The Grand Suite which I booked was beautiful. Great price and it did not dissapoint.

They have pumped money into keeping the place updated and looking good. Generally good service, rooms comfortable, pleasing decor. A couple of negatives: Bell services was terribly understaffed: long line just to check a bag in. Also - 20+ years of gamblers cigarette smoke has permiated the entire place and everything has the stale odor of cigarettes. Overall I recommend the Taj.

very disappointed with the whole surroundings around the casino, homeless people every day in the casino begging for money while gaming, attractions were very run down and most were closed

Beautiful hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. We had the best view from our room.We relaxed, saw a show and gambled a little. It was very nice.We will come back again. Thank you!!!

The hotel was great! Loved the pillows and the bed! Definitely staying here again

Wonderful service on arrival. beautiful rooms! very clean!!! food was very very pricy for breakfasts and dinners!! good food!! location was wow factor, with view of ocean and beach! loved it all!!!

Solid hotel but shady location--definitely looks a bit aged relative to its newer peers like Caesar's. Hotel room was great and clean and can't beat the rates--but don't expect to be that close to other hotels and casinos if you stay here.

Check-in was a little slow at first, huge line however the check-in process went too quick. Clerk never even described any amenities that were available and or how to get to my room... Casino layout a little confusing to get to the actual hotel rooms but once you get to the Chairman Towers the rooms are modern, clean and have wonderful views... Will stay in the future

Difficult registration

only one situation really put a bad taste on my stay.we arrived on sunday by Greyhound and we were given vouchers to redeem.However we went to redeem them and the Trump one services refused to accept our official Barbados ID card,so we had to go and get our passports,by that time they were closed at 10pm.So we tried to redeem the vouchers the next day,but the people at Bay7 were quite rude and we felt very embarresed.You see we are not begging for anything,if you are offering something promotional you must honor it.you must realize that people come to your hotel from different countries and you dont accept their ID.We have been to Atlantic city once before and we syayed at the Trump Plaza.So this incident will probably prevent me from staying at any of the Trumps properties

Great stay. A bit pricey but one of the best hotels to stay at for cleanliness and service. Love the renovations and room decor. I use to stay at the Taj years ago but their decor has definitely improved to the modern feel. I love how Trump cares about the condition of his hotels and casinos instead of just making money like many of the other old, dirty and stinky hotel/casinos.

Except for losing some money at the penny slot machines, I had a great time. The restaurant, The Plate had a limited breakfast menu but the dinner was great.Thank goodness for Johnny Rocket!!! The hotel staff answered all my questions and were very courteous.

This hotel smelled of smoke,,,food prices were outrageous...old and run down....they nickel and dimed you for EVERYTHING...wi-fi-cost a fortune.....one bar of soap....never will stay there again!!!!

Overall I was disappointed in my stay at the Taj Mahal. When I arrived at the hotel around 11am and stood in the check out line, the attendant nastily barked out ...not until 2'oclock.....Uhhh excuse me?..I think she forgot that she was at work. Nevertheless..When I returned we were checked right in by a much more pleasant attendant. When we got to the room..i checked out the sheets... Usually the first thing thing that i do. They were stained!....And there was hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor in the bathroom. All of the surfaces had a layer of dust...even the headboard. Ughhh! The public areas seemed dingy and not well maintained. A single shot of Pinnacle vodka at Ego bar in the casino was 9bucks...huh?..No comps offered either...I would never stay or play at the taj mahal again

The room I had was great with a wonderful view. However, the amount of noises from the ventilation, AC, or whatever was incredibly loud. It would be quite one moment, then loud the next. This would occur plenty throughout the night. It was the loudest room I've ever been in at night. Fortunately I'm a good sleeper, but if you are not, you will be woken up 4-10 times a night from the sounds.

The room was fantastic with a very nice ocean view.The only minus of our stay was the price of meals, much too high and hotel guests should never pay for parking.

It was great. Room service was quick and the decor was nice and it was very clean.

I loved the trump taj mahal. My suite was everything i expected plus more. it wasnt close to the shopping area but otherwise i deffinitly plan on staying there again. It was great.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous.. The pool was a great time.. Tons of fun. The casino was a blast. Many many different slot machines to choose from. Hard rock cafe was the best part. Wonderful food, great price and it was located in the trump taj mahal..If you are looking for a gettaway fpr a cpuple of days trump taj mahal is the way to go..

the chairman suites was great.I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the very spacious living room.

It started with a dirty toilet and end up with being awaken by very loud music . Management was notified but did not seem to care. Not impressed with trump hotel! Would not stay there again. Not recommended

They tried to charge too much for internet access.

Trump is generally very good in all categories. Good rates, good check-in agent, and got the room I wanted.

I rated my room cleanliness as a not as all satified , due to the first room that Michelle gave us was NOT CLEANED (maid hadnt even taken the food out of the room from the previous guest, plus it smelled like smoke. I had to go back to the lobby from the Chairmans tower and Brandell in guest services moved us to a clean non smoking room. I didnt get any perks or we are sorry for the hassle, but at least I got a clean room.

Our visit to Atlantic City was prompted by a business trip I had taken a few years ago. This time, Husband, 11 year old, 4 year old, and Grandma was included. Perfect hotel location to board walk, outlets, shopping, parking ended up being one time payment that was granted for three days leaving and returning as well. We were pleasently pleased with that. The hotel had an arcade and an excellent pool area for the kids (just had to work around the adult only times) Well worth the money. Hope to do a repeat trip. We were disapointed the steel pier was closed, however the shopping mall pier with the light show water fountain, and central pier with go cart rides and paintball made up for it. Was a bit concerned about children and Atlantic city... but ended up being even better than I hoped! room was clean Hotel felt very secure with all of the guards.

Our room at the Taj Mahal was very nicely appointed but the rest of the hotel is really in need of a facelift. The facade of the hotel, on both the ocaen and landside were weather beaten and dull in color. I remember when this resort first opened and it was the best place to stay on the boardwalk. We stayed here because we wanted to visit the new Revel hotel/casino and is only a short walk away. An overall problem with refuse on the boardwalk and on the beach area was very disappointing. This is a problem along the entire strip, however. If Atlantic City wants to be more of a family friendly environment then these hoteliers and the city should get together to tackle this issue.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the taj.. Only one thing the rooms need microwave when we brought our food back to the room we wanted to heat it up but we couldn't that was a waste of money. But I would go there over and over.

My friends and I came and stayed here for a night for a friends birthday and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The areas within the hotel and casino were very well kept. The casino was spacious and offered a variety of games to play. There were plenty of dining option including late at night. The bar area was okay, but not layed out to really mingle or dance around if the music was great (it's mainly focused on showcasing the stage performers who lip sync). <<--- my friends and I ended up going to Ceasar's who have a larger and much more spaced out bar venue where we had a great time!!!
