Great location - very close to the train station and the duomo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent continental breakfast included.

The staff was very helpful, the room very clean compared to how European hotels can be. The bath room was like the bath rooms in the US which is what I booked the room for..........having seen Europeon bath rooms in my life. The location was spectacular. You could walk to the train, the Duomo, Ufizzi, David and just about everything. The prices were a tad high but because it is a big city and convenient to everything - I think you would pay the same in the US. Overall, we were extremely thankful. One should note that pre-June and post-Sept the a/c systems shut down from what we could tell just around 9 to 10 am and come back on around dinner time. If you sleep in it can be hot blow drying your hair. If we were up and out by 9 - no problem.

Good location. Room was clean but shower door leaked so we were always moping up water after showers. Breakfast was ok.

Very conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to the famous Duomo, the Uffizi Museum, & the Galleria Academia & Statue of "David." They had a lovely top-floor outdoor terrace with a great view of the city. The hotel is handicap-accessible and the staff is multi-lingual and very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but adequate. The A/C was far below typical American standards for hot summer temperatures. The room decor and comfort of the bed were average, but the convenient location overcame the heat and other shortcomings.

Nice location - close to rail road station and, in general. in a walkable distance to a major historic sites in Florence.

This hotel was average as far as hotel rooms in Europe normally are --- small room with no view. But the location is great. It's very near the Duomo and within a 15 minute walk of all the major sites.

Very nice location. Nice rooms. Good size, clean. Close to everything..Sofitel was next door. Lobby looked better, but not sure about the rooms. Overall for the price I thought this was great. free wifi, free breakfeast(which was ok, not the best)

Hotel was in a great location between the Duomo and the train station. AC was fantastic and could be controlled in-room (many other hotels required you to contact reception to change it). Great terrace on the roof overlooking the Duomo for breakfast and aperitifs.

Ideally situated to explore Firenze and the rooftop breakfast is a great start to the day

Very conveniently located about 1 min from the Duomo, 4 mins from Santa Maria Novelli Station and 30 seconds from Via Tourabuoni. Recent refurbishment has resulted in tastefully modern rooms with superb air con and very effective triple glazing. Communal areas are similarly clean and the adjoining cafe is quite good. Wi-fi is only available in the foyer and although free is unreliable. There is also one computer (again in the foyer) but this costs 5 euros per half hour... Service was a bit hit and miss; slightly frosty to begin with but warmed up towards the end of the stay. Concierge proved surprisingly effective at booking things when prodded. Breakfast is 15 euros per head if not included Iron has to be borrowed from the concierges desk and the rooms do not contain a clothes line. Laundry service is reasonably priced and quite good

Breakfast buffet could be better. Room was quiet, but rather dark and small. Location was ideal.

My mother and I traveled from London via Pisa airport and were delighted to find that the hotel is located 2 minutes from the bus/train station SMN. We were further delighted to find that 2 minutes walk in the other direction and you'd find yourself facing the Duomo. In addition to all the benifits of being able to step from the door of your hotel to the heart of the city, the hotel boasts a wonderful breakfast tarrace and bar on the 6th floor which boast some wonderful views of the Duomo. We found it a lovely place to start the day and nice for that afternoon coffee or aperitif before stepping out into the bustle of Florence to find some dinner. Our room was average in size and although the beds were hard we slept extremely well. The bathroom, typical of most Italian hotels, was pristine, new male and very, very clean. The rooms are air-conditioned and this has to be an ESSENTIAL if you plan to travel during July or August as we did. Breakfast was better than a lot of continental breakfast we had had particularly considering the small size of the hotel and there was a choice of fruit cold meats yogurt cereal bacon and eggs, pastries... or all of them. If you go expecting the ritz you'll be disappointed... but certainly one of the better 4 stars to be found in the city.

The location of the hotel couldn't be beat. It is an easy walk to the train station and even closer to the Duomo. Breakfast was standard fare and the views from the terrace are spectacular. The only drawback was that the room and hotel were very "vanilla" in charm. If you didn't know you were in Italy, you could have been in any mid-level hotel in the states.

As a couple in our 20s we travelled aroubnd italy and stayed in many hotels, this one was our favourite! So central, rooms were so clean and the breakfast area had amazing views as well as amazing food. I highly recommend staying here!

I would highly recommend this hotel because of the customer service, cleanliness, spaciousness of the room and bathroom, and the convenient location to major sites. Walking out the doors and seeing Il Duomo was a highlight every morning.

