Hotel was perfect except the bartender at night was more interested in closing then serving customers.

Very pleased. Staff was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Recommended great local restaurant within walking distance that was just as nice with excellent service and staff.

Our room with the jacuzzi was wonderful. Our only complains were the noise which I've heard others complain about. and didn't have room service or a restaurant. They said they didn't serve on weekends? I guess I should have checked first but I assumed with a hotel so big it would have one. They served breakfast the next day for 9.95 where in other hotels they serve a continental free breakfast.. Overall the room was clean and very comfortable we would return for a room with a jacuzzi.

Excellent exercise room and pool aera. The location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would defintely stay again. Great place to stay when visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame

The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful at all times. Our room was kept clean and we had tons of stores and restaurants at our fingertips.

Great service, clean rooms and plenty of extras. Even though we have felt like second class when using Hotels.com, this hotel treated us great. Good room, where we asked and hospitality was five star.

Close to shopping, food, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Having never been in that area I was unsure of how safe the location of hotels were - I booked with Marriott Courtyard because it cost a little more than some of the low end budget hotels. As it turned out any hotel woudl have been adaquet, but I appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality of the Marriot Courtyard. I would choose to stay there again if I visited that area. I would recommend this facility. No complimentary breakfast, but that's OK.

Staff courteous and friendly. Checked us in quickly. Our room over looked the pool house and the highway, however, we did not hear traffic that night or the following morning during rush hour. Shower as awesome, as well as the in-room hot tub. Check out was very quick, less than a minute.

We stayed here for 2 days when I took my grandson to the Football Hall of Fame and the hotel was great. The room and bed was very comfortable. They only serve breakfast so you really need a car for other meals if you are staying here. We did not have one but the front desk staff was great and in their shuttle they took me and my grandson to and from the airport, took us and picked us up from the FHOF, an Air museum, and dinner one night. Early on we met Dawn the front office manager and she suggested that we try to use the shuttle if they were not busy. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel mainly due to the staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are spotless. Very near all major attractions. Many nearby dining options. The room was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Canton - Akron area! A+

Family trip with six year old. Great lobby that leads to a bar. Free drink included Heineken and Southern Comfort. Good appertisers at bar. Morning breakfast was okay but most of the food and juice machines were attended by waitress. Waitress was super friendly. Prefer self serve breakfast. Pool was okay, needed some inflatable toys.
