Hard Rock Hotel and Casino featuring HRH Tower Suites - لاس فيجاس

بالمحصلة لقد استمتعت بإقامتي . هذا فندق رائع بالنسبة لمحبي الروك . الموسيقى داخل الكازينو مذهلة . الغرفة مريحة الأسرة مريحة للغاية مع مراتب المغطاة بالريش . الإضاءة داخل الغرفة ضعيفة. بركة السباحة مذهلة، ماعدا أيام الآحاد . في أيام الأحد للإصلاح ، إذا لم تدفع 60 دولار لن يمكنك الدخول إلا إلى واحدة من أصغر برك السباحة كضيف للفندق . المشروبات غالية إن لم تكن تلعب القمار ، 9 دولار للبيرة ، 10 دولارات فأكثر للكوكتيل . طابق القمار صغير ومحصور .

ممتاز !!! بالتأكيد سأعود .. وأتمنى ذلك قريباً.

الغرف كانت رائعة .. أسرة مريحة والغرف في غاية النظافة . المشكلة الوحيدة التي واجهتنا كانت في ترقية غرف أحد الأولاد إلى غرفة مطلة على المسبح ولم يستطع أن يصدق الضجيج الذي صدر من المسبح خلال فترة الظهيرة. أعتقد ان MTV كانت تعرض حول المسبح و جن الناس هناك .

لقد أقمت في Hard Rock عدة مرات ، بدون مشاكل كبيرة لكن في آخر مرة حصلت مشاكل أكثر من كل المرات . ذهبت لغرفتي وقد كانت رائعة حتى وصلت للحمام .عمال التنظيف تركوا المكنسة ولم يكن الحمام نظيفاً ( شعر على الأرض وبقع سوداء في البانيو )، في العادة أنا لا أشتكي . لذا فقد نزلت مع صديقتي للقمار وعندما عدت لم يعمل مفتاحي . نزلت مرتين لأن المفتاح الذي أعطوني إياه لم يكن يعمل ، في المرة الثالثة عندما نزلت كنت منزعجة ( أردت فقط أن أخرج من فيغاس وأنام !! ) هناك أخبروني أن القفل يمكن أن يكون مكسوراً ويجب أن أنتظر الأمن بجانب الباب ليساعدني .ولذا فقد انتظرت ... وانتظرت وانتظرت .. حتى استطاع موظف الأمن أن يدخلني إلى غرفتي التي دفعت إيجارها بالكامل . وبمجرد أن سمح لي بالدخول أدركت أنني قد علقت ولا يمكنني الخروج منها إلا في حالات الطوارئ . عندما سجلت المغادرة كان هناك متدرب جديد وقد أخبرته بفظاعة إقامتي فقاموا برد 20 دولار رسوم الفندق الإضافية ، بدون حتى أن ينظروا إلي !

بداية يجب أن تعلم أنني حجزت غرفة كازينو (سريري كوين ) ، على كل تلقيت إيميل لعرض خاص في HRH Tower - المبنى الجديد .فحجزنا هذا العرض لليلتين وبعد ذلك حجزنا غرفة كازينو لليلتين تاليتين . وحالما وصلنا ل hard rock ،طلب منا أن نبقى في الجناح لقاء رسوم ترقية رمزية بدل من تبديل الغرف .ولذا فإن تجربتي كانت في الجناح فقط .الجناح كان مؤثث بشكل جيد ، حديث ونظيف ، وبه أريح سرير نمت عليه حتى الآن . البهو كان جيداً مع أن الخزائن كانت فيه وليست في غرفة النوم .مكان الجلوس كان جيداً أيضاً لكن سماعات الآي بود كانت رديئة . الحمام كان كبيراً وهو أوسع من بعض الغرف في الفنادق الآخرى . ذهبنا أيضاُ إلى المنتجع الصحي Spa ، وكانت استراحة لطيفة بعيداً عن دخان الكازينو . المنتجع الصحي كان خالياً لأن الناس كانوا مشغولين . وبغض النظر فقد كانت تجربة للاسترخاء . وبكل الأحوال سأنزل هنا مجدداً - بكل تأكيد - حسب الأسعار التي أستطيع الحصول عليها . وبالرغم من أن HRH بعيد عن المطار لكنه يستحق الإقامة به . استأجرنا سيارة وهذا سهل الذهاب والعودة .

