هذا الفندق قريب من مكتبي، خدمة الإنترنت اللاسلكي (الواي فاي) جيدة، والغرف جميلة، لا يوجد أية شكاوي. وهو أرخص بكثير كفندق من فئة 4 نجوم من العديد من الخيارات الأخرى في المنطقة.

أحببت بالفعل هذا الفندق، خاصة لنظافته، ومرافقه، والأهم من ذلك موقعه. كان الموظفون مهذبون للغاية وسريعون في تقديم المساعدة. وشكواي الوحيدة (كما هو الحال بمعظم فنادق لندن) هو سعر الطعام بالمطعم. على الرغم من أن جودة الطعام جيدة جدًا، إلا إن فاتورة طبقيين رئيسيين، وبودينغ، واثنين من المشروبات تكلف حوالي 70£. ولم اجرب وجبة الإفطار التي تتكلف 20£ للشخص في اليوم الواحد للأوروبيين فقط. وبالقرب من الفندق، يوجد الكثير من المقاهي التي يمكنك تناول وجبة الإفطار بها. كانت الغرفة على مستوى رفيع، ذو فراش من الحجم الكبير، وتلفزيون ال سي دي، ولا يوجد في أي مكان أي علامات من التلف نتيجة الاستهلاك. كانت دورة المياه صغيرة بعض الشيء، اؤكد على إنها صغيرة، حيث إنك لا تستطيع الوصول إلى حوض الماء دون إغلاق الباب أولًا. بوصفها غرفة تنفيذية رفيعة المستوى، يمكنني القول أن دورة المياه لا تتلاءم مع مستوى الغرفة. إحدى الملاحظات المثيرة للاهتمام في هذا الفندق هي "الترقية المجانية للغرفة" التي تحصل عليها عندما تقوم بالحجز في الفندق لأول مرة، وهذا ما حصلنا عليه عند أول حجز لنا بالفندق. ولكن في حقيقة الأمر، عندما تبحث على موقع الفندق، ستجد أن الغرفة التي تم الترقية اليها هي ذاتها التي قمنا بالفعل بالدفع لها. فما يلي الغرفة التنفيذية هو الغرفة التنفيذية 2، والتي يوجد بها أريكة ذات مقعدين، والتي لم أجدها في أي مكان، وبالتأكيد ليس في خزانة الملابس. لو كنت أعرف ما أعرفه الآن، لكنت قد طلبت التغيير إلى الغرفة التي يجب أن أحصل عليها. ربما إنه من الصعب إرضاء جميع العملاء، إلا أننا جميعا نريد أن نحظى بإقامة جيدة حينما نكون بعيدًا.

فندق رائع، فقط كنت أتمنى أن يكون لديهم قابس كهربائي بجانب الفراش حتى أتمكن من توصيل جهاز النوم بالكهرباء بالقرب مني.

نحن حقا استمتعنا بإقامتنا لليلة واحدة. كان الموظفون ودودون للغاية وعلى استعداد للمساعدة بأية استفسارات.

No problem with Hotel other than rooms were not available when we checked in at 1.00pm.Also on return from day out at 3.30pm room 601 had not been serviced making it less than desirable when getting ready for evening out.

We chose this hotel for a romantic break as we wanted to be near West End shows and museums. It was wonderful with superb service and a great location. Although the hotel does not advertise itself as accessible, when they saw I had a disability they couldn't have been more helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I hope to be returning for my birthday in June.

This is not a 5-star hotel. We asked to get the mini-bar cleared so we can store some milk and food for our baby, and the receptionist started arguing with us that this would not be possible. After a 5 minute argument, it suddenly was possible (albeit the final bill showed mini-bar drinks we haven't consumed as the bar was emptied...) in the end (as it is with any other hotel we've been to). Face towels and shower gels were missing repeatedly in the bathroom, and the room was not made up after 2pm. We also had to ask separately for complimentary slippers and bathrobes which should have been in the room. The toilet seat was loose too. Hotel charges extra 25% foodservice when ordering from their restaurants. It's not a 5-star, we don't like the 'can't do'-attitude, and for the price there are much nicer hotels in London.

Nice location, the rooms are a little dated and could use a refreshing. The heat was a problem all three nights we were there. They never got it fixed correctly. I would stay there again only because you can do much worse, the hotel is average at best but the location is great. Easy underground access and a short walk to the British Museum.

beds were too hard!!

The Grange provided everything we needed for a long weekend in London its proximity to Theatre District and Holborn Tube was excellent The rooms while small are well equipped. The service was generally good except an after theatre drink at the bar where a glass of wine was supplied from the dregs of 3 lukewarm bottles - not 5 star however a complaint quickly produced a replacement from a single bottle from the fridge We did not use the Spa or pool despite planning too. I would definitely stay here again

I stayed here after staying at the excellent Grange St Pauls, and was a bit disappointed actually. Small room, dated decor and TINY bathroom. Maybe we just got the rubbish room at the end of the corridor, and others are nice, but this wasn't worth the money at all. The Grange St Pauls is a stunning hotel, so this might've just been a disappointment after that.

This hotel is in dire need of a face lift. It is very run down, tired and badly decorated. It may check all the boxes you need to qualify as a 4 star hotel but very very run down--all of the wood furniture in my room was stained and faded, i couldnt even think of walking on the carpet and couldnt even turn around in my bathroom. If i hadnt prepaid on hotels.com i would have left the first night--it was gross.

Hotel is located a block from Holborn Tube station, which makes it great for running around town but also a short (10min) walk from Soho and only a few more minutes to the 'main' attractions in London (Parliment/Big Ben etc). Rooms are typical European ones (small) beds were comfortable, pillows were good. The only complaint is that my room faced a busy street so there was a decent amount of noise all day/night. If you can get a room that faces away from the street, you'll sleep better.

