Close to car rental and shuttle to airport made this motel not only convenient but also comfortable and accommodating for our early morning flight.

The toilet was not flushing properly.

It started off very poor. The room we had "reserved" was not available upon check-in and the the lady, Ashley, who was working the front desk was extremely unfriendly. The reason we reserved a room was to stay in that specific room. Do not take reservations if you cannot actually have the room reserved, that is pretty much the point of one, anyone can take a reservation but until you can insure that it is in fact available I would rethink how that process is done. We asked to get a wine opener for the bottle of wine and she told us to walk over to applebees and ask for them to open it because she could not and would not provide one. I dont think applebees would appreciate two vacationers walking in with a bottle of wine. After calling back down to the front desk and asking for her name, to possibly make a complaint about her terrible attitude and the lack of customer service, there was suddenly a gentlemen bringing us a wine opener. Very dissapointing that she could provide a wine opener, but only after we asked twice and asked for her name... Unfortunatley we most likely will not be staying at that hotel again.

This is one of the friendliest places I have stayed. And after a dozen years in the military I've stayed at a lot of hotels.. Devon at the front desk was very helpful and always had a smile on his face. He had a way of making you feel like your coming home.. the shuttle service is excellent. they'll take you where ever you need to go.. and being off the strip you can get a good nights sleep. All freshened up for the sightseeing trips. I have found my Las Vegas hotel. I'm very impressed.

Very tough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably on these beds. Why they wouldn't have queens is beyond me.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, vegas fun....perfect time!

We were impressed with the ease of the personnel who drive the shuttle at the Doubletree. All were friendly and courteous and handled all our requests with grace. We would definitely stay there again!!

This was a quality hotel, near the airport with all the amenities that a business or leisure traveler could need. They had a bar and food available in the hotel. A shuttle could take you to the MGM and the driver was exceptional in his presence. The downside is the location. I was driving and got lost getting there. The watchful eye may have seen it but I was driving alone and missed the hotel. USE that car navigator.

we stay at hiltons all the time. This stay was not of hiltons standards. The room did not appear well maintained by the cleaning staff. Bed skirts were filthy, bathroom floor needed a mop, coffee area was sloppy, and the air conditioner did not cool the room. The front clerk was awesome, though.

We reserved two rooms in this hotel and it was a great place to stay. The strip is not far and the room was clean and the bed very confortable. I will recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

Safe, convenient location near airport (a bit further away from the strip). Shuttle service to airport. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to newer business class hotels. Low ceilings help accentuate this point. The tub style shower is smaller as well. On the plus side: The room was nicely furnished. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The property has a pool, workout facilities, and onsite cafe. As mentioned the location is convenient- near major highways to get you to the strip and near the airport. This hotel will probably suit the average business traveler just fine. However, if you prefer a larger room or more modern shower, you may want to consider other options.

What a dreadful hotel, staff are rude and seemingly untrained, the "mamanger" is unavailable, and beyond the place smelled funky. Quite a sahme, the place reflects poorly on Hilton.

The availability of transportation to return rental car the night before our flight was great! We also took the hotel shuttle to the airport the next day...super! The staff were the best, thanks!

The room was clean and well-kept. Front desk personnel were on-the-ball. The shuttle was convenient. The bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet at night. Overall good experience so I'd definitely stay here again.

Started out well, the shuttle service is very good, friendly and prompt. Our hotel room had sewer gas smell coming from tub, sent maintenance to fix, but smell returned later. Second room clean, but right beside noisy elevator, kept getting disturbed by the bells all evening. My son ended up with a skin rash after swimming in the pool. Think that hotel is badly managed, other than the shuttle service.

Enjoyed our stay. Although we find the fan to be bothersome while trying to sleep. We we pleased with the shuttlebus to take us from the hotel to the airport.

Comfortable; like going to any other small city. very good for gov't rate travel. Close to the strip - shuttle is very convenient - without having to deal with everything over-the-top Vegas and crowds.

We found the service excellent. They are sensitve on customer's need to ensure customer satisfaction. We will keep this hotel in mind next time we visit Las Vegas.

Overall it was very good.

This is the first hotel we stayed in that had great customer service. The front desk staff was more than happy to change our rooms from king size bed to two full size beds. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms exceeded our expectations. The odor of smoke that is common in hotels in Las Vegas was non-existent. The staff was helpful in getting items we requested such as extra towels or extra coffee. The location was great as the hotel was away from the craziness from the strip, but yet still close enough (about 5 minute drive from the south end of the strip). Economical price for a 5 star feeling hotel.

The Doubletree was nice, clean and an easy drive right off the 215. The staff was friendly and room service was good, fast and inexpensive. A great stay until I turned on the AC and tried to go to sleep. The fan was so loud I couldn't fall asleep. I got up and turned the speed one notch lower, which was too low, then the room became uncomfortably hot. I didn't get get good sleep at all. I won't be back.

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to be around the cigarette smoke and noise of the casinos. We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend for my son's pop warner football tournament. The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet. You don't hear any airplanes taking off or landing.

I travel to Vegas a lot for business, but have no desire to be around all the nightlife. This is a great option for the business traveler that is interested in a clean, comfortable, quiet stay—without being kept up all night by a bachelor party going off in the next room. Located extremely close to the airport's car rental facility—far, far away from the strip and casinos. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The only downside was a lack of dining options. There is a cafeteria-style cafe, which was very expensive and the food was not very good. No snack vending machines at all. Just sodas. I had to walk to a gas station a block away to get a snack. There is a chain restaurant next door, but not many alternate dining options within walking distance outside of that. If you stay here, you are going to need a car.

It is a very clean & professional business atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. A great contrast to the noisy, stuffy and congested hotels associated with casinos.

For those of us who do not want to pay too much for a clean room , comfortable bed and high quality service, this is perfect! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip , yet you can reach the "the action" of the strip, in a five minute shuttle ride. Our trip was made perfect by the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at the Doubletree.

Nice room, very spacious. His hotel is in a good area of town. Easy access to freeway and only a short distance away from hey he strip. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was a good value for the money. I had some problems with the room a/c and the staff corrected the problem to my satisfaction.The property is about 15 years old and has been maintained and remodelled to compete with newer properties.

Excellent service via "free" courtesy shuttle to & from the airport (24 hours), and to & from the Strip at MGM Grand (top of the hour departures, by reservation). Note: tips to the shuttle drivers appreciated. VERY convenient to the airport for service at all hours. Hotel staff very friendly & accommodating to guest needs. Delicious warm chocolate chip/walnut cookies! Room very clean and comfortable. A good quiet, yet nearby, hotel for those who want to escape casinos and crowds for the night.

Stayed here for 2 weekends, great comfortable hotel. Shuttle ride to the airport - very convenient. We also left our car in the hotel parking lot over the week - nice secure facility.

The hotel is perfect for travelers that do not want a casino atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is that the hotel is located minutes from the airport which makes it great when traveling for business. This would not be the hotel I would choose for a romantic get-a-way but for business I would recommend staying here.

Hotel was clean, services were great. Shuttle to airport and MGM was wonderful. Had a nice pool was easy to get to and from and I would stay here again.
