تعليقي الأول هو لا تنخدع بالبهو والمصاعد! بالنسبة للغرف فقد تم تجديدها وهي بحالة جيدة جدًا وأثاثها حديث. لم أتناول الطعام في الفندق، لذلك لا يمكنني التعليق عليه. أما فريق العمل فهو على مستوى جيد جدًا وعلى قدر عال من التهذيب. لقد استمتعت بالإقامة في الفندق، على الرغم من أنني أمضيت 70% من الوقت خارجه للتعرف على معالم على دبي. النقطة السلبية الوحيدة في الفندق هي موقعه حيث يقع في بُر دبي، وهو المنطقة القديمة من المدينة الذي يبعد عن جميع المناطق الجديدة - لكن لسوء الحظ ساعدني صديق لي على القيام بجولات سياحية في المدينة بكاملها.

أفضل خدمة حصلت عليها مقابل ما قمت بدفعه!!

موقع الفندق ملائم حيث تقع على مقربة منه العديد من المطاعم، والأسواق التجارية والنوادي أما سيارات الأجرة فيمكن الحصول عليها بسهولة. أما تجهيزات الغرفة ودورة المياه فهي جيدة وحديثة. كما تتوفر خدمة الإنترنت مجانًا في البهو الأمر الذي يمكن اعتباره ميزة.

لقد وصلنا إلى الفندق في وقت متأخر قادمين من القاهرة لكن الموظف الرائع الذي كان متواجدًا في مكتب الاستقبال وفر لنا غرفة رجال أعمال. الغرفة كانت مجهزة بشكل جيد ولا يوجد بها أي عيب!! الفندق مريح للغاية والبوتيك الموجود بالفندق رائع حيث الخدمة الممتازة. شكرًا! جودي، ملبورن - أستراليا

If the hotel was a bit cheaper, it would have been well worth it, but for the price you paying, it's not really worth it. We were told at check in that we have breakfast included, only to have later been told that we do not, the lighting in the rooms are not good at all. The location is near the metro station, plus point, and the rooms were very clean

It's a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. It's located in a very good area close to the mall, electronics market, metro and etc. I would stay there again.

We had a small incident at the hotel which was taken care of very professionally. I can only recoomend the hotel management and staff on their work. Just a small advice: make sure you dont stay immediately over the hotel "party-room" - which means - stay on a floor above the 1st floor.

Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai - Was very close to the old town Dubai. We really enjoyed our stay the staff were really helpful. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and always helping out with guidance when required as to how to go into the city. Also helped to get me a room earlier than expected since i arrived very early in the morning before check in time. breakfast was ok too.

The hotel was very clean and nice. It had an ok location with the metro and shopping mall just nearby, but a bit far to the big shopping malls and the beaches. Taxi is cheap in Dubai. The most dissapointing part was the pool which was quite tiny and had sun only for about one hour a day.

Nice hotel in good location, facilities and service were excellent. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in the old part of Dubai right between metro stops for both of Dubai's metro lines. The red line is approximately two blocks away and the green line is one block away. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Dubai museum and the Dubai Creek (you can take Dhows to the Gold and Old Souk). Dubai is vast and access to the metro is a must. You'll be able to go almost anywhere on the metro including the Marina, Mall of the Emirates and the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. When we arrived we were met by staff who were interested in helping us with our luggage, stored it for us and a concierge who explained all our options in terms of tours. My friend was not even a customer and just there for the day and they stored her luggage, printed out her boarding pass for her and helped her with a taxi to the airport. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with a large well equipped bathroom. Wifi is available in the lobby and not the room which is the only downside to this otherwise great hotel with delightful staff

The hotel is located near the older part of the city and close to the metro station. Everything is great except the lobby which is a bit old fashioned

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was awesome! Couldn't ask for better for the price. Just beware that if you put dollars down as your security deposit, you will get it back in their currency which may cause you to loose money. Besides that, loved the stay. the shower was my favorite. Loved it!

