Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk - سان أنطونيو

Location was great, street was not too busy and walking distance (if u like to walk) from Riverwalk and river center mall. Also St. Mary's catholic church right across the street. Staff was super friendly and helpful, future stay in San Antonio will definately be here.

This Drury Inn has a fine staff, free internet, free full breakfast and happy hour drinks and, free parking, but the bus stop is right outside. Average rooms, and bathrooms are smallish. Riverwalk with its restaurants and boats are next door. Its pet-friendly and family friendly. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable.

Hotel was overall good. Food at Happy Hour while plentiful, was not very good quality. Would rather have more snack like appetizers (small slices of pizza, spicy chunks of chicken or beef) than less quality food many of the crowd were making dinner out of. I did notice the crowd overall older than average so maybe that is why the chicken nuggets had little spice/flavor. Drinks were good and the breakfast was also. Staff was very polite. While not inexpensive, I would stay again at this hotel. Location is excellent, you pay for parking extra but save by walking everywhere, not using car. Nice looking western theme restaurant we failed to take advantage of in lower level. Bed linens need updating, look old. Staff person did say they are getting replaced shortly.

This hotel is a great location for Riverwalk visitors. Also great for families with children or young teens, considering that the 5:30 pm "Kickback" is heavy on food that children like, such as chicken strips and mac-n-cheese. The wine and beer selection at "Kickback" is certainly not worth returning to the hotel if you are out. And the pool is pretty much for children as well. We were there for two nights, and both nights, the small pool and the small hot tub were full, and I mean crowded, with children. So many, in fact, that I cannot imagine that the number of adults present could be enough for each child to be accompanied by an adult, as they were supposed to be. So the pool is virtually useless for adults traveling without children. The “Fitness Center” is a very small, with just three cardio machines. Better to get your exercise by walking around outdoors. We saw many people fitness-walking and jogging early mornings on the Riverwalk. The room was much like you would expect at a mid-range motor inn, except at a much higher price. You are paying for the location, right on the Riverwalk, walking distance to the Alamo, Hemisphere Park, etc. Parking is ample, convenient and well-lit. If you are allergic to pets, be aware that all the rooms are considered "Pet Friendly," and they cannot or will not guarantee that previous occupants did not have pets. I was awakened very early by dumpster trucks, but luckily I brought earplugs. The beds are comfortable. There's plenty of hot water for showering. The worst thing in our room was a strong mildew smell coming from the overflow hole in the vanity sink. The housekeeper, to her credit, tried to remedy it, but she did not have any chlorine bleach. Bring your own coffee cups if possible, as they only offer very small styrofoam cups. Be careful not to confuse the Drury Inn & Suites Riverwalk with the Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk which is half a block away. With the benefit of hindsight, we think it’s not necessary, o

Great location and WONDERFUL staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening kickback were excellent. Great place to stay on the Riverwalk.

Love it. Great staff and convenient location. The breakfast was better than I ever thought it'd be. The hotel is beautiful. The rooftop hottub was the best part. We enjoyed the evening sky looking towardsthe Tower of Americas. I really wanna come back to Texas just to stay here. Btw there was a lazyboy recliner in our room...the best in relaxation.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will do so. Riverwalk was right there. Excellent!

My husband and I celebrated our 29th anniversary her e the service was great ,real clean and comfortable rooms!

Non smoking rooms obviously had been smoked in, carpets stained, staff not helpful with local resturants, no assistance offered with baggage or parking. For the price I expected a lot more than a few watered down cocktails.

Great hotel for the price. Location was fabulous, breakfast was pretty good. Just make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The little pump containers in the shower would not allow much more than a dribble to come out. Bring your own hair dryer too...theirs was not much better than a strong breeze.

We had a great time in San Antonio and part of the reason was due to our stay at the Drury Inn. The location was perfect for us. It is very close to the market square and on a very busy and popular portion of the Riverwalk. We will definately stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. This hotel is reasonably priced and the location is excellent for a weekend on the Riverwalk! We loved our stay!

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, everything was nice and clean and right next to the river walk. On that same note there really is no where to take your pet for potty. The riverwalk is right next to the hotel, but you don't want to take your dog where there is alot of people. There is a park that's 5 min away but an inconvenience to get in the car drive out drive back in. I. Addition the parking is really tight and the garage makes you dizzy.

Old hotel but clean . Windows are high so you don't really see out of them even if you have a view. Bathroom was new. Flat screen TV. Great location on the river walk. You actually go to the basement and walk right out onto the river walk. Felt very safe there. It is located on the area of the river walk that has the restaurants so very convenient. Parking was easy and less expensive than many other hotels. The breakfast was very good and what you would expect for a free hotel breakfast. The evening food was a nice snack. I don't think it is intended to be a nice dinner. We had baked potatoes, chili,hot dogs,veggies and dip mac and cheese. Great if you had small kids.You would want to eat at a restaurant though because there are so many around. The hotel was perfectly fine and I would stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites for 3 nights while visiting San Antonio. The room was big and comfortable and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I asked them for several recommendations of things to do and places to eat and they took time to give me detailed information and directions. The free breakfast was great and had all you need. The 5:30 kickback was also a really nice touch if you either wanted to grab an early snack, dinner or just a few drinks. The hotel was located about 3 minutes from a bunch of restaurants on the Riverwalk and close to the Alamo and King Williams area. It was slightly removed from the Riverwalk though so it was quiet. Overall a really nice place to stay and I would go back.