Very comfortable and spacious room within short walking distance of all centro attractions and termini. This was the only room in our two week stay in Italy that had a bathtub (4 other hotels had shower only). Breakfast was substantial. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Florence.

good central location, close to the train station and within easy walking distance of all the sights. rooms were very comfortable. breakfasts were good and served until 10:30am if you wanted a lie in. only critisism was the prices in the bar. 8 euros for a single glass of wine a bit much, but there are plenty of other options close by.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable with a courteous staff and an excellent roof terrace breakfast. Easy to find from the rail station and close to the Duomo. Hard to ask for anything more.

o hotel fica proximo da estacao de trem e das principais atracoes turisticas. o quarto é limpo e sem carpete. Foi tudo bem, as duas unicas coisas de que nao gostei foi do lobby do hotel e do atendimento no balcao. A recepcionista que fez nosso check in nao foi educada e nao nos tratou de forma adequada.

何と言っても立地が抜群。ドゥオモは徒歩1-2分。南側のウフィッチ美術館、ヴェッキオ橋、北側のアカデミア美術館、メディチ家礼拝堂など主な見所のほか、鉄道駅や各ブランドショップなども徒歩10分以内で行かれます。個人旅行のダブルルーム滞在プランでしたが、部屋は広く清潔で、トイレやシャワーの水圧も言うことなし。非常に快適でした。欠点はフロントやエレベーターホール、廊下などが全体にやや狭いこと、朝食がやや貧弱なこと。でもこれは利便性のよさを考えれば眼を瞑れる程度でした。

Muy entretenido y fascinante lugar. Maravillosa ciudad, mucho arte y lugares que visitar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son pequeñas pero suficientes para una corta estadía. Las personas de la recepción no fueron muy atentas, incluso cuando dejé las maletas en custodia no sabian donde las habian colocado.

駅からも近く利便性は抜群です。ただ、部屋が狭いのが難点です。また、朝食は屋上で眺めも非常に良かったです。

Quando eu e minha esposa pesquisamos um hotel para ficar em Florença, levamos muito em consideração a proximidade com a estação de trem S M Novella, pois queriamos fazer alguns bate e voltas pela região da Toscana. O hotel está a cerca de 10min a pé da estação, o que o torna muito conveniente para isso. Além do que, se você chegar a Florença de trem também não será nenhum problema se deslocar a pé até o hotel mesmo com as malas. Já havia ficada num hotel da rede Best Western antes e já conhecia um pouco do serviço da rede, mas fiquei ainda mais impressionado neste hotel. O quarto era bem espaçoso com uma ante-sala, de modo que acomodar as malas não era um problema. O banheiro era ótimo tanto em espaço quanto em funcionalidade, com boa ducha (facilmente regulável entre água fria ou quente) e ainda com secador de cabelos. O café da manhã é muito bom também com suco, iogurte, café/latte/capuccino, frios, croissants, ovos mexidos, bacon, linguiça, geléias, nutella, mel e chás e um staff sempre atento caso precise de alguma reposição de talheres ou louça. O hotel, além de perto da estação, está quase em frente ao Duomo de Florença, a Igreja mais linda da cidade, as principais ruas de comércio e perto de outros pontos de interesse como a Ponte Vecchio, mercado central, Galeria Della Academia e Galeria Uffizzi. Todos estes pontos podem ser acessados a pé a partir do hotel em poucos minutos.

駅から歩いて１０分以内。どこに行くにも非常に便利のいい立地にあります。 大寒波で外はとても寒かったのですが部屋はいつも暖かで快適でした。 フロントの方もとても感じがいいです。 朝食は野菜がないのがちょっと残念。 また部屋にお湯を沸かせるポットがあるとなおいいです。

フレンッエの訪問は今回で３度目で ドーモの近くでもあり滞在したが、 水道の出が非常に悪く、バスタブにお湯をはるのに　２０分近くかかった、（ﾎﾃﾙの人に言ったがこんなものだと）しかも　タオルは　かなりつかい古したのか　バリバリ！！ 口コミにも書いてあったが　石鹸のロゴは　以前のホテル名？vivaHotel　とか記載があった。 朝食場所からは　ﾄﾞｰﾓがみれたが、　全景でなく　建物の間からだ！　食事内容の質もけしていいのもではない。　いつも４ﾂ星に宿泊しているがこれが４ﾂ星ﾎﾃﾙとは全くひどい。　これもイタリアが財政難だから？ １人１泊　４ﾕｰﾛもしかたがないと思っていたが こんなﾎﾃﾙに払うのがもったいなく感じた もう　にどと泊まりません。

