Hotel Roma Golden Glades Resort - ميامي غاردينز

I prepaid two nights and still wasn't willing to stay here it was so bad. I'd rather lose the cost of two nights than all my stuff. Just didn't feel safe at all. You know you're in a bad neighborhood when the gas stations on the corner are out of business. Please don't stay here.

ROOM WAS FAIRLY CLEAN, BUT THE BEDS ARE LIKE LAYING ON BOARD

The employees were nice, and provided a fast response to my calls. But the first bathroom was dirty in the room we reserved, and management had to change rooms for us. The carpeting had a old musky dirty smell. The furniture was not dusted very well. And the hotel could provide a comfortable pillow to sleep on.

Receptionist wasn't friendly when we checked in. We got there late 1am so we just wanted to sleep. But the AC unit had the control button broken and we weren't able to set it to auto, so the AC was blowing all night, a couple of hrs later we both started feeling sick. We checked the AC filter and it was filthy. we were both sneezing, we both had a sore throat and head ache from breathing that air. we were so tired that we didn't want to switch rooms, we just wanted to sleep so we unplugged the unit from the wall and tried to catch some sleep drenched in sweat. horrible night!

AIR CONDITION WAS AWFULL, LOUD, SO WE COULD'T SLEEP, NEXT DAY WE WERE EXTREMLY TIRED, RUINED MY VACATION

FRONT DESK SERVICE 7-3 SHIFT WAS TERRIBLE

Hotel is not located in one of the best areas of Miami, the hotel is very old and is very outdated me personally will not stay there again or recommend any one to do so

Not the best but I got what I paid for.

Air conditioner did not work. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Staff was nice. TV does not get CBS and other channels carring the NCAA hoops tourney.

I liked staying at this hotel. It was very clean the house keeping was wonderful. The only negative thing was that there were no iron to iron your close no phone in the room only had about 6 stations on TV. I love the spa tube. I would come back to this hotel but these negative things I mention would have to be added.

The hotel needs to improve their beds and bedding. A general improvement is also required since over time no discernable improvements have been observed. Otherwise, service is good.

ok! poor reception, no fridge, smok smelling rooms, old beds, no wifi in rooms.. really. not too bad just another place to stay..... if u cant afford the marriot.

If you have a short stay, this will do for the price. My TV remote did not work, took one look at breakfast and went to McDonald's, the hotel is older and not fixed up, but not awful either. It's a budget place located in a not so great area, but it's also next to the highway for good access.

the receptionist was really sweet the breakfast was okay the room was nice and clean.

It was not bad, for the price was amaizing plus the service and brakedast was very good !!

Not terrible. No WiFi in the room, you have to go to the lobby for this; since I travel for work, not ideal, but I should have read more details prior to booking I guess. Just a very dated hotel. Not sure I'll be back, but for the price, it was fine. Nice people working there.

It is a good hotel, very friendly staff people. It´s a old hotel, wowever it is ok for the price paid.

IT WAS HORRIBLE I HAD TO PAY THE FRONT DEST FOR THE MICROWAVE, AND REFRIGERATOR SEPERATELYGAVE HER CASH AND THE T V HAVE KNOW CHANNELS FOR WOMEN YOUCOULD'T EVEN GET THE REGULAR NEWS CHANNEL BASIC STUFF THE DISTANCE WAS BAD

You pay what you get. It not a newer hotel but not unclean. Front desk staff were nice. When wifi was in the rooms, but it did say just in the lobby. Parking lot darker then expected. Good location right off highway. Breakfast was bagels, cinnamon rolls, cereal. I'd stay again if I need a cheap hotel.

Staff was friendly, breeakfast was cereal and pecan twirls, stains on fitted sheets, nice location because of proximity to everything around it but next time I will just pay extra for a hotel in South Beach

Good for business. Wouldn't recommend family stay.

Room was dirty, mattress was torn & stained. I got there late at night, was only staying 1 night, so I put up with it

The room was comfortable but the conditions of the appliances was horrible and the service was not the greatest. The front entrance was not lit at all, you could not see the entrance to the hotel. The hotel hallway on the floor we occupied had a horrible smell as if there was an clogged toilet. The front desk were courtious but not very helpful at all, never seen a lobby that had vending machines but the front desk had no way to give the guest change for the machines. But the best for last...The televisions in these rooms go back to the prehistoric days. The first room had the cable wire so badly mutilated we had to switch rooms. The second room the TV was so small it reminded me when I was a child in the 60's and 70's so small and antique and the remote didn't work either. it's the new ownership because I stood at this hotel when it was called El Palacio and it was a beautiful stay at that time. Flat screen TV, great service. Now, you'll NEVER catch me there AGAIN and I'll pass the word around. Thank you.

I knew this hotel would be bad but I didn't expect this hotel would be in such a horrible state. The grounds were unkempt, paint peeling and dirty statues. Hotel.com gave the option upon checkout that a microwave and refrigerator could be available but they were not when we checked in. There were community microwaves near the elevator for each floor and a handful of microwaves for the entire hotel and they were all being used when I checked in. There were no telephones in the rooms. There was also no ice buckets for the ice machine. The room was what I expected, the carpet was old and the bedding was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was in decent shape. Overall, I would not stay here again. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The room was clean.

There were just a couple of things that bugged me. The lamp was broken and they had no ice buckets and maybe five channels on the t.v. Besides that it was ok. But I wouldn't come back for something romantic.

The hotel is really old and it smells really bad too! Had to ask for a better room. The employees are very nice though.

This hotewas easy to find,and located near shopping, restaurants, and events. My only complaints were the dirty carpets,bad breakfast,and the extra charge for a safe I didn't use.

It all seemed to be promising, I was just down the street from the hotel obviously still not in sight but i saw nearby a Mercedes Benz dealer and thought to my self that it is in a good area. As soon as i crossed under the highway bridge it looked like I was in the aftermath of Katrina. Nestled behind abandoned gas stations, this "resort" was beaming its shining ugliness and delapitated structure. Dont let the cheap statues in the front fool you, this place is by far the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. As I entered the ugliest lobby in the world, i noticed an unsual amount of people in the lobby sitting in these couches that looked like they belonged in a landfill. I found out that the lobby was the only place you have wifi in the entire "resort". I checked in and used the elevator to go to my room. The inside of the elevator looked like it was used as a sacrificial chamber. I walked in to my room and the first thing i noticed was that my restroom sink was delapitated

I stayed at this hotel on 1/31 because I had an interview at a nearby school. However, I should have done more research when searching for a hotel. Upon arrival, I'm placed in a room that has NO water running at all. I call the front desk and they have me haul my belongings to the front where they would give me a new room. They were not able to guarantee a room with hot water because they were having issues with water in the whole hotel. They only promised "luke warm" water. At that point I decided to stay only because it was relly late at night and I had my interview early the next morning. Also, the surrounding neighborhood did not seem safe and I wasn't familiar with the area since I am from California. When I get to my new room, I settle in and turn on the shower only to find more COLD water. It was not even slightly warm as they had told me. I ended up taking a cold shower the night before my interview. The staff was nice but I believe I should have been told about the water situation BEFORE reserving the room. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It was ok for the rate that was paid. The rooms were ok but the hallways smelled like the carpet was wet. Breakfast was not presentable at all and served in a very cold room.

When I tried to check in the young lady at the front desk was more interested in what was on tv than doing her job. I had to go to ym room on three different occasions before she got the door card right. Each time I came back she was no where to be found. Location is in an unsafe area with no amenities nearby. Hotel does not have a restaurant.