The hotel exterior and lobby raised concerns; they look as if they had seen better days. Apart from the basic amenities, I don't recall a pool or gym. However on exiting the lift, the corridor and then the room itself did justify its "Sheraton" association. It is located close to the metro, local stores and the large Burjuman Mall. Not luxurious but clean and functional.

Well located, good service and convenient. However, beds and pillows were very soft and I had to sleep on the couch using a cushion as a pillow as I needed a hard bed and firm pillows. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.

A comfortable, well appointed and centrally located hotel. Room furnishings are contemporary and of good quality in keeping with what would be expected from an international hotel chain of its kind.

For the monehy paid the rooom was a very good value, very clean and in the centre of Dubai. To be honest If I go again to Dubai I would stay close to the Marina but the location wasn't bad overall. In summary a reasonably priced hotel with a great service.

Professional and friendly staff, rooms are modern and very comfortable, a great place to relax and escape the oppressive heat.

I went to Dubai with my mum and we were both very happy with the hotel. It is located close to the metro station in a both business and local area. Rooms were very nice,staff friendly,there is a small pool and gym and the foodin tbe restaurant isvery nice.

Very modern room and spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable king bed with luxury linen - and this was a standard room! Sat TV, everything worked. Free Tea & coffee & water in room (nice) and free WiFi in the lobby. The district is working class but there are some great bars close by and a real 'local' feel to the place. Enjoyed Four Points & would stay again for sure.

I arrived around 08:30hrs to hotel for checking-in. Note that early check in was not available as listed on my confirmation from web-booker. When I saw the porter at lobby, note that he will bring glass of fruit juice for check-in guest as courteous. However, I and my wife had not got it. Believed that he maybe engaged with other departure guest that time, so when I completion the check-in progress then I handed the luggage to him for storage. I and my wife back in evening around 20:30hrs; perceived three male guests were check-in at counter. Hence, porter was performed his usual practice to offer drinks to those guests. American couples were arrived prior with us so I patiently waiting at lobby next to them and hope to get the room soon for refreshment and out for dinner. After us there was pair of couple form England arrived for check-in. Ridiculous that the porter brought the drinks to the guests from American & England without out. Furthermore, found that there was ONLY one male receptionist on desk for service. This is really unacceptable incident that encountered at this FOUR STARS HOTEL under Sheraton Group. After the American couple, the receptionist asked me what happening as he wants to serve the couple from England as they were holding a passport but I didn’t? He did not note me I was queuing for my room. I walked direct to him; asked for my room and asked him to talk to the Duty Manager, told that he was not available. So I asked him to inform the Duty Manager to phone to my room. After I washed, there was no call either from Receptionist or Duty Manager then I and my wife went out for dinner, believed that the Duty Manager was busy to deal with other guest that moment of time. We back at late evening around 23:00hrs, no note / message from the Duty Manager regarding the incident. Generally, I did not want to spoil my vacation mood so let forgot it on next day as not a big deal. On morning of 22 January 2011, I went to check-out at Front Desk. Told

Like this hotel room very much. I've stayed twice and both times very satisfied with the rooms. Almost all the hotel staff are friendly except for the front desk. I think Front Desk staff should be friendlier. Its not that I am very familiar with Dubai but still think Four Point Sheraton Bur Dubai in Khalid Bin Al Walid Street is in a convenient location. Nearby shopping mall, nice eating place, both posch and reasonable ones. 7 mins walk to metro station.... Great choice

The people were very curteous. The fitness centre is not equipped adequately. You certainly ned some weight pulling machines. Thee was no instructor to expalin how to use the machines. In the rooms there is no seating arrangement other than a chair. You will certainly need a sofa at least. Please introduce 'Happy Hours' if possible for the bar.

I stayed for two nights. The room was a little small but that is the norm for Dubai. the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The pool are is nice but did not get much sunshine when I was there. It is close enough to the action in Bur Dubai and only a couple of minutes walk to a metro stop. I would stay again.

Väldigt nöjd! Bra kvalité o utmärkt service!

