Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel - باريس

Beside train/bus/cruises. Hotel staff, really friendly, and so helpful. Breakfast /bar food lovely, room very clean. Only complaint, hallways need re-decorating.

When we arrived we found that the hotel had "upgraded" us to a room with a small balcony from which we could look around the corner of the building and see the Eiffel tower. I had a feeling that just about everyone got "upgraded" for as long as rooms were available. One thing that bothered us is that when we got up in the am and went downstairs, there was a breakfast buffet room prepared and ready for diners. Nowhere was any info to be found that stated the cost to dine there for breakfast. We figured it couldn't be TOO high, so we ate breakfast there the first morning before asking what the cost was (our error). It ended up that we had paid about 5 times what a normal buffet breakfast should have cost! So remember to check the prices for food BEFORE you eat anywhere in Paris. Otherwise, this hotel was a good choice for someone who had never travelled in France before this trip..

Would have been nice to have a bankomat at the hotel for monez exchange. Concierge service was above par.

Superbly located hotel. Walking distance to "Hop on- Hop off " bus. Almost under the Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants in neighborhood, mostly frequented by "Local" not tourists. All have good command of English, but appreciate attempts at "Schoolgirl"French! If in Paris again, I would return without hesitation Senior FLA.

Great Location ! Excellent Service !

My mom, daughter, and stayed at the Pullman hotel for three nights and were very happy. In general, the hotel was very similar to the good quality chain hotels in the US. The room was excellent-great beds, pillows, bathroom. The service was exceptional too. We loved the location right between two metro stations and a quick walk to the eiffel tower. The surrounding neighborhood is charming with plenty of nice places to eat. Would definitely go back and also would highly recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Valentine's day weekend (2/18/2012 - 2/21/2012) and was very impressed. The bed/bedding was very comfortable and the view was awesome! The room was large for Paris standards and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a delux room. When we return to Paris we will stay here again.

A fantastic welcome, superb service, amazing views of the Eiffel Tower - this hotel ticked every box. The club room was suitably equipped with wines and soft drinks and good breakfast views, the room was clean and tidy and very peaceful. A great stay, thank you!

The hotel is within 2 blocks of the Eiffel Tower, making it very easy to navigate Paris and never really feel lost. Incredibly courteous staff, close to many cafe's.

Great location with a view of the Eiffel tower from our room. friendly staff and good breakfast. Would stay again when in Paris.

Perfect place for a New Year celebration! We had requested a room with balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. On arrival we were told that a balcony room meant a smoking room (???) . But after some begging we were given a room with a terrace(balcony to us) and a view of the tower. Other than this clarification the stay was perfect, walking distance to metro and several sidewalk cafes. A great value! Would stay here again .

A pretty decent hotel located a few feet from the Eiffel Tower. 1 min walk to the Metro/RNR. The room showed signs of wear and tear and should have been renovated. The housekeeper did not refill the toiletpaper and the showerhead had some milldew in it...Choose the view of the street, and not the garden view! That will ensure a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Book this hotel because of its location. Close to RER and Metro plus very near to Eiffel Tower. At check in, the reception personnel managed to upgrade us to a room with the Eiffel Tower view (from the balcony). Magnificent view that is! Room is spacious and clean, speedy housekeeping services. Will stay there again.

Fantastic location overpriced

Great hotel- treat yourself to a room with a balcony for a fantastic view of the Eiffel tower. A little dated in parts but still great condition, very comfortable and great location. We were travelling with our 3 month old baby and the hotel were very accommodating providing a decent cot. X

The employees were extremely helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast bar was the best he had on our two week European trip! It is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and bus and train stations are within easy walking distance. I would recomend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Paris!

We had rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower - an unexpected surprise that capped off a friendly and efficient welcome to the hotel. I cannot find anything to find fault with - we had a wonderful stay at the Pullman.

Pros: Great views of the tower if you get a deluxe room; close to metro; neighborhood is quiet at night; easy walk to restaurants, but you don't feel like you're in the middle of a throng. A Deluxe Room is a nice size - equivalent to what you'd find at a big hotel in the US. Not a place for hipsters or those that want to be in the middle of a party during their stay, but a very nice hotel for a relaxed stay in Paris that's convenient, but away from the hustle and bustle. Cons: If you want to be in the thick of the crowds, with bars and restaurants just steps from your hotel, this isn't the place. For a livelier scene, check out places around Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter where the sidewalks are jammed.

Overall a very nice hotel with excellent location. No matter where we were in Paris, seeing the Eiffel Tower was a good reference point getting back to the hotel, either on foot or taxi. Staff was very efficient and professional. Taxis were plenty parked at the main entrance. The only minor inconvenience was the air conditioning. As our windows faced west the AC struggled to keep the room cold. The was no fan speed either to help the matter. Hotel staffers were saying, a major renovation is in the works for next year...it would definitely benefit this fine hotel, where I'll be glad to stay,again.

I went 2 days in Paris and wanted to take advantage of a corporate trip so I decided to stay here. The location is great!! I took very good pictures form the entrance of the hotel. The room was small but clean. The aircon is very old and it sounds all the night long so I asked the front desk to lower the "sound" and they sent the technician to do it because you can't do it by yourself. I would recommend it anyway because it's not expensive according to the prices in Paris, clean and very convenient to visit the most popular places in town. I was able to handle the issue with the sound of the aircon.

The hotel was in a good location and had comfortable beds. The only thing I have to complain about are phones in the room. Also thank goodness I set my IPhone for an alarm, as my wake up call they were suppose to give never came.

Althoughn they advertise a roof top table there was not one available - very poor advertizsing

I have to admit it was cool to lay in bed looking up at the Eifel Tower.

