AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN - مانشستر

This hotel is by far the WORST one I have stayed in to date. And I travel for a living so I have been in a lot of hotels. No locks worked on the door. Toilet seat was not attached to toilet. Dresser missing drawers completely. Desk was broken and leaning against wall. I don't think the bed spread or pillows had EVER been changed or replaced. It was dirty, smelly, and violated almost every hotel necessity I can think of!!! I can not say enough bad things about this and like the adage goes you get what you pay for!! Front desk man was very nice though.

I was not happy with the condition of the room. The tub and sink were dirty and the toilet was broken. I thought they would at least have coffee in the morning being they said there would be free breakfast but there was neither. I was told to go to days inn for breakfast. I can't really be too upset because it was last minute and I was being cheap so I got cheap. Would not stay there again unless I was desperate.

The room was ok. The carpet was terrible - kept shoes on. Only had two little bars of soap. Had to go to Days Inn for ice machine. Front desk people were nice.

This hotel is not clean at all!!! I got bedbugs!!! They don't clean the rooms properly I found hair in the bed, tub, and sink.

I stayed for a night. Lots of hotels near by. The hotel was good and rooms neat and cost wise cheap.

Where to start? Bed were old and wore out, comforter smelled funny and they told us we couldn't get a new one until the next day. Above our headboard the wall had 8 huge holes where the old headboard used to be. The panel under the sink had fallen off and was laying on the ground. We only stayed because of the deposit and it was cheap, but never again. You get what you pay for with this hotel!

Smelled like smoke but was a non smoker room, very old and run down. But for what I paid what did I expect?

when I made reservations, I let the person know that we had a handy cap person and wanted a smoking room. When we got there they gave us a nonsmoking room and the rooms were upstairs, making it a hardship for the people I was with.

The desk clerk had difficulty confirming my reservation. The room was dirty. The light in the bathroom did not work. The internet service was poor. The desk had a nail sticking-up on the top shelf. The carpet had a hole in it. The entrance door to the room did not seal properly. Even with the door closed and locked, I could still see outside between the door and the door frame. Although the price was cheap, the room was not worth what I paid. I would not recommend this motel. It is a dump.
