DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Grand Key - Key West - كي ويست

Room was right above the laundry room which sounded light a jet plane ready for take off well into the night. View out the window was lovely if you like looking at a wall, roof and cigarette butts. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

A beautiful resort. The surroundings were breath-taking and the staff and service were excellent! The location is not very close to Mallory Square but there was a shuttle to take you. We didn't use it since we wanted to use our own transportation but the roads were easy to navigate especially with the map provided by the hotel. Everything was clean and the complimentary cookies they gave us very often were delicious.

The bathroom drain in the bathtub was not maintained, the water did not exit down the drain very well. Also, the night light on our terrace needed changed. The bulb must have blown out. The air conditioner was loud and keep you up at night. We had asked for a smoking room when we made the reservation but we did not get one. Overall, we had a nice stay as these were minor inconveniences. Thank you.

Staff very helpful and friendly any problems we had were being sorted out by the time we had finished telling them about them . Food in hotel very good and pool great . Room clean & amenities and location good

A bit away from Duval Street + we got a room next to a washing machine that was making a lot of noise. Otherwise it was a very nice stay - great heated pool, pretty good breakfast (not the best i´ve seen but good) - large room, great service

Not close to Duval Street, it will be a $20 cab ride to downtown Key West.. But overall the Hotel is very nice, and the staff is great. They do have a Shuttle that takes you around every 30 minutes. So this was convenient.

Very nice stay at property that offers nice Keys experience. Nice pool area and bar, shuttle to downtown therefore no parking hassles, very comfortable room. Away from the downtown wildness but with shuttle very accessible. Will come back

Very nice place and staff! My only problems was the shaking in my room from the hotel washer. It was very noticible.

Beautiful Hotel, Average Location - Uncomfortable Bed - Very Good Dining at Reasonable Prices - Ridiculous Parking Fee. The hotel was very clean, as was our room. I would have been 100% satisfied, had it not been for the uncomfortable bed (hard mattress & very stiff sheets) and the outrageous charge for parking (parking should be FREE.....just a "nickel & dime" approach to charging its customers.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The bed was very comfortable. the workout room was great- a little small if there was more than 4 or 5 people {normally it wasn't} but had treadmill, elliptical,small bike, dumbbells, medicine & stability balls & a weight machine. I thought the location was great. Away from the hustle & bustle of Duvall St but not to far. The shuttle would take you to a few places, so that was convenient. If you eat at the hotel.....food was great & the portions humongous. The best thing was their own homemade chocolate chip cookies they will give you daily if you want . Even when we went to checkout, the lady at the front desk gave us a nice bag with quite a few cookies & a few bottles of water because we told her we were going to miss the cookies. I defiantly will go back next year . This was my first time in the Keys and this hotel made it very special. Thumbs up from me....

Welcomed with the famous double tree cookies! Yummy! Front desk staff Joseph was very very good - friendly and professional! Room is clean. Bed is firm and big. Pool area is nice, plenty loungers and towels.

Lovely hotel, handy shuttle bus to take you downtown, top quality breakfast. Would recommend thishotel.

Stayed here during Fantasy Fest. Hotel offered a free shuttle every hour to and from Duval St. Very nice pool area and outdoor bar. Not a luxurious hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the accomodations are adequate.

I have stayed at resort 2/3rd of the price with many more amenities. A small pool and a few palm trees should make up for the fact that is is next to the airport and on the wrong end of the town. The public beach is a mile away.

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Pool was great, and shuttle was so convenient.

Great amenities, excellent customer service, very welcoming.

Everything was fine. I only have one suggestion for your undercover bike parking area. You have cement curbs at the entrance of each parking area. We own a trike and several others do too. Because of the curbs there were only 2 openings without the curb that the trike could fit in. One was always full with a vehicle or bikes. The other was near the side of the door to hotel and there were bags of cement or salt piled in half the space and there were hotel buses and golf cart blocking the opening. We had to ask one bus driver to move one evening so we could park our bike. Other night we parked it in a regular open spot near the area. I know this was a major event and normally it is not as crowded....but ..... if you remove the concrete curbs there would be more access. You have signs posted motorcycle parking only....