From the 4.6 rating, we expected this place to be a lot nicer than it was. While it was perfectly clean, and the "freebies" were wonderful, especially for kids, the place had a bit of a downtrodden ambiance. The beds were rather soft and mushy, and the bedspreads were itchy polyester, so we were rather cold at night. The rooms have nice, high ceilings and allow plenty of light, which was great, and the location can't be beat (though watch out for confusion between The Drury and The Drury Plaza Hotel, which is just a few blocks away). We enjoyed being able to help ourselves to beverages as well as popcorn, and it was nice to have a buffet breakfast as well. Overall, it's a fine place to stay. I don't think it was worth the $150 we paid, but it was fine overall. Glad it was pet-friendly.

Great location; helpful, courteous staff. The breakfast buffet and evening cocktail hour are a really nice plus. Convenient to everything - but not a noisy spot. Would definitely return.

We liked the location of this hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We traveled with a small child and the room had space for the pack n play, a fridge for milk etc and microwave so if needed feeding him was easy. The free breakfast and happy hour also helped with saving money. Parking on site a bonus too. Liked that you could go in and out for one daily price too. Only draw back was street traffic noise from 2nd floor room go higher and toward back of hotel if possible.

We stayed at the DI&S for one night while on a trip to SA to see a play at The Majestic and our stay was the most confortable of any of our previous stays at hotels on the Riverwalk. Some of the other hotels have become jaded, it seems, and their customer service, cleanliness, and maintenance is lacking. Not so w/The Drury. Our double queen room was exceptionally clean, everything worked, and the linens were crisp and comfortable. Hotel staff at check-in were helpful, asking if we needed maps, directions, or help with transportation. The happy hour is outstanding w/free beer, wine, and drinks (margaritas were really good), and the snacks included baked potatoes/trimmings, hot dogs, chips/ground beef/refried beans w/melted cheese for DIY nachos, salad & fruit, along with other snacks. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bisuits and gravy, fruit, french toast, cereal & yogurt, oatmeal, and plenty of juice and coffee. Definitely a step up from the continental bkfsts they serve at similar hotels on the river. Check-out was no problem. Parking is $14/day and this is actually less than some of the others in the area, which average about $17-$20/day, but getting in and out of the garage, if you have a stndard sized pick-up truck or mid-large sized car is tricky, so be very careful . The spaces are really too small, I think. The hotel is a block from The Majestic and steps down to the riverwalk. The only slight drawback is that outside the front door is a major bus stop and late at night, the clientele waiting for a bus can be a little vagrant looking. Overall, a great stay and definitely our favorite choice from now on.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent happy hour with three free drinks and a buffet of hot food. Great breakfast buffet. And right on the Riverwalk. I had a very pleasant stay that was above my expectations, especially because of the wonderful front desk and happy hour/buffet staff. Only minor negatives--my key was continually demagnetized every time I left the hotel, and very small fitness room. Thank you.

I had stayed at the Marriott Riverview a couple days before and really liked it. No free internet, no free breakfast and no free drinks. Drury had all of that plus one of the best happy hours and breakfasts i have had at a hotel. Will definitely be staying there again. Walked right out to the riverwalk and 2 blocks from the Alamo. And.. the price was right. Parking will cost you $15 but it is their own parking garage.

We decided at the last minute to drive to SA to see the lights onthe Riverwalk. Drury I&S allowes pets which was mandatory for us. We were very pleased with the overall condition of the hotel. (NO DOG SMELL) Some we have stayed at in the past reek of wet dog. This was not the case. Very noce room overlooking the riverwalk. Staff was awesome. Very pleasant and helpful. Our family wil be staying there again in the future.

This was a great location but the complimentary breakfast and dinner could use some work!! It wasn't at all what we expected and were hoping to save some money from eating out on the Riverwalk since I knew it was going to be expensive. That didn't work out so well. The food was very mediocre and fit for small children and teens, nothing an adult or someone watching their diet would want to consume. All in all, the hotel was nice, rooms and beds were very comfy. I would stay here again but save more $ for eating out!

I've stayed at both Drury locations in San Antonio, and they both were great. Room is clean, service is friendly, free food is plentiful, refreshments are available all day, and free cocktails in the evening are neat. You pay a little more, but you get to stay on the river walk and you breakfast and dinner is included. The free food in the evening includes things like baked potatoes, mac and cheese, hot dogs, nachos......

A very nice hotel, great access to riverwalk, and the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. They have a great breakfast, nice evening reception which almost can qualify for dinner! We totally enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderfut time. I would stay at your hotel again.

We were very satisfied with our stay in San Antonio. This hotel is in a great location on the riverwalk and has many positive things about it. You can save a lot of money because of the free hot breakfast and the hot snacks & free drinks in the afternoon. The staff was exceptional and friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. Everything was great!!

The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about San Antonio. The kick-back hour from 5:30-7 pm was excellent with a nice selection of food. And the drinks were also good too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Family vacation to San Antonio, four adults in one room. Comfortable beds, great staff, right on the Riverwalk. Pool area on the roof is very nice. Good Breakfast.

for a three star hotel we were very impressed. The staff were amazing. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and there was no noise in the corridors which these days is very unusual. The hotel even supplied free breakfast and a light dinner. Also three free alcoholic drinks in the evening.

There is only great things to say about this Hotel is that it has a pool and spa in the roof!!!.... great for resting after a day at the city..... The location is Great, just next to the Riverwalk: restaurants and bars. and most important of all.... HAPPY HOUR!! The place is great, the location is excellent. Great time spent there!!!!

This hotel is right on the river walk- Texas Land and Cattle is the restaurant below it. It was a great place to stay- walked around the river walk- stopped back in to take advantage of the free cokes and popcorn, went back out, then came back for the late afternoon snack. If you eat enough at the snack, you can do a later dinner, which means more places along the river are not as crowded. Room was great, bed was comfortable, overall really enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly situated near Riverwalk & Alamo. Easy access to highway. Rooms were clean. Decor is a bit dated. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Parking was convenient ($14/day). Less than most other nearby hotels.
