Overall I was very happy with most aspects of my stay. HOWEVER the one thing that concerned me was the use of plastic plates. cutlery and juice cups that were just thrown away in plastic rubbish bags with a whole lot of other potentially recyclable materials such as cereal packets. I would have preferred to have used re-usable crockery and utensils that were washed and separate receptacles for recyclable rubbish. Marriot do not seem to be a very environmentally friendly hotel chain and I would take this into consideration for future bookings.

We (5 of us) had been to DC for a two day vacation and stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel was very comfortable and the quality of service was very good. It was a little too far from DC, but this was something that I could manage without major problems.

Absolute the best for the price hotel/apart I ever stayed at.30 min by car to metro and another 15 min and you find your self in the middle of DC. Super !!!

We were visiting Washington DC and few friends had suggested this hotel to me. Even though 22 miles from Washington, The hotel was worth every penny spent. Low price, complimentary breakfast and Parking, excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent, will stay here again. Staff was great

The beds were very comfortable, we are actually trying to get the mattress brand to buy one for our new home. The only negative we experienced was the pool didn't open until 5pm which made it useless to us. The hotel did then supply us with free passes to the local Y so that we could swim earlier.

Bathroom sink would not drain. Bathtub kept puddle in it. Toilet lid was dirty.

Room was very nice - comfortable - I've stayed at this chain in NY & was impressed. Close to where we were visiting.

My famliy and I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always found it to be excellent in service and value. We would recommend it to any value conscience traveler.

The staff and hotel was excellent. They were extremely accomidating with everything. The breakfast was excellent.

Great service, better than average breakfast buffet, good rates, extremely clean and in good repair. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers roomy suites, complete with a kitchenette, at a reasonable price. A good breakfast is provided, along with an internet terminal in the lobby. It is located near Dulles airport, so it is about a half-hour drive to central Washington.

The hotel was very modern. Everything inside the room was new and clean. I expected the free breakfast to be coffee and muffins. I was pleasantly surprised to see eggs, waffles, sausage and an assortment of other breakfast foods. Very good, clean and plenty for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. Said hello whenever we came in. I really enjoyed it. The pool was open until 10 so the kids got to relax and swim after a day of D.C. sightseeing.

The hot breakfast was excellent!

We were only there for one night, but it was a fabulous hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the pool/spa was very nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area. We were in town to see a concert at Wolf Trap and it was in a great location.

Great rate via hotels.com. All staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. They provide a shuttle to the neat Reston shopping/restaurant area, or it's a short cab ride. Quiet, very clean.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful. I would like to stay in the future.

Room was clean & neat, furnished in Martha-Stewart-type blues and greens. Big flatscreen TV. Complimentary wireless in room was acceptably speedy and never dropped out. My window opened onto a tree, so view was lovely. Kitchen was counterspace with sink + largish mini-fridge + microwave + dish towel. Plates/bowls/utensils available at the complimentary breakfast bar or from the front desk. Great complimentary breakfast! Hot eggs & sausage, oatmeal with lots of fixings, make-your-own waffles, selection of cereals, yogurt, several types of pastries, lots of fruit, OJ ... definitely nicer than the standard hotel offering. Only complaint is that my desk lamp was hardwired to middle of desk so couldn't be moved, not even so far as the edge of the desk. I had to drape a towel over the lamp to keep the glare off of my screen.

The rooms and breakfast were both good. Highly recommended. The pool was closed when we were there and the gym was tiny. There is free parking. The room was the best part of the hotel and was big clean and nice, especially for the rate we paid (i was expecting much worse, haha).

I had friends visiting from out of town and wanted an inexpensive hotel in the NOVA area. We were shocked by the stylishly decorated room, the comfort provided and the ammount of space! I couldn't have asked for a better stay the front desk and staff are friendly and prompt and even had a toothbrush for my friend

good hotel for the price,had directions for all the attractions. good breakfast.

Everything was nice and the breakfast was very good.

They only cleaned my room twice in 5 1/2 weeks because the maid was "afraid" of mt dog. (A very friendly English Springer Spaniel.) They want you to crate your dog while it is in the room so the maid can clean but no one ever told me that before or even after I got there. I only found out when I complained that my room had not been cleaned the first two weeks I was there. (The maid usually saw me go to my room everyday after work between 5 & 5:15 PM..... she was clearly NOT interested in cleaning) The part that really mad me angry was that they charged a non-refundable pet fee and I paid for poor service on top of that. I would not recommend the hotel to pet owners.

We were there for a cheer competition in D.C. with two kids. Staff was great.. Cleaning people made my sons day by tucking in his stuffed animals on the bed so they were napping while we were sightseeing. Great room with microwave and fridge. Helped us save money so we could do more fun and exciting things. Great location will definitly stay again when in the area.

Only stayed 1 night while attending event at Wolf Trap but all was EXCELLENT! Convenient location, restaurants nearby, staff very helpful.

Great location and excellently maintained hotel. The metro is nearby with a lot of parking places; but it is 12 miles away and so you would need your own car. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and newly renovated. Front desk was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room and hotel was good - even when it seems to be fully booked by groups. Just the breakfast area was jam packed in the maring that I decided to take a coffee and leave the crowd to enjoy it outside. Only negative was the gym - a bit to far downsized.

Hotel is about 20 miles out of Central DC but a convenient drive. Hotel ameneties were as promised. Refrigerator was not working but was replaced within minutes of reporting the issue. Friendly hotel staff and a great complimentary morning breakfast.

I read the reviews in this Hotel and others around and next and I made my choise base on it. Let me tell you it was the best choise ever!. The room was confortable and spacious, the amendities to. The breakfast was great and the PRICE was the best of all. I would def. be staying here everytime we are in VA. My kids were so happy with the pool and if they are happy we are to. Please choose this Hotel, you won't regret it. I hope this helps. By the way, DC is like 25mnts away only and its not complicated to get there from the Hotel.

We booked a suite with 2 double beds and were told that they wouldn't have a room available until the next night which they did but we had 3 adults and 1 king bed. Very clean staff pleasant, continental breakfast to crowded not enough room for all guests.

Absolutely beautiful, clean & modern. Great breakfast. Loved it !
