Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile - شيكاغو

We have stayed in several different hotels in Chicago over the years but, once we discovered the Hilton Garden Inn, we never stay anywhere else. The service is impeccable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is located close to everything we need and we get a good value for the money. We will be lifetime guests at this hotel!

I felt that this hotel had a great rate for the location and amenities. The place was clean, quiet and had great beds. We slept better than ever. If there was any negative it was that the water pressure was low in the shower. We had a top floor room.

Very courteous staff; more than helpful with any questions we asked (ie train routes, restaurants, etc.). Excellent stay; would definitely stay again.

The stay was enjoyable, the staff especially Vincent the baggage checker was wonderful. I had one issue, I booked a smoking room, Hotels.com did not give a The restaurants were a litttle pricey, but the food was really good especially Michael Jordans restaurant.

Aside from a lot of noise from kids in the hallway in the middle of the night, this was a good stay. Internet is free...as it should be at all hotels but is not. Decent dining at Weber Grill connected to the lobby. Staff is friendly.

Poor customer service. Smoking rooms when we booked non-smoking, billed twice for room service, staff was NOT accomodating and was very rude.

The room was very bad. it smells smoke I could not sleep all night.

Our recent trip to Chicago was great, including the hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn is close, in some cases connected to, some great restaurants such as Weber Grill, P.F. Changs, Buca Da Pepo, Maggianos, Sullivan's Steakhouse, Joes Seafood and Steaks, etc... A lot of the things my wife and I wanted to do was within walking distance of the hotel including Navy Pier, the Watertower shopping center, and some great Blues Clubs, whatever isn't in walking distance is a short cab ride away. The only ding I have is that the hotel doesn't validate their parking which costs $41 dollars a day at the ramp next to the hotel. As far as the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn all of them were helpful and you can't beat the bright smile and very helpful Fabiana at the front desk.

I would stay here again && have been recommending it to friends.

Hotel was in a great spot downtown. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel or even a short cab ride. The only frustrating thing for me was they gave us a smoking room rather than a non-smoking room. They did provide the option to switch rooms the following day however our schedule was so packed that it was not feasible for us to switch rooms. Also they put the burden on me to call and switch our rooms rather than offering to call and switch our rooms the following day so we were stuck with the smoking room all weekend. Again not a huge issue since we only used the room to sleep and shower.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Chicago was much nicer than I thought it would be. The hotel was very clean and the staff was really friendly. We went for a birthday/stay-cation/romantic weekend and loved it. It's right by all the Mag. Mile shopping and great restaurants. We got to swim in the pool and relax in the the hot tub a lot. The pool was kind of small, but we were lucky it wasn't too crowded. I totally enjoyed my weekend and would definitely go back.

Super-convienent location to the subway and bus stops!

We were able to stay and manuever the subway - right out the front door and go anywhere we wanted to go within minutes. Wonderful customer service - they even let us check our bags after we had checked out and picked them up later in the day. This was nice as we were able to extend our day in Chicago without having to pay for another day!

This is a very nice hotel for the price, however, the one downside is that they do not have complimentary parking and valet for guests and their room service is only from 5pm to 10pm most nights of the week.

Very nice hotel with many restaurants nearby. Hotel was less than 2 blocks off magnificent mile, great location! Room was nice size, bathroom small but functional. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable, although room overall was nice. Free Internet and coffee in room was great. Front desk staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The pool is extremely small. Granted we stayed during spring break week and the hotel was very full. The pool could have been twice as large and it still wouldn't have been big enough.

air condition did not work the 1st night was in need of the fan but they took care of it and fix it other wise was awesome stay

The hilton garden on grand in chicago. Close to many resturants. Right next to the L train. The price was good. Over all a very nice place.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and loved the location! Nice rooms and friendly & helpful staff. My only complaint was that the first room assigned to us smelled like stale cigarettes. They did move us to a new room, and while it was better there was still a cigarette scent to it.

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very professional. I found the stay very relaxing and was a nice walking distance from everything. The front desk even gave away warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. What a bonus

The first night the beds were TERRIBLE. I read the instructions on how to adjust the firmness but did not realize that you have to adjust BOTH sides. Once I sorted through that, everything was fine.

We stayed for only 1 night, but had a great experience. They graciously checked us in early. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was superb!! We'll definitley stay again during our next Chicago trip.

We were very satisfied with the location. The desk staff was most helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants shopping. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I like to plan things out and have them go well. I called them a few times before my stay and they were willing to answer my questions. You arrive and they help you out with a friendly smile. Close to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier, Musicals, Food. Awesome

Being that it was our first time staying in downtown Chicago, I could not have picked a better place to stay. It was an excellent value and located near all the great downtown attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful in answering all our questions and getting us directions to places we needed to go. The hotel room was very clean and the fitness center was also nice. The area around the hotel is great as well. Just a few blocks from Michigan Avenue and plenty of restaurants all around. I would definitely stay there again.

Ok stay, convenient and friendly enough staff. Wi-fi is free ... as it should be everywhere. Pool was closed for repairs.

This is, overall, an excellent hotel. There were a few nitpicky issues along the way - we stayed on the top floor, and the water pressure was pretty terrible. We were accidentally given someone else's bill after our first night (we stayed for 3). But the hotel is very centrally located, right next to the subway and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

Walls are paper-thin. We heard other guest's hotel doors slamming 24-7 and sirens continuously. Also, tv did not function correctly.

Clean, comfortable, and great location. This hotel is situated mere steps away from the subway 'red' line. You can easily get to/from the airport by transferring to the 'blue' line a few stops away for only $2.25, a real bargain in these times. We also took the subway to the Field Museum, highly recommended. Also, surrounding the hotel is lots of shopping and restaurants.

I stayed 4 nights for a business trip. The hotel met all my needs: clean, comfortable, great location (red line trains at the doorstep, short cab to McCormick and any downtown location). Great value.
