The Hotel has the best location being on Bourbon street in the middle of the French Quarter. Parking is 30$ +tax for guests per day which I found to be quite expensive. They were renovating the hotel when we stayed so it was kind of annoying, but other than that, great place to stay.

The hotel was in a great location on Bourbon Street. It is currently under renovation, so during the day there was some construction going on our floor. Not much of an issue, it was exactly what we were looking for at a great price.

Just an FYI it was a nice hotel but call a head and make sure you are going to the parking deck. The address on here is to the front of the hotel not where to get out and park. Being on bourbon street there was no way to go.

Great place

After an initial reservation fell through, hotels.com proved an immediate resource. The process was quite simple and the room's accommodations as described. Will definitely use hotels.com as a conduit when booking rms myself. Kudos!

Iits on bouborn strret, ideal location , rooms are clean , comfortable.

This is a very nice, well maintained hotel that is an oasis of gentility on rowdy, tacky Bourbon Street. If you don't mind the boisterousness of Bourbon Street, the location is great and near to everything. Be warned though, the street noise does come into the rooms near the front and goes on most of the night.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very easily located on Bourbon Street, in the middle of all the fun. They are very helpful when I wanted to order food in with giving me all the details I needed and the "need to eat" places. The breakfast buffet they served was very good. Will definitely stay again.

They where very friendly. The hotel was in the perfect location on bourbon st were all the action is. I went during the French festival and it was a blast. It you want to see eveything I suggest getting a balcony room it points out to the street. If you want a more quite room try and stay away from the street.

This hotel has a great location in the French Quarter in New Orleans. You are close to many wonderful restaurants, Jackson Square, Mississippi River, Royal Street for antiquing and of course Bourbon Street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We were there on a night when an independant opera company performed arias and Broadway Show tunes for 2 hours in the lobby. This was free and we were told these performers do this every 2 weeks. What a treat!

We booked our room on the road while on the way to New Orleans. The employees were polite, the valet parking was convenient, the room was great, and the location was fantastic!

I'm still amazed at the deal I received via Hotels.com for this hotel. Not only was the hotel nice and clean, it was a perfect location!

Service was very friendly in this historic hotel. The valet and bellhops is very courteous and professional. What I was the most amazed is how you can't hear all the wild partying on the street just dozen feet away. My only complaint is that the room attendants were very boisterous at 7 to 9 am. Its on bourbon street so im sure there are many that prefer to sleep in since checkout is at noon.

Great location & shockingly affordable price. Standard room had a balcony, which was an unexpected treat. Easy to join all the excitement outside & escape when needed to the tranquility of our room or beautiful pool courtyard. We will definitely be back.

Bourbon Street is gross and smelly. If plan to go out during the day, do not stay here.

Close to everything. Reasonably priced and nice staff and amenities. What else can you ask for? The only problem I had was that it's really hard to find parking, but that's true anywhere on Bourbon.

Booked my room 3 weeks ahead. When my husband and I checked in we learned that we were not given the room I had booked and paid for. Management did apologize but all rooms were booked and there was not another room available. Instead of a king bed with balcony we were given a small room, no balcony and double bed only. My husband got the rollaway bed. Not a good way to spend your 30th wedding anniversary.

Lets start with they will lose your reservation swindle you to accept an inferior room and here the customer is always wrong.

great hotel and location, staff very friendly, but what were we thinking booking on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras!!!!! So loud, but our own fault, any other time stay there.

Great rate at the last minute for Mardi Gras... couldn't beat the price!

excellent location in the middle of all the chaos of the french quarter enjoyed mardi gras to the fullest no need for taxis everything is walking distance

It's noisy from Bourban Street...but afterall, you are in New Orleans and staying on Bourban Street. We had a blast. The hotel staff was first rate!! I will stay here again.

Hotel was adequate and we had no real problems. Hotel is way overpriced but I'm sure they charge what they want due to its location. We did it and next time we'll go back to the warehouse district.

The Inn at Bourbon was great so perfect in the French Quarter witht he charm and sophistication of the area. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

Before choosing this hotel, ask yourself what you want out of your stay in NOLA. This location is within walking distance of the outreaches of the French Quarter and offers convenient public transportation to the Garden District. The hotel is very clean, well managed and offers very comfortable rooms. A large courtyard pool welcomes you as you pull in for valet - located on Toulouse street just before Bourbon. If you are looking to partake in the charm and traditions of the Bourbon street experience, this is a great selection. The rooms on Bourbon will place you square in the mix with all of the noise and celebration the evening has to offer. However, rooms on Toulouse will give views of Bourbon without the same level of street noise. And rooms further back from Bourbon will offer a much quieter experience for those hard to sleep. If you want nothing to do with the crowds and exuberance that Bourbon street exudes, I would suggest looking a few blocks away. Items to note: parking is $30 per night, but is very reasonable for this city and offers garaged protection of your vehicle and belongings. All rooms offer a private balcony with the exception of Bourbon street rooms. These rooms have a shared balcony that stretches the length of the building. This is an ideal room to request if you are intent on watching the liveliness of Bourbon street from the comforts of your hotel.

Loved this hotel. Located in the heart of Bourbon Street. Well maintained. Very friendly helpful staff. Room very comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location in the French Quarter for adults. I would not recommend bringing kids here.