One night spent here in January. Great reception, concierge was really helpful, room service quick, leisure club very nice. Great location and price. Wouldn't consider anywhere else now. Very happy.

I have stayed here several times. Its a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and the pool is very nice.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was a good size for London, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Perfect hotel location for the theatre district (west end). the room was a little small but otherwise I rate the place very highly. The service was excellent and the gym and pool are very good.

Great place to stay and enjoyed exercise , sauna and steam room . Ideal location .

It was a Christmas Period booking. The Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, room service were slightly delayed but they were apologetic and sincere. Room was a great size. It faced the main road on the 6th floor, so there was a little noise, but no more than anywhere else in London. Bed was comfortable and the Tortilla Chips were amazing! Location is top, a few tube stops to Bond Street/Oxford Street. Very clean, and pleasant. I would have no quibbles about staying there again.

Fails at its main function - Stayed in the Grange Holborn for 1 night for business purposes. Room was apparently "upgraded". I must have been upgraded to the street as I got about 1-2 hours sleep with the noise from the traffic outside. A few hours of sirens, buses and a rumble of the tube below, followed by more traffic in the early hours of the morning then back to sirens, buses and tube noise. This all from the 7th floor! Could not wait to leave. I visibly looked exhausted upon checkout and when asked how my stay was I said: "Very poor. Didn't get any sleep with the noise outside." To which the receptionist replied: "Oh I'm sorry Sir. Have a good day". That was it! Terrible way of dealing with a complaint. This review was written 1 hour after leaving. Terrible customer service and a terrible nights sleep.

We found the hotel to be comfortable and staffed with people keen to be of assistance. The location made it ideal for both our business and recreational needs in central London.

Hotel had my booking for the following month, but sorted it and upgraded me. Room was great

It shouldn't be advertised as Soho, because it is not in Soho.

Nice one night stay. Arrived early, checked in but room was not ready. Came back later and was upgraded to a supposedly larger superior room. I found the room small for a superior room but it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I used the underground and the nearby Holborn station is a about 150 metres away. which made it very handy. Very close to Oxford St for those shoppers amongst you. I didnt avail of any of the amenities or the breakfast so cannot comment. I would stay again.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Euston and Kings X train stations (15 walk) or short bus ride and being close to the West End for my mums birthday. Its a 2 minute walk to Holborn tube and then a couple of stops to Piccadilly. I checked my parents in to the hotel and mentioned it was my mums birthday and the Duty Manager Karin kindly arranged a 7th floor upgrade to a suite! Not only that we had a knock on the door a few minutes later and they had arranged fruit and chocolates, a lovely gesture. The hotel is a smart and modern with a great pool and gym. It is on a busy road junction and the upper floors are probably the best, floors 6 to 9. But it is London and you will hear sirens and choppers where ever you are! If you want lovely cakes try Pattiserie Valerie in Sicilian Avenue, A great restaraunt is Kimchee on High Holborn, look for the queues, its a Korean casual place. The British Museum is worth a visit with the Egyptian mummies, the Elgin marbles and the Rosetta Stone. Just round the corner is Tas a Turkish restaurant, great value and yummy food! Enjoy my parents certainly did.

It's not easy to find a good hotel at a good price in London. This one is just great.

I am a fan of the Grange group of hotels but wrote a less than favourable review on this particular hotel a couple of years ago, after a not very good experience here. This time round there was a massive improvement all round, let down only by a slip up in house keeping. I was booked for 2 days but extended my stay by a further day as I was pleased generally with what I found. I stayed in room 431 and on the third day of my visit when retreiving coins I had dropped on the floor I noticed that not only did the corner unit in the room have a layer of un-vacuumed dust under it, but also tucked away at the back of the unit was a dirty cup, saucer and spoon from a previous occupant. I left it where it was and I suspect it will still be there (management please check). Like all of us cleaners can make mistakes, that is why the housekeeper needs to check to ensure quality control. Other than this the only other point of note is that the double room I stayed in was not of a size I would expect for a hotel that advertises itself as 5 star. All in all a good experience with one minor let down.

Location to central London is great. Ride the Piccadilly line from Heathrow and get off at Holburn station and the Grange is one block away. The lobby and outside appearance of the hotel is great and worthy of the four star rating but the rooms are a little disappointing. The bathrooms have obviously been renovated with upscale items but they are SOOOO small. Would not recommend these rooms to large or obese people! Front desk staff are great and the rooms are clean, The restaurant was too rich for our pocketbook but then what restaurant in London isn;t compared to North American prices.

The Grange Hotel in London lived up to my expectations. The staff was very helpful. They upgraded me to a larger room. The hotel had a gym, swimming pool and spa. At first I thought the location was further then where I wanted to be but it turned out fine and the subway was one block from the hotel making it easy access to London. I would stay there again.

Also has a nice workout facility. Blocks from the Holborn tube station - a really great spot if you don't have a car. It's more of a business hotel than a holiday spot, but by this point in our trip, we were ready for some comfort.

If you have any electronics with you, forget it. The room had one open outlet, and it was on the floor by the door. There was one I was able to free up on the desk, by unplugging the clock radio. Nothing by the bedside.

only stayed for one night, wish we could have stayed longer, room was fine , staff were great , pool was great.

When I arrived at the hotel I was double booked for 2 rooms and had pre-paid. They said I would have to contact hotels.com because the hotel could not cancel the reservation even though I was standing at the check-in desk. They proceded to check us in and we actually ended up in a very tiny room with a Murphy bed. It was the most uncomfortable thing I had ever slept in. I had called the hotel 5 weeks before our arrivel and asked if we were registered they said no, that is why I made another reservation through hotels.com. Unless they refund my more expensive reservation I will never use hotels.com or recommend the hotel.