最近部屋を改装したばかりのようで、広く清潔で、朝食も果物まできちんと出されていましたので、大変満足のいく滞在が出来ました。また、ドォーモから徒歩２～３分、且つS.M.N.駅からも徒歩３～４分のところに立地していますので、どこを観光するにしても、ホテル中心で徒歩で回れましたので、移動時間のロスや交通費もほとんどかかりませんでした。観光する時のホテル選択の条件は、やはり立地が一番だなぁ、と改めて感じさせてくれるホテルでした。また、ルームキーを部屋に忘れてしまったことがあったのですが、その時も非常に真摯で且つ親切に対応して頂きました。フィレンツェに滞在される方には、是非お勧めしたいホテルです。

O hotel fica a uma quadra do Domo e os quartos com vista para ele são muito confortáveis. Muito boa escolha para ficar em florença.

Glimrende beliggenhet, og fin rengjøring. Flott takterrasse for frokosten, og ellers helt etter vår smak. Kan absolutt anbefales. Umiddelbar nærhet til alle severdighetene i Firenze. Kun 200m spasertur fra sentralbanestasjonen for både buss og tog. Vi tok bussen fra Pisa, og den gikk direkte til Sbs.

Tipico hotel de cadeia, oferece o basico com corforto mas sem nehum grande diferencial. O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quase em frente ao Duomo. Os quartos são limpos e confortaveis (o meu estva reformado) e o cafe da manha muito bom.

Fantastiskt läge.Kort promenadavstånd till allt.Vi såg Doumen från vårt fönster och från takterassen där man åt frukost.

Hotel con muy buena relación precio/calidad. Muy bien situado al lado del Duomo, incluso puede verse la catedral desde la terraza del hotel. Habitación espaciosa, suelo de madera. Cama ancha pero muy corta (pies colgando). Bar en el útimo piso (6), para el desayuno, la merienda o la cena.

Vi bodde på detta hotell fyra nätter under maj månad 2011. Kan verkligen rekommendera både staden som sådan och hotellet. Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge, när till allt som man vill besöka, gångavstånd till tågstationen, lung och säkra kvarter. Rummen och hotellet i övrigt var i mkt bra skick, rent och snyggt. Vi bodde ut mot gatan, men isoleringen var mkt bra, hördes ingenting. Trevlig personal! Frukosten som sådan är väl som de flesta hotellet i denna del av världen. Helt okej med andra ord. Det fina var att frukosten serverades på hotellets takterass - dvs härlig utsikt varje morgon. Det finns inget att tveka på när det gäller detta hotell - slå till ! ;-)

Jag och min reskamrat har haft en mycket trevlig vistelse på Hotell Laurus. Vi hade bokat via internet i oktober och allt fungerade som det skulle när vi anlände i början av april. Vi hade haft svårt att välja hotell eftersom utbudet är stort i Florens men till slut var det läget och takterrassen som fick fälla avgörandet. Väl på plats visade det sig att vi verkligen hade valt rätt. Sju minuters gångtid från flygbussen och mycket trevligt bemötande vid ankomsten. Fräscht rum med väldigt fint badrum och därtill utsikt över gatulivet. Det var dubbla fönster så inga ljud hördes utifrån gatan. God frukost på terassen varje morgon i sol. På kvällen satt vi åter på terassen, lyssnade på kyrkklockorna och såg fladdermössen flyga. Vi åt på terassen alla fyra kvällarna och till den goda maten provade vi olika sorters vin. Läget var mitt i alltings centrum oavsett om man ville titta på sevärdheter eller shoppa. Jag och min kamrat kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Excellente situation ,chambres modernes et bien équipées, personnel avenant et agréable !

Pænt standard hotel, dog lidt i tvivl om de fire stjerner snarere rigtig godt 3 stjernet hotel. God beliggenhed tæt på alle seværdighederne og i gå afstand til stationen. Ok værelse omend lidt småt. Fin udsigt. God morgenmad dog kunne de godt have rigtig juice og ikke sukkervand med farve. Venligt personalet. Alt i alt tilfreds med hotellet til prisen.