Vi boede på hottelet i 8 dage og det var super godt. For prisen fik vi ikke bare en rigtig god service men et fantastisk værelse med super komfort mm. Jeg vil klart anbefale hotellet til dem der ønsker et sted at være hvor de går op i renhed, kvalitet, og komfort. Personalet levede helt til vores forventninger. Vi tager gerne tilbage til hotellet næste gange vi besøger Dubai

Egentligen inte så mycket att klaga eller säga mer än att det var bra. Man får ett sjukt bra och stort rum och väldigt bra service. Rekommenderas!!!

Vi hade mycket trevligt. Hotellet är mycket finare och renare i verkligheten än på bilderna. När vi anlände fick vi tyvärr inte två enkla sängar som vi hade beställt och blev lite besvikna men detta ordnade de dagen efter. Vi fick även betala deposition 500 dirham och inte 200 dirham som det stod på hotels.com, vilket vi tyckte var lite si så där. Små saker egentligen jämfört med den trevliga vistelsen och mycket underbar personal som är så hjälpsamma. Vi rekommenderar HELT klart :).

Gratis vand og frugt (hvis man spørger) på værelset. Alt var i perfekt stand. Super badeværelse. Al ser ud som på hotellets egne billeder. God renholdelse af værelset, god service, dejlig morgenmad (70UAD). Udemærket pool/spa, der nok kunne trænge til en overhaling, men det fungerer. Gratis internet i baren, kabel og trådløs på værelser mod betaling (29UAD). To metro stationer lige om hjørnet. Glade og venlige mennesker. Der ligger en god, halvdyr indisk restaurant på mezzaninen, som larmer lidt om aftenen, men vi boede på 3. og var ikke synderligt generede. De har gratis transport til offentlig strand 0930 og afhentning 1300. Hotellet (og byen) kan klart anbefales.

Servicen på hotellet var super, de pratet godt engelsk og var svært hyggelige. Gratis Internett i lobbyen. Rommene store og smakfult innredet. Vi var der i begynnelsen av februar og da var det bare sol 3 timer hver dag pga høye bygninger rundt. Litt slitte hådkle som gjerne kunne vært fornyet. Vi hadde bil og de hadde gratis parkering innendørs. Vi bodde der en uke og det var veldig hyggelig. Rommene hadde en deilig størrelse og kjempegode senger med store, myke gode puter. Alt i alt en god opplevelse, pass bare på å havne på rette Four Points Sheraton. Det var 3 stk av dem i Dubai.

Ligger nært det mer jordnære Dubai med ekte butikker og ekte mennesker (du kan alltids ta en drosje for 30 kroner for å se på sheikene som lufter tildekkede koner og luksusbiler). Samtidig nært alt av tenkelige herligheter i byen - alt av markeder, shopping, museum, opplevelser. Liker du indisk mat, har du funnet Mekka. Hotellet er rent og delikat og alle ansatte er svært vennlige og hjelpsomme.

gute lage: 2 ubahn-stationen in der nähe sehr guter service und ausgezeichnetes essen in den restaurants freudlicher und hilfsbereiter concierge Rezeption etwas unsicher - unterdurchschnittlich für 4* hotel unser zimmer war nicht sauber, wir mussten uns dafür beim hotel management beschweren Hotelzimmer lärmig durch die strasse, klimananlage, hotelgäste, geräumig und schön eingerichtet aber wenig stauraum für kleider und koffer.

et godt hotel som ligger tæt på alt i dubai. til dubai mall og burj khaliffa(det store tårn) koster det 25 AED med taxa og ca 15 AED til den nærmeste satrand. Metro stationen er også lige åbnet op ved siden af.. flinke folk der behandler dig som en konge. rigtig god morgenmad som er værd at tilkøbe sammen med internet. helt klart et hotel jeg vil bo på igen.

The hotel in general was good, workers in the hotel whore very nice , i personaly think that this hotel is in the best place in dubai in the midle of everything where tourist go to visit