Overall really good experience - just the initial service not very good, I had to wait until 14.45 to check in and the staff not very apologetic. Eilish

This was a wonderful hotel with amazing service. Wasn't a problem to only speak English. They had the most comfortable beds of all the hotels we stayed at in Europe. Which after days of walking are very welcome. It's right by the Eiffel Tower and there are boat tours right there on the main street for tours.

The Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again. We were in Paris for 1 night and wanted to be within walking distance to the subway, Eiffel tower and close restaurants, and this hotel had all three. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which was important for us. We had a great view of the tower from our room, the room was very nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The only downside was that our AC had to be manually turned on by a technician and couldn't be controlled by us, but they came very promptly after reporting it. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers who are unfamiliar with Paris.

I had stayed at this hotel 4 years ago when it was a Hilton. Loved the location and convenience. Things sure were different this time. The pristine hotel looked more worn. It needed update and better security. Too many personnel having access to the room. Wasn't called for wake up call on am leaving and could have missed our flight. Had extra charges added to bill from bar which were incorrect. Another person in our party had same experience.

Great location within walking distance of Eiffel tower, the staff was friendly the price was right.

The hotel tried to charge us for mini bar usage when we did not use anything. The desk attendant did remove it , but it seemed that this is normal procedure for the hotel to attempt to get money for mini bar even though none was used. The couple traveling with us had the same experience, only the charges for them was much more than they attempted to get from us. Personally, I think the hotel management needs to look into this.

The Pullman Etoile, across from the Eiffel Tower and close to "tout Paris" is a "must stay" if you ever want to go to Paris. It is within walking distance of everything worth seeing in Paris-Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee, the Louvre, the Seine, etc. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. Better yet the Eiffel lighting effects which come on every hour after dusk seen from your hotel window makes for a romantic spectacle. Again, location, location, location.

The Pullman is an above average 4 star hotel. The location is within 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet is generous and offers good variety, especially compared to other Paris hotels. The only negative I have is that it was 26 degrees when I stayed there and even hotter in my south facing room yet they refused to turn the Air Conditioning on as April is "not summer"

This hotel is a block a way from historical points.

When I saw the deal we got through Hotels.com, I couldn't believe my luck!! .... I should have known better. The room was... fine... for the price I paid. If I had paid the asking price... I would not have been happy. The window sill had paint peeling off it. The decor was sirca 1970's. And the TV was from 1989... which caused a problem as we could not get any of the pay TV channels, which I feel is part of the Hotel experience. When we realised it wasn't working as advertised I went to reception who said they would send up the hotel technition to sort it while we were out. Upon return it still wasn't working. So I asked again and - to be fair - he arrived within 10 mins to try again. Not realising we spoke French he nattered away on the phone to somone in the building saying "The TV is too old, It wont work." then in broken English said it wasn't working through the whole hotel... an obvious... fib. On checking out I brought this up with reception who, after a discussion with managment, gave us 1 free breakfast (22 euros). Having said all that the room was very clean, the bed extreamly comfortable and the room had probably one of the nicest bathrooms I'v been in (inc a teriffic shower). The restaurant had a very, very confusing menu which we did need help with from the waiter. But, the food was excelent. All courses for both of us were perfect. Mind you... at 113 euros(inc 1 bottle of wine @ 37E, the cheepest they had) It had better be! In conclusion, the price I paid through the web site was reasonable for the room and even though we had nothing but French TV to watch at least they gave us some kind of discount. All the front staff were very couteous and made us feel very welcome, even if I did feel we were shunted into one of the less up to date rooms. And last of all... we were a stones throw from the Eiffel Tower.. which was... perfect.

My room was cold at the end of January, despite the supplemental heater added after I complained. The built-in heater was hardly working, the windows were very leaky and there was no heat in the bathroom. Towels were not high quality. The TV was old, cable service poor and remote not working well. The installed ethernet internet service was not functioning (by design, apparently) and the wifi service was difficult to keep going. The rooms looked nice (lots of space), but the hallways were frayed around the edges.

What a fabulous experience! Our room looked right out onto the Eiffel Tower, providing the most amazing backdrop for our trip to Paris. At night with the tower lit up it was the most romantic location. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was top-notch. Room service was terrific, and the linens and bath were relaxing and soothing. The tv in the room had so-so reception, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect! I will definitely stay there again!!

This hotel should not be a 4-star one. Very old TV set, not a cable TV system, it does not have the confort of a 4-star hotel, the heating system was not working, carpets in bad state, the rooms were not ready at 4 pm.

We had a pleasant stay at the Pullman hotel. It is right next to the Eiffel tower as shown in the pictures at the website. There are several good restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Surely will stay there again in future.

Even though we had probelms with the room, the staff more than compensated. They were extremely accomodating, and all spoke very good English. I rated the comfort of the room as poor, because the mattress was rock hard, and exacerbated my hip and back arthritis pain; my husband did not think it was too bad. The hotel was also having problems with the thermostat control; individual room controls did not work, and we had to open a window (in Jan!) to make the room cool enough to be comfortable.

Excellent hotel. 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and the metro which makes it easy to get to all the locations. Would stay there again.

The location for the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel couldn't be better - it's a 2 minute walk to the Eiffel tower - which is handy if you want to get up the tower first thing in the morning to avoid the lines! The hotel is beautiful, the staff let me check in at 0900 with no extra fee and were generally charming throughout. The only minor detraction was that the free internet is wired and only for 24 hours, which is a drag for visits of more than one night. I didn't ask the staff about it though, and assume that they could have done something about it. Instead, I just used the very well appointed (and free) business center.

We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Our deluxe wonderful breakfast was included too.

The Eiffel Tower is much closer than I thought to the hotel. Very easy access to the Tower and in a great neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and cafe's. The staff is very helpful and speak English well. If you like walking the city, this hotel is in an excellent location to explore.