Great rates and plenty to do in the hotel. Great restaurants, pool and casino!

I booked my stay through hotels.com and as always it was simple and fast but then I showed up to the Hard Rock. Upon arriving the person at the front desk informed me that there were no non-smoking king rooms available even though I booked nearly a month in advance. Then shortly after he attempts to give me a lower tier room than my booking. I let him know I booked a non-smoking king with a pool view and again, none available. I ended up saying I would look at a 2 queen non-smoking with pool view and when I visited the room it barely had a view of said pool. Had to walk back down to the front desk and decided to work with someone else and ended up settling for a pool view king in with smoking. Fast forward to a day doing a bit of gambling and pool parties to that evening and wow are these beds uncomfortable. Combine that with seemingly old decor, poor lighting throughout the hotel and subpar service and that equals me never staying here again. The only good thing about this hotel is easier access to rehab (their sunday pool party) but even that is overrated and overshadowed by some of the newer hotel pool parties. Rock isn't dead, but the Hard Rock Hotel is. I think I'll stick with the Venetian or better.

Room was not well cleaned. Minibar had not been restocked frim last oxcupant and in spite of a call to room service, was not stocked once during my 3 day stay. There were no towels in the room so had to call house keeping who delivered. The white comforter had makeup stains.... Day 2, housekeeping didn't show up until 4pm to tidy up.

Rooms in the Casino Tower are OK. Wish I was in one of the newer towers but wasn't that lucky. Bathroom is small but clean! Bed was extremely comfortable and was the highlight of the room!

Based on the price, everything was as expected,

Overall the HRH Towers are nice and full of amenities but the service was terrible. I was woken up at 1am by the staff to bring me more glasses that I didn't ask for. The staff knocked until they woke me up. Then I called downstairs later that morning to complain and was hung up on twice. After telling the front desk what happened he didn't apologize just said he would look in to it. To top it all off, I had breakfast at Mr Lucky and sat at the counter for 10-15 minutes before anyone even approached me to take my order. The gentlement next to me left after ordering his bagel because it took so long.

The only thing to disappoint me is the $26.00 "Resort" charge they billed me upon my arrival. This should have been factored into my cost or clearly spelled out when I was making a purchasing decision. I had no need of internet, pool service or work out facilities so this was simply a gauge in my mind. On an UPSIDE, the service in the hotel diner was by far the best I have ever received in any Vegas hotel and I travel there for business no less than once a year since 1991.

Got a great rate, so stayed while in town for work. Didn't get to enjoy the amenities or casino, but had no issues at all. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Lots of cool rock n' roll memorabilia, as you might expect. I'd stay here again.

The room was fine, a bit dark. Mattress needed replacing. The CASINO and Pool blasted music which some people may like but it was a bit much for me.

Hotel and casino has a great music theme and I went for the pool area

I will never stay at this hotel again checked in Sunday May 5th they have a raging pool party and had to be escorted to the elevator.... it was absolutely ridiculous.

noise was too loud room by the parking structure we can here cars racing outside, I think you need sound proof windows or build a wall

We loved it. The casino was small which meant you didn't have to walk for 15 minutes before arriving at your elevator bank! The pool area was amazing and we loved the opening french doors in the casino tower rooms. Also, the music history in the hotel and of the hotel was a treat. There was always something cool to look at.

We did not check in until almost one am and when we got there we were greeted by an actual happy person! We got the token upgrade which was really nice actually. The room was clean and fully stocked although, the age of the rooms were apparent with the stained carpet and musty smell. Overall, nice suite, excellent service.... Would come back for sure!

This was my second time staying at Hard Rock, and it has become my "go-to" choice of hotels in Las Vegas. Love the memorabilia, love the atmosphere. Had a fantastic meal at Culinary Dropout. Love the spa also! Great hotel.

We chose this hotel mostly for the beach style pool, but it wasn't open during our stay. The room was clean, and smelled amazing. But there was hardly any light as we were trying to get ready to go out for the night.

However we are not. There is nothing wrong with that but it really isn't our style or taste. We stayed here for the convenience of the Def Leppard concert and while we did enjoy it, it was too far from the strip and other amenities. Strip shuttle stops at 5pm (BOO!) so it was either a late night cab ride or long 2 block (Vegas blocks!) walk. We did have an issue with some minor maintenance issues and the hotel maintenance person was very prompt and courteous - GREATLY appreciated!. Overall we will not be staying here again, but only because it is not our taste. We will definitely attend shows at the venues here.

