Starhotels Terminus - نابولي

After reading most of reviews, we chose this hotel when we noticed how close the hotel is to central station & as we wanted to stay there overnight just to visit Pompeii instead of Naples itself. We arrived there at 7 pm after approximately a 3 hour journey from Roma Termini station in the cheapest available train which cost just 10.50 Euros per person. Literally the hotel is a minute from the station, on the corner. Just walk out of station, turn left, pass pedestrian line & there it is. (Bear in mind here drivers do not pay attention to pedestrian line & pass it without stopping! So BE CAREFULL!) After passing a revolving door, we got rid of the crazy chaotic atmosphere of city thanks to excellency sound isolation of the hotel & we felt quite comfortable inside the hotel. Once inside we discovered the front desk staffs were extremely pleasant & helpful. A charming lady checked us in & in a few minutes we were in our room. As I always prefer shower instead of bathtub I asked them to change the room and they did so quickly. The room was nice at descent size. The bathroom was ok. Sheets & towels were clean &the bed was comfortable. (No Kettle). WI –fi service was acceptable although it was free only in lobby & every 30 minutes we had to get a new password. In contrast with what said by other reviewers the breakfast was average but the staffs at breakfast saloon were very friendly. For the general Italian standard, this hotel is actually quite nice & considering the rate & location it is a very good deal. I would highly recommend it & I definitely will come back for visit Herculaneum. **************************************************************************But there remains a little something that I feel I MUST share with you. In the morning after breakfast we went to reception & asked about available options for going to Pompeii. The receptionist Mr. L** replied there are 2 options –by car & train. I asked about the car & he introduced the hotel driver Mr. M**** to

Comfortable, clean, convenient, good restaurant, good bar, wonderful service. Still a 5 even though surrounding neighborhood is not greatest.

Could do with a lot of sprucing up, the hotel looks like it's well over due for renovation. The shower was a little mouldy and dank. Staff attentive but service was a bit slow on reception at times. Breakfast OK.

The hotel was very close (across street) from train station which is why we booked it. That and otehr reviews called it an 'oasis". So the lobby is fine but the guestrooms and general state of the hotel in disrepair. We opened one door looking for the roof deck (which we could not find!) and it did not close again. Holes in the plaster in the room, etc. Lobby reno likely--rest of hotel not so good but OK--tourist class. On the other hand the hotel was quite helpful. We checked out early for an am flight and upon checking in they ordered us a boxed breakfast which was nice since Naples airport does not have food amenities before 6am. On the other hand, when we came down to check out in the morning we found someone sleeping on a couch (likely an overnight staffer) in the lobby and the doors locked because the desk was unmanned. The slumber party guest in the lobby informed us the desk clerk was in the toilet but it was quite a state of disarray checking out so early.

The hotel was very close to the train station and quite luxurious. The lobby was roomy and comfortable in keeping with the style of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and included a small sofa bed. The breakfast was splendid with white coated waiters providing excellent service. Unfortunately the town of Naples is not worthy of a hotel of this standard. In seven weeks touring Europe we did not find a dirtier city with rubbish on every street and graffiti everywhere. This in no way reflects on this fabulous hotel which deserves a much better location.

this hotels sucks. the walls are peeling off while drainage smells bad. Room conditions are just like two star hotels.

There is one PLUS to this hotel, the rest are NEGATIVES! That one plus is the location! It is literally 30 feet from the train station, which means you can travel everywhere that requires a train rather conveniently. On the opposite end, the hotel staff was rather unfriendly. The lobby is very nice, but it is only a façade compared to the rest of the hotel - the rooms. The rooms look old and dirty. Finally, the neighborhood is AWFUL!!!!

We booked the hotel due to its location so that we could get to Naples Airport early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice but the area around it, just across from the train station is not at all pleasant and did not feel particularly safe. Could not recommend a stay in Naples other than the night before an early flight. Due to the surrounding area we ate in the hotel - the food was fine, nothing special and a bit overpriced for what it was (perhaps because its a captive market?) although the wine list was reasonable.

Right next to Train station which is great if you are wanting the circumvesuviana train to Sorrento, Pompeii, Hurculaneum (Ercolano) or Mt Vesuvius. We stayed here to go to these palces on full day trips. If you are going to be seeing Naples then you should look for a hotel down by the waterfront not by the train station. Naples isn't the safest city and not a place to walk around at after dark. The waterfront is a nice area of Naples. But if you have the time staying further south in Sorrento and take your day trips from there. Sorrento is a wonderful place to stay.

How nice, arrived by train to a new city and there you were. Taxi service to city sights was very good. Metro and train to places was convenient. Little rainy on our trip so we just enjoyed the double decker (inside) bus on all of its routes that day. Nice breakfast buffet. Dinner only ok. Found great sites, restaurants and museums in Napoli and enjoyed our trip immensely. Then boat to Capri. Aahh what a lovely vacation. Thank you.

