Sleep Inn And Suites - كروس لانز

Seemed to be newly updated / painted. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Pool clean, but cold. Nice breakfast. Good family restaurants closeby.

Staying at the Sleep Inn was a last minute getaway for us,and We had a great time there.Was VERY clean and the beds were really comfortable.and there rooms are very nicely decoratred... I would stay there again!!!!!!!

We were surprised by how sleek and updated the interior of this hotel was, given previous reviews. We enjoyed our stay and felt that the atmosphere was classy. Our free breakfast had a variety of foods that met the needs of all the picky eaters in our family. We appreciated the complimentary beverages and cookies before bed. This was way, way nicer than we anticipated.

I've stayed here a couple of times while heading west on I-64. It gets you past Charleston at night and gives you a good jumping off point heading into KY in the AM. Best breakfast sausages!

This hotel will probably be quite nice when it's finished. Right now, it's a construction zone!! The construction was on the floor above us, and I had a headache from the paint fumes the entire time. In addition, the 'evening' security guard, who I happened to run into on a trip to the vending machines (on the second floor, through the construction!) was one of the most unprofessional hotel employees I've ever met. His shirt was unbuttoned halfway, exposing his bare chest. He glared at my 3 year old, frightening him, then chastised me because my child made too much noise while trying to hide behind me (it was around 8 in the evening). The staff at the front desk were ok--the evening staff seemed reluctant to leave their gossiping to speak with or assist guests, but the day staff were incredible. The cleaning staff was also nice. The breakfast area was clean and well equipped, though I'm not sure high chairs were available (we breakfasted in our room). The pool and small work out room both looked nice, but we didn't stay long enough to utilize them. I would consider staying here again--after the construction is finished--but I would try to avoid the evening guard!

Room was clean, pool was great, breakfast was great. Beds a little soft though.

The price was fair and the room was very nice. The shower unit in the bathroom was very unique! Friendly staff!

Very nice hotel. Nice Shower! Had to stay in a smoking room because a non-smoking was not available and it smelled REALLY bad. Other than that it was a very nice place.
