Did not like the bed called the Bed Number.

The hotel was nice, the sleep number bed was kind of sketchy but everything else was pretty sweet. Close to shopping and dining.

Stay was nice , room didnt have a fridge which i expected and the elevator wouldnt take us to the floor we were on and we ended up climbing some stairs :( Close to some good malls and the staff was very friendly .

Great location, nice, clean room, but need more staff at the front counter.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed noises, not kept up very well bed was terrible very hard to find comfortable setting felt like air matterss

The maids start banging on your door by 8am to work on your room. If your not out they do not come back. The desk personnel call the room at all hours waking you up. They call me at 10:30 and again at midnight. The bill was calculated incorrectly after they told me it would be fixed. Not a pleasant stay, could not wait to get out of there.

Excellent hotel, easy to locate. Check-in was also easy. Liked the ample parking lot. A complimentary breakfast of some kind might be an idea. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying there again.

Great hotel. Has a pool, gym and hot tub. The restaurant in the hotel it good too.

I would recommend to extend the hours of operation of the restaurant, until 11 pm.

Staff polite and attentive. Clean, comfortable hotel. Lovely central decor in lobby. Would certainly stay there again.

The staff are excellent with customer service, the food was very good both with room service, catering and restaurant. Lots of parking. Loved the easy access off Deerfoot trail so that we could easily access other parts of the city. Good value for the dollar.

Came to study and write an exam. Very convenient! Great service with friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, fast internet access, nice restaurant with room service (note they bring a bowl of rocks with the room service tray, these are not candy. After realizing this, I would make a smiley face with them depending on how much i liked the meal) Central location, free shuttle to airport. Highly recommended, will return.

Did the job and a little more.

Rooms were great, not greatly impressed with the surrounding area, but the hotel was close to many of the sites in Calgary. I really appreciated that the hotel allowed dogs for a small fee.

happy with most of our stay disappointed after long days at hospital wanting to relax in bedroom coffee was not provided on the four nights did request twice.gave up after this. meal in hotel was good but coffee was strong and not very warm. rooms where clean and to a good standard of comfort please do not use my details

The Sleep Number bed was nice but the hotel room was otherwise older-looking with worn furniture--not as nice as the 2 star hotel we stayed in prior to reaching Calgary. We waited more than an hour after being told that a small refrigerator would be brought to our room only to be told when we called for status that none was available. They didn't even bother to phone our room whyen they found out that a refrigerator could no longer be furnished. Not nearly as nice as other Radisson's where we've stayed.

comfortable accommodations and friendly staff

perfect match to our needs, just 20min to downtown and 15min to the airport, good service, helpful staff, clean room, jacuzzi etc., good value for the price we´ve paid. Just the always plashing flush was really annoying.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Radisson. We flew in a couple days ahead of family we were meeting in Banff; wanted to stay in Calgary and do a couple of outings on our own. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport - only waited a few minutes for the driver; she was very friendly! The next morning we took a 1.5 mile run to the car rental location - saved 1/2 by not renting at the airport. Stayed 2 nights at the Radisson - beds were great! Room was clean, front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Ate at the bar our first night - food and beer were great, a little pricey, but not too bad for area. The location is good, but nothing really within walking distance for dinner, etc. Would stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights. Convenient to get to. Well located for my purposes. Toilet broke and took 24 hrs to fix. Shower worked, then didn't, then worked again. Pool & hot tub were great.

I was very comfortable. The restaurant and lounge was great. pool area nice and the room and bed were so so comfortable. would definately stay there again!

This hotel was average, but the staff was great and the location was Conviently close to all I required.

Rooms on the South Side of the Hotel face the Trans-Canada Highway. That wouldn't be a huge problem if there were decent windows in the room. Instead very old sliding glass doors let in so much noise it is almost no difference if you have the doors open or closed, the road noise is so loud you can't sleep even with pillows over your head. I asked for room on the other side of the hotel and was told they were "premium rooms" and no available. Worst 2 nights at any hotel in a very long time.

Very busy when we were there (Bridge convention) Had trouble getting assistance from staff for minor problems. It took three days to get the flashing light turned off our phone (phone company had to be called in)Otherwise, beautiful hotel.

The staff was very friendly & accomodating. The pool was freezing to the point of being un-useable. All in all, it was just OK.

My stay at the Radisson was great! The housekeepers cleaned my room everyday, and were more than happy to provide extra towels and coffee for my mornings! I will definately stay there again, for my next trip to calgary!

In short: nice flat screen tv, bed was good, very quiet, wonderful wonderful house keeping staff! In detail: the house keeping staff were very nice/social and I felt they were concerned with my comfort and happiness. The only thing I didn't like was that the Botanica restaurant was too expensive in relation to the food quality. I didn't enjoy what I ordered.
