Club Quarters in Boston - بوسطن

The location, staff and cleanliness were all as I expected and very good -- the description of the size of the room was accurate but the room was too small for my taste. If you are used to a hotel room with a king size bed and a reasonable sized bathroom as opposed to a room that is very similar to a cruise ship cabin then this isn't the hotel for you -- otherwise it was fine and the price reflected the the reduced size.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about sights around town. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and had a professional decor. Rooms are very nice with a clean bathroom. Guest services were great with very polite and accommodating staff. Location is great as it is just south from Faneuil Hall. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in the middle of everything. The staff is very friendly and help you any way they can.

The hotel is located in walking distance of many things but we still took the subway to many places. That being said, our last night we stayed at another hotel with much better amenities that had a shuttle that took us straight to the subway station. So, for bigger rooms, pool, Jacuzzi, nicer hotel and free shuttle, I would prefer the Hilton over Club Quarters anyday.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night before an event in the city. We were surprised at how close we were to Quincy market and the back bay even though we were in the financial district. The hotel staff is beyond friendly and our room, though on the smaller side, had a king size bed(we had reserved a queen), and everything was spotless. We loved the water purifiers and bottles on each floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Good, convenient area. Reasonable rates. Hotel needs to be refreshed. TV, bed, furniture - all needs to be updated. No staff to speak of - you check in at a kiosk. If you are looking for full service, look elsewhere.

This hotel is in the perfect location to access all Boston has to offer. it was withing walking distance to everything we wanted to see! yes, the rooms are small, but you get over it because you don't need to spend so much time in your room other than sleeping! I would really recommend this to anyone who wants to see Boston!

When we arrived no hotel staff came to help us with our luggage. Reception staff were quite abrupt....however those staff were helpful during our stay. A poor lounge, T V coffee/ tea making machine and soft drinks were available. After the weekend a selection of fruit, nuts and cereal bars appeared....too late for us to benefit from. The chambermaid just walked in one morning while I was using the bathroom. Iced water machine on every floor.No dining room just an English style pub adjoining the hotel.

Boston is small so you can walk to the Common or anywhere, but if you're there on a weekend, be aware that nothing in close proximity is open because it's the financial district. The check in is weird and the desk people are a bit disorganized, but otherwise, it's an ok place to stay.

The hotel is in a good position, and the room was comfortable, even if the bathroom was tiny. The bed and sheets were clean, however I did notice dusting was poor, and the carpet was not vacuumed.However, the bad aspect of the hotel is lack of customer service...eg watching us struggle with heavy cases and not even coming to open the door. First words uttered were not Welcome, or did you have a good trip...but we're I'm going to need your credit card"!!! We paid a premium rate for the holiday weekened, and it certainly was poor value. Would only return if good rate available.

The staff were very good - polite & helpful. The hotel was clean and well located.

The location was excellent. My husband had to do some work while there and the access to printing and availability of wi-fi were very helpful. It is very much a business hotel and, therefore, the rooms are not particularly "romantic", but the location and service were stellar.

This Hotel is absolutely perfect, we will possibly consider elsewhere in Boston due to what happened to us in the parking garage. We may consider CQ in NY but not again in Boston due to the parking service. We paid for the overnight parking in the parking garage just up the street, and when we picked up the car the next day there were huge paint scrape marks down the front fender & rear quarter panel of my immaculate car. I mentioned it to the attendant and he shrugged.... nice.

This was a decent place to stay in central Boston. Nice rooms, although a bit small, good gym, walking distance to lots of attractions. Only complaint was with the service. Checkin and check out is a bit impersonal as they have machines to do this. Housekeeping was a bit haphazard - one day we had no coffee cups to use in the coffee machine, and only decaf coffee, another day we had no towels, and another time, they walked into our room without knocking which just shouldn't happen. There is a 'guest request' cupboard where you can apparently get extra items, like coffee and milk (given there was never any in the room) but the cupboard looked like it needed a good clean out.

I come to Boston for business about 4-5 times a year. Stay here every time. Big bonus is free WiFi and the restaurant next door is very good for bfast. Also, the free water dispenser with free bottles is a very nice plus. Can't say enough about the hotel staff. All very young and courteous and professional. I particularly like Matt at the Front desk.

The hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities. While no frills, it really meets the needs of travelers who are busy all day and need a comfortable place to sleep. The front desk, especially Matt were professional and helpful. It's located in the Financial District which is quiet on the weekends, but within a mile or so of all the main sites.

I don't know what else you'd want (or need). I had a comfortable and clean room, I like that there's chilled, purified water on each floor to help yourself to, and free wi-fi throughout the hotel, not just in the lobby like in so many hotels I've been in recently. I was there over a weekend and so, being in a business area, some cafes etc were shut but really you're only 5 or 10 minutes walk from everywhere.

Loved the amenities, and the staff was great. Adjacent pub/restaurant was also excellent. Vert convenient to the T and within walking distance of almost everything. We spent three nights and will definitely stay there again.

Got to see every thing we wanted to see staying at this location. The staff was great. The bed was a little too hard for us and the TV was placed over the desk opposed to being in front of the bed, so it was a little awkward to watch. Someone had commented about not having an ice machine but there is one on the second floor...just have to ask to get the answers you need. Four days afterward we got billed $90 extra; I called and they informed that is standard practice for possible damages that might be in the room. They did inform me that money would be returned to our account if the is no finding in four to five days.

Rooms are smaller but location is great and prices are reasonable! The rooms are always clean. Our third stay at this hotel.

Club Quarters is a rock solid place to stay downtown. Clean, well maintained. Short walk to Quincy Market/ Long Wharf. Nice having the Elephant and Castle Pub right downstairs. Room, bed, bathroom all good. My only complaint is that the TV in room is too small.

Loved the staff, loved the coffee machine in the Lounge, room was a bit small, but we were not there much. Do not need a car.

Great location in Boston. Offers free chilled water on each floor. Not a fan of the self check-in/out (I would rather be greeted). Nice restaurant/bar next door. Parking garage is close (<5 min walk) but due to its location, a bit pricey.

Close to a train stop from the airport and great location to walk around the city. Staff very friendly.

Great location - right in downtown and close to restaurants and main streets. 10 minutes walk from Quincy Market and very close to a T. Room was very small but I guess they all are in this area. Concierge was very nice and helpful, beyond normal expectation. Bed was comfy, and room was generally very clean

First time in Boston we booked two nights. The room was very small but very modern and clean. Winded up booking an additional night to see the rest of the city. There is a pub connected to the hotel which was convenient for a quick bite. They offer iPad rentals which was cool even though I didn't need it. I used there free wifi and have no problems. Down side is valet costed me 96$ for 3 days. Sat sun and Monday. Will definitely stay again. Was within walking distance of everything I did except Fenway park which was only a 10 minute drive.

incredible. would stay there again in an instant. I've been to Boston 5 times and this was my favourite stay.

Very convenient location; very helpful staff. LOVED the automated check-in. Room very small, bad lighting. But so centrally located if you're there on business/busy tourists, it is just fine. And the Elephant & Castle restaurant that is "attached" is also just fine.

Some really nice touches...free bottled water, automatic check in, nice lobby to hang out in. Great location...walking distance to anywhere!

This hotel has everything you need, without giving you much more. Rooms are on the small side, but have a desk, comfortable chair, reasonable closet. Staff is friendly and efficient. It ain't luxury, but it satisfies every need you will have. I would stay here again, especially for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located, with a nice bar/ restaurant adjacent. It was fine, though the bed wasn't super comfortable and the room was a little small for the price. We did go on a very busy weekend though, so that probably explains the price. In all, it was acceptable but not luxurious.

When I first showed up there was a major issue with my room. The cleaning crew was putting a ton of laundry bags in my room! I went downstairs and told them, they said the were sorry and upgraded me to a suite! I know this couldn't have been easy because they were sold out, so THANK YOU!! Always my #1 when I have to go to Boston for business.

It was very easy to find, convenient to where i needed to go and Matthew at the front desk is GREAT! very helpful and very pleasant.

Good value but parking is not convenient.
