Bargain and only 10min walk to main train station, I would defo go back.

The key was not submited on time.

Not 4 stars but clean and comfortable enough for a day or so.

not good. The front office staff were not helpful. For 2 nights i walked 10 minutes for dinner, because both times the staff did not know there was an Asian restaurant not even 50 meters away! How bad is that!!!

The area is a bit out of the way but not a bad walk from central station. The neighborhood didn't have much to offer in the way of restaurants. The only real problem I had was that the beds for a double were two mismatched singles pushed together. On the other hand, the hotel had good security and seemed concerned about making sure the rooms were clean---which they were.

The price was reasonable based on the location and furnishings. It was not great, but not bad either.

It was close and parking wasn't an issue, but it's not the greatest area of town, but it was easy for the night long stopover.

Stayed there for few hours, hotel was clean. One funny thing there was a chair to sit while having a shower. ;)

Nice hotel. Not 4 stars, but 3½. Breakbast service was bad. Only one person to service 30 guests. must wait 15 minutes for a clean table. Overall good to the price.

Sorry - but in spite of clear demands of two non-smoking rooms, there were an annoing odour of sour cigarette smoke in both rooms.

Nice hotel located a short 10 minutes walk from citycenter with the main railwaystation and shopping streets. The hotel's immediate surroundings are a little sad, but that is clearly outweighed by the good location. Everything was super clean and neat. Room was conveniently furnished with 2 single beds that could easily be pushed together to form a "double bed". The hotel does not offer rooms with double beds. The hotel has its own parkingspace which costs 8 euro ekstra pr. 24 hours though. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast, which however was not included in the roomprice but cost 12.30 euros extra per. person consisted of a large and well-stocked buffet. The 12.50 euro was in our opinion well spent. All in all this hotel is a good choice for your Hamburg getaway.

Pros: The hotel is placed in a comfortable walking distance to the city center. Free internet in the lobby. Cons: Constant noice from streets due to location between two major roads. No queen beds, although sold as having. Cleaning of room could be better. Shower water handle really bad chosen as you all the time hit it with the body resulting change in water temperature.

I was meeting two colleagues, one from Sweden and one from Denmark in Hamburg to secure a deal with a client from Argentina. While not expecting the most luxurious Hotel for the price we are all accustomed to the quality synonymous with a 4 star rating. We were all very disappointed with this hotel. In fact on arrival before even going inside we agreed that we had to find another hotel for our client to stay in before he arrived. Various websites mentioned that Wifi was available in the rooms. This is technically correct as there is a local provider who charges per hour if you can get a room close to the router on each floor. The speed is hopeless and connection intermittent. There is a free access computer in reception but is hopelessly slow and the connection interrupted. We had all booked a room with single occupancy as we were each travelling alone. Never before have I stayed in a 4 star hotel where single occupancy means a very small single bed in a room too small to accomodate anything larger. Having said that I must agree that the room was clean and everything functioned correctly. The Restaurant area was small but adequate and the breakfast was ok. Location is fairly close to the centre and perhaps 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. The area is not great. We found many drunk and homeless people loitering beneath bridges and alleyways that you need to navigate to walk into the centre or just to the train station. All in all I think if we had booked a 3 star hotel we would have accepted that it just about qualified, but for a 4 star, in my opinion not even close.

Helpful staff, good breakfast. Room clean but basic. Area not great but convenient. Good value hotel.

L'extérieur ressemble un peu à un quartier défraîchi. Mais le quartier très calme pour dormir. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est assez classique et tout à fait conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre pour un hôtel business. Parfais donc pour qui n'a pas l'intention de vivre dans la chambre.

Sehr gemütlich, sehr nettes und hilfbereites Personal, werde das Hotel weiter empfehlen und wenn ich wieder nach Hamburg fahre, versuche ich mit meiner Frau wieder im Hotel Arcadia unter zu kommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Helt ok hotell för pengarna. Rent och snyggt med en helt ok frukost buffe.

Det var et rigtig dejligt og velholdt hotel . Værelset var pænt og rent. Det havde dog været dejligt hvis der var 2 stole så den ene ikke skulle sidde på sengen.

Das Hotel is sehr schwer zu finden und befindet sich in einer unheimlich grauen, traurigen Gegend ohne was sehenswertes in der Umgebung, die auch keine gute Cafés oder Restaurants anbietet. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, besonders von der Rezeption (insbesondere ist der junge Herr, der dort arbeitet, sehr unfreundlich sowie unfelxibel!!). Ich bin schon um 10 Uhr am Hotel angekommen, wurde aber von diesem männlichen Rezeptionist auf unfreundliche Weise vermahnt, dass ich auf keinen Fall früher als 14 Uhr einchecken konnte, obwohl es ein Montag Vormittag war und die meisten Wochenendegäste schon abgereist waren!! Das war nicht in Ordnung!! Ich würde dieses triste Hotel nicht weiteremfehlen!