Absolutely a JOKE, what this hotel has become. First of all, their pool has always been one of my big reasons to stay there, and it was closed for an event the entire 3 days I stayed there without notice to people who were considering booking, me. That pre-notice is something a customer deserves. Furthermore, a SINGLE POOLSIDE DRINK is OVER $15. ARE YOU KIDDING HRH, YOU 2 STAR HOTEL, TRULY. MORE, unfortunately, the staff is no longer first rate, as well as disconnected from their restaurants and sports book professionally, so any grievance, the hotel requires you settle it with the place you were "harmed". Also, they gave me a complimentary drink ticket, which I presented at checkout, since I left it in the room, and did have the required entree to get the comp, but the front desk was unwilling to do a bit of customer goodwill, and left the DRINK on the bill. Lastly, two get the front desk or operator meant waiting through 20 or more unanswered rings, on three different occasions in the 3 day stay. And the ambience and "electricity" that the hotel lobby and casino used to have, is forever GONE,,,its a wasteland for a customer.

I enjoyed staying at the Hard Rock. Nice pool area. I had a nice view of the Strip.

They put us on the second floor with a pool view. At first I thought it was great because the view was beautiful, but then the music started. It went from 9-9, so even if I wanted to lay down and take a nap in the afternoon it was pretty impossible. Also on the second floor are all the administrative offices, which would have been fine, but two admins decided to have an argument in the hallway for over an hour when we were trying to sleep. Very frustrating. The beds are the best ones ever in a hotel, but you can tell maintenance is lacking. Small thinks broken or not working got to be annoying.

The hotel stay was awesome. However they charge you a fat hotel fee when you check in AFTER already paying for it on this site! so the price on this site is really misleading because you end up paying about half of what you originally booked it for ON TOP OF what you already paid!!! Sneaky if you ask me!! Very disappointed in that area. Not with the hotel, but with how this site mislead me.

We had fun but this is definitely not the hotel to stay at if you are wanting to rest. The room was not soundproof and so every conversation in the hallway sounded like it was happening in our beds while we were trying to sleep. Also, planes flying overhead ever couple of seconds also wakes you up very early in the morning. We had to go to the spa just to get some quiet time. Also, because this hotel is off the strip, you will be taking taxis everywhere. We did like that the room was large and that there was a convenience store across the street. There were also good food options right on site at the hotel.

First of all, this booking was advertising the HRH Tower and we were put in a room at the Casino Tower. 2nd the desk lamp was not working so I had to have maintenance come up and change the lightbulb so I can get some work done. 3rd the bed was comfortable, but it was at a slight angle that are feet were a bit higher than our heads. We both woke up with slight headaches the next day. The 2nd night was slept on the opposit end of the bed so we would not get a head rush. Lastly, The television was on 75 (volume) and it was still hard to hear. It kept crackling as if it was about to go out. We were in room 827. We had wated so long to stay here and were not empressed at all. We may try again someday and hope to have a better experience.

We stayed at the Treasure Island for two nights before staying at the Hard Rock for two nights(not the tower suites). I recommend the TI way more than the Hard Rock. The Hard Rock hotel it's self is pretty cool but once your done checking it out, there isn't much to do around the hotel. They do have a shuttle that goes to the strip but it stops running at 5pm. My biggest complaint is about the rooms. Although the bed is very comfortable, the walls are SO THIN you can hear people talking in the hall. You could probably hear them whispering in the hall. Still, that's nothing compared to the airplane noise! You would think when a hotel locates themselves underneath the flight path of take off and landing, they would go the extra mile to sound proof the rooms, this is NOT the case. The TI on the other hand is VERY sound proof. There was also a septic smell that came from our bathroom periodically, which was sickening. Also, unlike the TI, they don't equip the room with a mini fridge, they give you a mini bar full of insanely expensive selections. The curtains attempt to block out the light but they still let some through. The TI has AMAZING black out curtains! Overall, I will never stay at the Hard Rock Hotel again. It's cool to check out but I do not recommend staying there.

Just ask for a suit in the new HRH tower, they will upgrade you for a small fee.The HRH tower is great! Had a great time!
