Hi, I enjoyed my stay and liked the hotel, how ever on the last evening at 2am there was a fire alarm, approx 30 guests with myself assembled outside and there was not one staff member to be seen, we were out there for approx 30min before the alarm was silenced and we returned to our rooms

Convenient location close to airport and beach. Nice pool area .Wifi extra!

Nice hotel. You need a car to get anywhere, but the dockside bar/restaurant was really pleasant.

Great service

Got there late - 10pm - and was concerned about late check-in, but it went OK. I had called their number when I landed to inform them but it took almost twenty minutes before late check-in was confirmed. Also, the phone in room didn't work.

Needs remodeling and bed was hard and painful to sleep on. I would have left after I sat on it, but I was too tired too search for new hotel and pack up again. I called to speak to manager about the bed the next morning after waking up with pain in back at 5am and he or she never called me back to hear my complaints. Other guest I spoke to said their bed was just a horrible.

Hotel was clean, well appointed room in the terrace suites; view of the pool, crisp white linens clean comfy bed (no bed bugs...I checked). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with directions and tour tips. If you want quiet, luxurious grounds, and don't mind spending extra $$ to get around, this was a really nice stay. Would stay there again. Only negative for me was the coffee...unknown and very weak brand of coffee in room.

Very well located on the inland waterway with water taxi service at the dock. Outside bar and grill next to the pool and boat dock. Very comfortable.

I am very pleased with staff who are very helpful especially the front desk agent during the day from April 8-10. She was ready to give us information that we need; warm and friendly. I love the rooms and the beautiful view of the marina, the pool and all the amenities. Certainly will stay again if we go back to Fort Lauderdale and will recommend to friends.

Overall I was pleased with the service and quick check in/check out. Valet service was twenty-five dollars. The small bar on the first floor that was serving food until 1am ran out of take out containers and I had to carry two large plates and a bag with hot Coca Cola cans up to the room. I've never been a fan of hotels that do not provide very late night room service (until 2 or 3 am) or 24 hour room service. But overall the experience was excellent.

i dont why this hotel was a 4 star,its was unclean and i had reserve for grand view but got ugly sight , not worth money , shower was bad there is no place to hang tower , never go back !

The room/bath in the tower was disappointing. Very, very small, dinghy. Corner of solid wood bed frame is quaranteed to take out on ankle as you try to manuver around the tight spaces.

An excellent locaiton with great views if you get a room in the tower. Within a 2 minute car ride to the beach as well. I liked this hotel more than a competitor that is located right on the local beach. Unfortunately, they charge for parking- 25 dollars is a bit much just for a parking space.

The hotel is great, the rooms are super!! The only Problem is the hotel lobby, restaurant need updating, kind of stayed back in the 80's! The restaurant also needs more/better staff, it was quite a wait for ordering food, getting seated during breakfast buffets, etc. Otherwise, the rooms are remodeled and very nice, but maybe the walls are built a little too thin... every little bit of conversations in both rooms on either side of us can be heard...

The room should have been nice- corner suite with balcony. But it was tired and dirty. Greasy stains on couch patches in the walls light bulbs out...

I was very disappointed after paying that much for the room we weren't even greeted with a bottle of complimentary water in the room. Everything was resort type priced. It was very expensive. You had to type for EVERYTHING. Parking was $25 per day plus tax plus gratuity. Not sure if I will go back. Location was beautiful but it was too expensive.

The pool bar food is not quality.

Okay except hard to get a lift on day of departure and then long queues for taxis or shuttle. Smoking allowed in outdoor dining areas had to move tables to get away from it.

Overall a very nice stay, friendly staff but rooms showed somewhat their age. Bathroom had a leaking bathtub and had a small shower head on a hose but no shower head attached to the wall

Hotel is way too expensive for its rooms/cleanliness but is in a great location. It is seconds from the bay but rooms/hallways could definately be improved upon. Restaraunts are more expensive than should be also. Concierge was very helpful as was the front desks.

We paid $75 for 2 breakfasts - all the food and drink was extremely expensive, especially when you are there for a conference.But it is a very nice hotel in a beautiful spot.

I enjoyed staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina for 4 nights during a business trip. The property was a nice place to unwind after a day of meetings - either relaxing by the pool or bar next to the marina. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The only problem I had was a room safe that didn't function - and the hotel was not responsive in fixing this. Otherwise, everything was great.

The room was small. Safe was not open, had to call security. The light in the bath was out, had to call to have it fixed. The carpet was badly stained. The hotel was on basically located on an island, no place to walk to.

Despite the fact this hotel was cheaper than others the price was ridiculously high...the China Grill's food was pretty good but was also over priced.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale. I come to S.FL twice a year to visit family and recently started taking my grandparents to stay near ocean. We have stayed here one other time and the room was amazing, excellent condition, great view of the water way, needless to say my family loved it. Assuming we would have similar accommodation this stay I didn't hesitate in booking again with the Hilton. This was a tragic mistake as we arrived to a Grande room that had a beautiful view of a Ford Explorer in the parking :( The room was surprisingly dirty as well with paint chipping off of the bathroom door,makeup smeared on the bathroom wall, and a comforter with a hole the size of a half dollar in it. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for 1/4 of the price and I can no longer recommend this hotel to friends and family

Although the rooms were clean and staff very friendly, the rooms were very small. In fact you needed to back into a tiny closet in order to access the room safe. Other than that, it was close to a lot of great restaurants. We will most likely stay there again.

Everything was great during my stay at the Hilton. Rooms were very clean and the view from the tower room was amazing. Only problem that I had was when i was checking in the told me the room I paid for on hotels.com isn't guaranteed. ...so I asked her why? but she didnt have an answer and kept telling me the room wasn't available. ....but after talking to her manager all of the sudden my room was magically available. ...smh

It was very disappointing that I spent close to a half hour trying to prove I had prepaid for the hotel. It was finally corrected after several phone calls back to home to locate further proof that I had paid by credit card. I had the receipt and confirmation with me and even called that mornign to make sure everything was set, much to my dismay the hotel did not have record of my almost 900.00 payment...

We were extremely disappointed with having to pay for parking. $20 per night, so an extra $80 to stay there!! Not happy at all. This should have been disclosed up front by someone, whether by Hilton and/or by Hotels.com. Hotel was ok, however our room was about a half mile from the lobby which was far from convenient. Looked like the room had been renovated by a below average contractor (bathroom granite counter on top of MDF which was rotting/buckling, corrosion on bath fixtures, etc). I contacted the hotel yesterday to let them know that I was not happy about the parking fees and the woman I spoke with was of no assistance. I emailed the manager and he did offer to provide a parking voucher next time we stay there, but I don't know that I would go back.

When heading on a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale (of which there are many) this is a very convenient hotel. Unfortunately the staff is rude and unhelpful and they are always booked so they can rarely meet requests. We had asked for a King room and the front desk nearly laughed at me when I called to ask why we didn't get it. There are several food options nearby and a drug store so the conveniences are there, but just be prepared for little-to-no service.

It was not what I expected , the view isnt what it says on the selection ! Im very disappointing !!!

Tried to order room service and champagne, they hung up on us repeatedly.

Booked ajoining rooms and it was not available at chek in.After 1st night we had to move to proper room to acomadate us. The amenities that was featured was not correct(such as airport shuttle service) Had to pay for parking at hotel which was not includEd in room price,parking gate constently wouldnt work,Hotel restuarant was way over priced for quaility of the food.Very dissapointed. Would not recomend or revisit this hotel.

The hotel interior is in bad shape, very dirty. The room also not at all clean, maid service well below average standard. Would not say in this hotel again.