Had a great time with the family, pool was super nice and the bar :0) , staff was always fast and great with anything we needed. Thats the type Of staff they should Have everywhere. From the front desk to the maintenance guy or the janitor where always friendly and great help. Food was good for the buffet, had plenty to eat and made my own waffles with my son. Good times and will Definitely go back. Great job

This was our second stay in less than 6 months at the Key West Doubletree, the amenities are fantastic, the pool area and rooms are awesome,the service and hospitality of all the employees is the best you can get. when you feel like chillin in the Conch Republic let Billy the Greek fix you up a voodoo drink and enjoy the good life, we will go back again and again.

Disappointed...wasn't aware that my check in time was at 3pm wish info was visible during reservations. Waited nearly 2hrs to get a room and the room was not what I reserved.... Disappointed

considering the area,and the price of the room.the hotel itself is very dated.Also at check-out there was a surprise hidden parking fee,for using the hotel parking lot.. would not recomend this hotel to friends, or relatives.

We will stay agin. We had little sugar ants in our room so they moved us to another. For being incovienced they comp us breakfast and parking. I thought that was the least they could do, especially since we paid for a balcony and got moved to a non balcony room. The beds were nice. It was very quiet. The bathroom is showing some age on the tiles. The decore was very florida. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked to be very nice. We did not use the shuttle. The breakfast was good but not worth the price, very glad we did not have to pay for it. They do charge 10.00 to park. Check out is at noon. We would return to this hotel next time we are in Key West.

If you've never been to key west and worry about a reputable place to stay this is a safe choice.

Our stay was very nice except I was under the impression when you order a room with a balconey you get a view and not the roof of the front entrance in front of you. I also thought we were supposed to get a free breakfast, my mistake.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My only complaint was that bar service at the pool was almost non-existent. I finally gave up trying to get the attention of the one waitres,s who was rarely around, and went to the bar myself. I know, I shouldn't be so lazy but when everything else there was so top notch iIguess I expected more.

staff was very helpful and nice during check in. had shuttle to take us to the downtown streets. pool is so so, breakfast is not that great either, limited choices.

My wife and I thought the place was perfect.

Great place to stay, they treat you the way all hotels should.

Shuttles need to run every 1/2 hour.

It was great with the exception of the walk to the room where we had to pass by the hotel Landry room that was always open and loud in addition to also having an area in the wall next to our room that had water damage and was taped up with a fan blowing on it for days. But the service was great everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to a friend!

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. It is perfectly located near the airport (but we drove and spent most of our time on Duval Street.) We took the complimentary shuttle downtown but had to get taxis back at night since we stayed out late. The shuttle was always packed with guests, and one time we had to wait for the backup shuttle which was dispatched quickly and arrived without too much of a delay. All of the staff was very courteous.

Hotel is old and under renovation. Many areas of hotel are messy and dirty hotel surrounded by condos.

Wow! What can I say about this hotel? When we arrived, we received the ooey gooey warm chocolate chip cookies DoubleTree is so famous for. Our kids loved it. The hotel staff helped us get our bags to our room. Our view from our 4th floor room had a partial ocean view. My little girl loved it! The room was completely clean. The beds were the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in while traveling. The hotel shuttle was timely and great for our two days of visiting Key West. Breakfast was buffet with table service each morning and it was delicious! We spent our days snorkeling, seeing butterflies, taking photos of the beautiful surroundings; and our nights swimming in the hotel pool. What a great couple of days of vacation!

Our family had a great time! Wonderful stay!

Hotel service, location, hospitality are very good. Shuttle bus service is convenient. But we should know in advance that some rooms are obstructed view.
