reason.really upset for choosing this resort

It was disgusting!! I have stayed there in the past when it was Best Western and it wasn't this bad. Now that its Maingate Lakeside it has gone down hill.. The mold in the bathroom is horrible, there were red stains all over the carpet and writting over most of the furniture which half of it was broken... Never again will we stay there..

One night stay that was conveniently located close to Disney World. We arrived and had to call the front desk to complain about to much noise. People were hanging out on balcony above our room shouting and making noise. The hotel was nice enough to put a stop to the noise though. The toilet did not flush in the room, the best we could get it to do was hold down handle and get it to drain out and replace with some new water. A warning to those who book on hotels.com because it says all charges included before you pay but the $7.25 fee the hotel charges for amenities was charged at check out. This was an unexpected charge that made me upset because I could have booked a nicer hotel if I wanted to pay an additional $7. Besides that the beds were comfortable and everything else worked. I would probably stay again mainly for the convenience factor.

You get what you pay for, but the hotel is not terrible. You are really close to Disney and a short drive from Universal. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops within a 5 minute drive and the Walgreen's right next door has everything you might forget and more. Hotel room was clean and not uncomfortable (not the nicest room you've ever stayed in- but again price and location are what you are getting here). We had no issues with check-in or check-out or any questions or problems we had while staying there. Overall, I would probably stay there again (or recommend to friends) if I needed a place close to the parks and at a great price.

Service was horrible...rooms r small...bathroom tiny

Had no problems at check in, 3 clerks on duty. Room appeared clean, beds comfortable. Had enough towels and washcloths the first day for 3 paople but the 2nd day no wash cloths at all. Have stayed here before and probably will again because we are only at the hotel long enough to shower and sleep before we go on to all the activities the area has to offer. Didn't use the pool or golf; just didn't have enough time to do so. It's a bargain that makes a weekend away affordable.

People were loitering around sitting on lawn chairs drinking beer and smoking cigarettes in front of rooms and even in the parking lot. It was a bit scary even walking to your room. This was not only tolerated by the hotel staff, I think some of these people were hotel staff.

The location of the hotel was convenience to the theme parks and also the restaurants very close.

If you want to save some money to spend at the Parks and you are not planning to spend much time at the hotel this is your place. Our experience wasn't that great... when we got there they didn't have the room we paid, they gave us one which was lower price and wanted to charge us $8 a day for booking feeds and hotel services? Most of the room lights weren't working. We stayed cause it was late since we were at the theme parks the whole day... the location is great, there's a lot of places to eat, 24 hours restaurants close by too.

For the rate we paid the hotel is quite good. Rooms are not sparkling but clean enough. Linens and towels have the fresh smell of laundry. People are friendly and helpful. For $8.50 you can have an all-u- can- eat breakfast type where u can order an omelet the way you want. We will stay at this hotel again.

We got this hotel because of the close proximity to disney. We paid a for a room with a king size bed and was given a room with two double beds. I asked to be changed to a different room and they were rude and told me no. Room service was non existent; they never came in to do the bed. Only came in to change out the garbage bags. The room looked horrible; the whole place is run down. Its too bad this place has so much potential due to its location. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired.

Very nice place to stay close to alot of attractions. Just wish that the door had different locks. But we did enjoy the Hotel.

The hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. The young man that worked at the Pizza Hut Express was extremely friendly along with the bartender at the Tiki Bar by the pool. We will return.