Der Service war bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Hotel liegt halt direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Somit konnte man alles gut erreichen. Ist halt eine Großstadt und kein Sommerurlaub. Frühstück gab es für uns außerhalb, kann daher nichts darüber sagen.

Gute Lage für Bahnreisende, laute Strasse vor dem Hotel störte weniger als befürchtet. U-Bahn gut zu erreichen ubnd die Jungs an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war seine 7,50Euro pro Nase nicht wert: Buffet sehr spartanisch und Servicekräfte komplett überfordert (Kaffee kam gar nicht erst auf den Tisch, der Vorgänger hatte GottseiDank die Kanne stehengelassen).

Una habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Los de la recepción muy amables, ubicado muy cerca de la estación central de trenes y buses (caminando unos 300 metros), si vuelvo a Hamburgo es un hotel que volvería a elegir.

Wir hatten nur 1 Nacht. Gebucht waren 2 Zimmer zum gleichen Preis. Eins zwar groß, dass andere eher klein. Hier war auch das Bett viel kleiner. Das war nicht so toll. Die reservierte Freundlichkeit des Personals war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich fantastisch. Trotz Hauptstraße war ein angenehmes Schlafen möglich. Werden wiederkommen.

距離火車站徒步的距離很近, 但是沿途有點暗, 飯店附近沒有餐廳或快餐店。其他沒有甚麼問題, 便宜且舒服。

Als Hotelgast in einer fremden Stadt hätte ich mir gewünscht, daß man mir kurz erklärt, wie man nachts am Besten zu Hotel zurück findet.Den Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof zu empfehlen, finde ich mager!Die Haltestelle Hammerbrok war sehr weit weg. Aufgrund eigener Initiative fand ich den Bus 112, der direkt ab Landungsbrücken (Über Hauptbahnhof) direkt zum Hintereingang des Hotels führt! Zu erwähnen wäre eine nächtliche Störung an der Zimmertür um 3.15 Uhr, als jemand versuchte ins Zimmer einzudringen (21.2.2013). Durch die vorgelegte Kette sind wir wach geworden! Die tägliche Reinigung + Handtuchwechsel fand ich sehr positiv! Beim Einchecken fanden wir großes Verstämdnis bei einer jungen Bediensteten, die uns das stinkende Raucherzimmer gegen ein anderes neutrales Zimmer tauschte! Ansonsten fand ich die Rezeption als unpersönlich u. man stand lange wartend da, nur um den Schlüssel morgens zu hinterlegen. Übrigens fiel uns auf, daß wohl viele Arbeiter dort logieren und zum Fenster raus rauchen! Das konnte man von der Straße aus sehen! Weiterempfehlen möchte ich dieses Hotel nicht, lieber zahle ich mehr und bin etwas "persönlicher" untergebracht!

wir waren von Freitags bis Sonntags im Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten zunächst unsere Koffer unterstellen, bis das Zimmer bezugsfertig war. Das Zimmer war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein sehr bequemes Bett und sogar eine Badewanne. Das Frühstück konnten wir spontan und individuell hinzu und ab buchen.Auch dieses war für 7,50 Euro super. Es gab ein Buffet mit verchiedenen Brötchen, Broten, Aufschnitt, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli, Saft, Wasser und Kaffee. Es war wirklich alles bestens und ein tolles Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber aber spartanisch eingerichtet, fanden wir aber nicht schlimm. Die Gänge im Hotel könnten etwas liebevoller eingerichtet sein, z.B. mit Blumen oder Bilder. UNgefähr 10 min entfernt befindet sich eine S-Bahnstation, ca. 15 min. entfernt der Hauptbahnhof. Die Umgebung wirkt ein bisschen wie im Gewerbegebiet. Der Service im Hotel war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Alles im allen war das Hotel ok.

The hotel announced a queensizebed, but the it was two beds put together. Not what You expect, booking a hotel for a couple. The bed was stone hard. We asked them, why they had not put a top madress on the bed, but they did not have any. They tried putting som extra layer of fabric on the beds, which helped a little. Their explanation was, the beds was new, and that their old beds had the opposite problem. They were to soft because of age. I do not understand the explanation.. Thats not the way my own beds act.. It is the second time, we use the hotel. Last time, we had the same problem, and we were moved to a handicaproom with one big bed. Unfortunately, this room was not vacant this time.. The breakfast was really not exciting. The hotel al in all is totally ok. Nothing extraordinary, but clean and meet the basic needs for a low price. We forgot our powersupply for our Iphone at the hotel. Contacted them, and they told us, they would send it to us if we paid for the postage. They acted the same day, I wrote. Good service in that case.

Alles in allem sehr angenehm. Top Zustand des Hotels, auch wenn es von außen nicht so aussieht. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
