the room was ok as far as appearance. However, it smelled like dirty socks. I think it was the carpet, it really needed a good cleaning or better yet, replaced. The hot water in the shower was also strange. it would get really hot and then really cold. it was convenient to where I was going, very easy access to the freeway. Im not sure I would book again.

Nice hotel at a reasonable rate. Mexican restuarant across the street was good as well.

The Hotel was ok, it just was out dated. the mexican resturant that was on the property was not that great would not eat there again and they had the there , We did that continental breakfastand we both never again the food was not that good.

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Very easy access off and back on the highway! The only thing that bothered me was on the night we stayed there, there was a restaurant sharing the same parking lot as the hotel that had police there patting down a group of hispanic males before they were allowed to enter what seemed to be a party going on at the restaurant before they were allowed to enter. The police stayed there in the parking lot until the party was over. Have no idea what that was all about. It was a little unsettling for the kids, but we were perfectly safe and never heard anything from the rooms we were in. (It was the first Saturday night of April 2012)

No complaints. Room was very nice, clean. Everyone was very friendly.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great value! Only issues were with the shower temp changing from hot to cold to very hot. Also strange to have the breakfast served in the mexican restaurant across the parking lot. But the breakfast was fine. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, toast, bagels, muffins (good!), cereals, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Orange and apple juices, milk, coffee and hot tea. Good variety, although bacon or sausage would have been a nice addition. Also heard traffic at night due to proximity to highway. Overall a good experience and would definitely stay there again. Desk staff was nice, too.

Overall we found the Best Western a good place to stay for a reasonable price. The room did have free Wi-Fi and the people at the front desk were very nice. The free breakfast at the restaurant across from the hotel on the other hand wasn't very good. Several basic items, like regular coffee, were out of stock both mornings. They were filled eventually but, the quality of the food wasn't very good. We would stay there again, but would likely skip the breakfast bar.

Generally a good stay, my only complaint is that the water temp. in the showers wasn't consistent ranging from scalding hot to freezing cold. i told the front desk, I hope they fixed the problem.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. My complaint is on Saturday morning, we walked over for breakfast, which I thought was a little strange to have to walk across the parking lot for breakfast, and had to stand in a line, waiting on people to make waffles with just 1 waffle iron, then fo find out all the food was gone, so, we had to walk across the highway to a truckstop for breakfast. Then, when we came in in the evening, there was no place to park, because of the nightclub across the lot, which I was able to hear the music thru the night. Also, the rooms look nothing like they did on the web sight. They were very clean though.

Very friendly staff. Room was on target for the price point. Good value. Breakfast was poor. Overall happy with the room & would stay again.

Our room was close to the highway and a little loud due to highway noise, but because we required a pet friendly room they had warned us of the noise and asked we wanted to move to a different room. They were friendly clean and inexpensive exactly what I needed for a quick trip to Nashville.

Very easy to find - right off the highway. Staff very friendly and even had a "gift bag of doggie treats" for our pet. Kinda nice. Breakfast good but not on premises...across the lot at a restaurant. Restaurant not too clean, floors dirty from night before and ladies restroom was a mess for sure. Ya think they would have cleaned it knowing they would be getting guests from the hotel in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It is conveniently located just of the highway 24. We slept well and did not hear the highway noise. Pet friendly room has slate floor with area rug between beds only. The room was clean. The breakfast included is at the Mexican restaurant. Very good real scrambled eggs, waffles yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit etc. We would stay there again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers, it is located to an easy off and on ramp from the freeway, well lit parking, rooms while not large is sufficient and very clean with comfortable bed. nic restaurant in walking distance. Very polite and helpful Mgr. on duty the night I stayed.

This is not a five star motel. This motel is for someone who is on a budget and do not mind having all the bells and whistles of hotels. I had a pleasant stay. The beds were nicely made and the floors were clean. The receptionist was very friendly. The bathroom was small but is was clean. Opry Land Mall and Dave and Buster were about 15 minutes away. The interstate was almost next to the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good compared to some motel that only have dry cereal and fruit for breakfast. Homemade waffle, eggs, muffins, dry cereal, fruit were the options for breakfast, The real problem was I had a down stairs room and the people up above me could not control there child from running and making all that noise. Nice motel and would stay there again.

Good clean room nice housekeeper, working appliance. In joy breakfast very nice place.

We had four adults in a two double bed room. Room was clean, smelled fresh, everything worked fine, inner room so it was quiet, breakfast was fine ( eggs, biscuits n gravy and the usual continental items). Family lives close by, so we will stay here again when we visit them. Very satisfied!

This was a really great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room worked properly. The highways surrounding the hotel were pretty noisly but turning the A/C fan on drowned out everything. I slept great here! The hotel is right off I-24 so downtown Nashville is just a short drive.

The location was convenient, but it was not worth the money. Pros: location, comfortable bed. Cons: linen looked like someone had already slept in it, bathroom was horribly old and not well maintained at all and is not even close to what you see in the hotel pictures, the room has been partially renovated as the furniture and the bed were good, but the sink was in the room, the paint job was weird enamel like, towels looked old and dirty and smelled kind of weird, breakfast was the usual one you get in US hotels, however the "restaurant" across the street is where breakfast is served and is run down and plainly dodgy... a fire escape door was locked with a padlock on the inside... Anyway, for the same rate I am sure you can find something better, or you can pay less for the same quality at a different motel.

No temperature control in the shower. Goes from scalding hot to freezing cold without touching the control. Dangerous, and very frustrating! Other than that, no complaints.

My first room was so close to the highway, that I could see the traffic reflected on my mirror. There wasn't a work table, just a regular table without access to a nearby outlet for my computer. The continental breakfast was unacceptable. Lukewarm water that couldn't heat my tea or the instant oatmeal. Tables needed a good scrubbing.

the water in the showe had a mind of its own the tempature would change from very hot to very cold, you had to shower quick. Otherwise it was great beds were great and service was excellant.

The hotel is ideally located. It is close to my work as well as my family. I also recommended it for others in my family that live in another state.

We chose it as a convenient safe haven during one of the recent terrible storms that went through the area. It is close to the interstate and we did get a lot of road noise in the room, but frankly, most of it was drown out by the noise of the wind and rain. Room was average, but seemed clean and everything worked. We were welcomed and greeted by the staff when checking in and out and they were very nice to deal with. It worked out well for us.

The hotel staff was helpful and nice, the room was fine, and a good value. We only had one problem that we didn't notice till the morning...The water in the shower would not stay a constant temperature! It went from scalding hot to freezing cold, and did so every morning for 4 days. I asked the hotel staff and they were apparently working on the plumbing, which would have been nice to know prior to check in. We have stayed here before without a problem, and will probably stay again, but just make sure they are done with their plubing stuff before you book with them!

Easy to get to, free Internet, refrigerator, very nice. Bed was comfortable and accomodations were very nice. Front desk: Kim was very professional and helpful! Extraordinary value.

The best thing about our stay was that the hotel did not try to misrepresent itself. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is very nice and a great value for the price. We knew exacrtaly what we were getting. The pool area looked very nice, though it was too cold to swim. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and easily accessible, and the parking was ideal. She hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with a child and everything was great. We will definately be returning on our next trip to Antioch.
