Stayed there with family and was very satisfied with everything related to the hotel stay

The stay was excellant!!.Beautiful room that was unexpectedly updated on my arrival.Very clean.Loved the coffee maker and the large flat screen TV.Bed was comfortable.Bathroom was very clean.Perfect and conveniant location.Friendly and very accomidating and helpful staff.I will definately book with the Hilton in Times Square on my next visit.As well as future visits.I visit NY every year.Wish I had stayed there in the past.Awesome experiance.Thank You to all your staff.See you next year or maybe this fall. The Hilton on 42nd Street was kind of a shock. The entrance could easily be missed, wedged between an Applebee's and a sporting goods store. It's clean & sleek and leads to very fast & efficient elevators up to the lovely 22nd floor lobby, complete with a grand bar and overlooking the huge gold hand holding up the Mme. Tussaud's sign. The staff behind the desk and the bell captains were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were quite large for midtown. We went with a friend and both rooms on either side of the hotel had spectacular views. The beds were super comfortable and had some of the nicest pillows we've ever found in a hotel. The rooms were immaculate and stayed so for our whole stay. The location is perfect for a theater weekend. You're just steps from all the big Broadway theaters and scores of restaurants. You're also literally just a few steps from the subway. All in all a great place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great place to stay and it is located in the heart of Times Square.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of TimeSquare, the staff very attentive to all your needs, room service very on time in every request. Room with a beautiful view of New York City. We are waiting to go back and enjoy the same experience!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. Room service and food was great. Bed ultra comfyband view of the city was nice. I Highly recommend to everyone!

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better. Spectacular views from the restaurant and rooms facing south. The price was unbeatable and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when the opportunity comes along.

Great hotel close to times square, subway stations and the port authority. Only down side was that many of the TV channels were not working but your not there to watch tv anyways.Front desk was helpful and courteous.

Great location. Nice clean room.

I took my 8 year old grandson with me on this trip. We were literally on top of everything that was on our "must see" list. Spider Man and Mary Poppins were right there. The concierge was terrific. She anwered all of our questions and her suggestions were all taken with very successful outcomes. The hotel was safe, extremely clean, friendly staff and so much more. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to NYC needing to stay in the Times Square area. I will definitely be back.

I HAVE BEEN IN MANY DIFFERENT HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD, THIS BY FAR WAS A TOP FIVE HOTEL STAY.

If you plan on staying in New York, this is a place I highly recommend. Centralized in Manhattan, close to subway, and right at Times Square. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Awesome time.

It was my first trip to NYC, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. The view of Times Square was spectacular!!! It was so nice to be right in the middle of everything.

Hilton Times Square is in the best location for all the best tourist attractions and despite being in the heart of Times Square is very quiet inside. Convenience to subway allows you to easily get to Battery Park, 9/11 Memorial, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, etc. We walked to Rockefeller Center, saw a show at the Barrymore Theater and shopped on 5th Ave. Would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to NYC.

Having never been to New York City, we weren't sure just what we were doing when we were choosing where to stay. I have to say we made the "Perfect" choice. The hotel was outstanding in every way!! The location is right in the middle of Times Square and the views are priceless. Being in such a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet, so it was easy to get away from the hustle & bustle when you needed to. The staff was very helpful right down to the doorman.

I like this hotel, because I could walk to timesquare and broadway, and subway is so close.

What a fabulous place! I have stayed all over in NYC and this hotel is at the top of my list, Every employee is the nicest at any hotel I have ever stayed at - can't do enough for you. Most rooms have an unobstrucde view of Manhattan. Lobby is beautiful & comfortable. Sitting area, bar & dining all flow together for a very comfortable experience. The location cant be beat. At the base of the hotel is every food, entertainment and nigthlife experince you need, with out having to take a cab. Times Square is only steps away. Tussod's Wax Museum is right next door and a must-see. I wil stay here on my future trips. Love it!

I was VERY happy with my stay at this hotel. My room (which was a standard room, not a suite or deluxe or anything of the sort) was extremely spacious (by Manhattan standards) and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was truly outstanding. I tend to be a demanding hotel guest, and this one met with all of my expectations (though I never ordered room service, so I don't know what that would have been like). The bathroom could have been a bit bigger with a bigger tub, but that is the case in 90% of hotels. Location is good (right on 42nd St. just off of Times Square), if you like the bright lights and busy streets of the Big Apple. The room, however, was entirely silent. No noise from the street at all (I was on the 29th floor, facing south). I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Our heat heat did not work. The tiles in the bathroom work old and chipped. The common area side tables were left dirty with bar glasses. The seating upholstery needed a professional steam cleaning. not enough seating for lobby guests. The most annoying getting aggressively solicited two times to participate in a time share in the lobby! Then choosing to sit in the lobby listening to the same folks soliciting other patrons so loudly we couldn't even stay focused on the conversation with our travel friends. Loud and obnoxious!

The hotel was in a nice location for all the must see places. Only there for one night but the accomodations were nice and the room was clean. A lot of great places to shop and eat within walking distance.

Our overall stay was satisfying, the service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and updated. My only complaint is that the front of the hotel is very inaccessible (and hard to see), and the loading and unloading area in the back is awkward. You feel like you have to jump out of the way of oncoming traffic just to unload your vehicle.

The hotel was under construction, but that didn't affect the stay. Everyone was polite and very helpfully. It was our first time staying in the city, I choose the hotel because of the location, near everything. We would stay there on our next visit and would recommend it to others.

Not only was the hotel close to the subway lines and major attractions, the staff particularly the front desk and concierge were very helpful.

The Hilton Times Square was convenient to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful and so polite. Although under construction, the hotel was clean and valet parking rates were reasonable. This was our first trip to NYC and so far the best. Next time we are in NYC we will definitely stay at the Hilton Times Square.

The location was the best..right near all trains for west side. Also in the heart of times square. My stepson was so excited to step out into the lights all hours of the day. The rooms were very clean and had great service staff..

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and location was excellent. Of course you pay for it but why not, its safe, convenient, good size rooms and you are paying for the name. I would stay their again. Recommend without reservation.

Liked that the hotel was near Times Square

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is well-located on the southeastern edge of Times Square. Our room was on a somewhat lower level (26th floor...I believe the 23rd is the lowest), but we were never disturbed by city noise and still had a decent view. The subway is only steps away and, naturally, taxis are plentiful here any time of day or night. There's nothing spectacular about the bar/lounge area, but nothing to complain about either. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We have been to NYC many times and stayed at a wide variety of hotels, but we've stayed twice now at the Hilton Times Square and been very happy both times. The room was always clean and spacious and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had our 9 year old with us and had room service for breakfast each day. They brought us free pastries for our 9 year old each time! So nice! Will stay here again and again.

Very clean, comfortible, and good location. For the money I thought it was a good value. I would stay there again.

Wow! Got a great rate during March of 2012 and loved finally staying on 42nd Street. This is an interesting Hotel with the main lobby on the 15th floor. There is a lovely bar with great views and comfy places to sit. My room was awesome with a great view of 41st Street and the surrounding high rises. Loved the gym with a few treadmills (with a view!) or TV's for those that watch the news and workout. They even had weights and a few options for those needing a full workout. I loved how convenient this hotel was to everything NYC has to offer. Usually the rate is a little out of my range.. but consider me now spoiled having spent a few days at the Hilton!