Wanted a hotel close to the station and you can't get closer than this! Took 2 rooms to accommodate family of 5 but adjoining rooms not available. Breakfast included was basic but adequate, apart from the coffee, which would be less than ordinary anywhere else and dreadful by Italian standards! Some minor blemishes and a little noisy when the trains are running but to be expected when practically on top of the station. Room service menu was limited and a little pricey but there are many places to eat a short walk away.

ナポリの駅の横のホテルでとても便利でした。そしてきれいでした

駅からすぐで、便利です。 観光、移動にはお勧めです。 部屋はミニテラスがありバスタブもあり良かったのですが、ふきぬけで、外が見えなくて、空気の入れ替えが出来なく、冬なのに、蒸し暑かったです。 朝食は、パンも豊富で良かったです。

以前に同じ系列のベニス、ローマのホテルに宿泊しましたが、ここはスンタンダードルームであった為か設備、スタッフのサービスといい星3.0以下でした。　但し、ナポリ中央駅から１分余りの便利な 場所だけは評価できます。　

l'hotel è molto bello al suo interno, purtroppo però gran parte del soggiorno viene condizionato dal fatto che il parcheggio al suo interno costa un pò caro.... per le camere non mi ero mai ritrovato ad avere un cestino di benvenuto con tanto di scaldavivande e caffè, thè, camomilla... davvero uno spettacolo per questo.

Mi era capitato di alloggiare altre volte allo Star Hotel Terminus. Mai mi era capitato che mi venisse assegnata una camera con finestre rotte senza possibilità di chiusura, macchie nere ovunque sulla moquette. In bagno poi rubinetti che perdono acqua e ossidati. Ho chiesto di poter cambiare camera alla reception( personale che non avevo mai incontrato nei miei precedenti soggiorni) ma solo dopo lunghe insistenze e rimostranze mi è stata cambiata la camera. Davvero non capisco come un hotel 4 stelle possa presentare una camera in quelle condizioni. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione vicina alla stazione centrale e al Centro Direzionale.

滞在２回目でバスタブ付きの部屋を希望しました。少し探してからバスタブ付きの部屋に変えてくれました。こちらは洗面スペースが広く快適でした。１回目の部屋（シャワーのみ）とは大きく印象が異なりました。また、駅から本当に近くてとても便利でした。

Bien ubicado, al lado de la estacion de trenes, el personal me atendió bien, la terraza de mi habitacón estaba sucia llena de colillas de cigarros(no fumo).

ナポリ中央駅に隣接しているので、場所はわかりやすいです。ただし、部屋にはバスタブがなくシャワーだけだったのが少し残念でした。 あとホテルのすぐそばは夜になるとアフリカ系の方々がLV（多分にせもの）やらブランド品等を路上に並べて売り出します。たまに話かけてくるのでやっかいです。 ただ、ホテルの中は綺麗で安全です。

Bom Hotel, confortavel, boa localização (do lado da estação) porém um tantinho decadente

Tolles Hotel mit imposanter Hotelhalle und netten Zimmer (leider bei uns mit Behinderten-Bad etwas unangenehm). Nah der Altstadt, U-Bahn und Sehenswürdigkeiten, leider durch unmittelbare Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof die mit gefährlichste Ecke der Stadt, was vor allem ab 21 Uhr merklich wird

We chose Terminus because of the close location to the trains and that was certainly a plus. The the hotel is a bit rundown which surprised us given the many good reviews. The room was in better condition than the reception area/hallways but also a bit run down the shower area in specific. There was a used shower cap left in the rest room which gave me a feeling that it hadnt been cleaned properly - the rest of the room was OK however. The shower was tiny. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffee was ok, but the coffee was awful- instant coffee. Everyone wrote about the friendly staff - they were not unfreindly, but not very welcoming either or offering information, which I am used to from other hotels. Overall this was an average hotel it will do for a night but I wouldnt call it 4-star hotel. I will try a different one next time i pass by Naples,

Hotel sufficientemente tranquillo-ottima la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale-letti molto comodi

ナポリ中央駅のすぐそばで 鉄路移動ではじめてナポリを訪れた人にとっては 非常に便利。朝食も必要十分で、 近くにはちょっとした飲食店もあり、 この値段はお得。 ただ、線路側だと始発の電車、また朝渋滞の クラクション音が気になる人は気になる。

un hotel très bien; bonne chambre et excellent petit dej. Le seul hic c'est le quartier de la gare, vraiment peu recommandable. Si vous pouvez dormir dans le centre, c'est conseillé.
