Old Bank Hotel - أوكسفورد

The Hotel is located slam bang in the centre of Oxford, with great views from the upper floor rooms. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was very comfortable adn ahd a great view.The parking is gated and secure (eventhough beware under which tree you park, as our car was well covered by "guano"). The restaurant serves great food throughout the day and evening. The free guided tour of Oxford provided by the hotle is highly recommended. the guide was knowledgable, funny, and got you into places you probably wouldnøt have found by yourself. All in all a wonderful weekend.

The Old Bank is perfectly situated with easy access to Christchurch college and great access to High Street shops. The hotel is very beautiful with lovely clean rooms and great views from the rooms.

Stayed for 1 night. Very nice hotel. Staff were great. Great location for seeing the sights. Only drawback was no wi fi or phone signal in the room, even though it advertises wi fi available. I did see guests using wi fi in the lobby, but I guess it's just not available in all rooms due to the age of the hotel/location of the room/thickness of the Walls etc. However, I would certainly stay there again.

The service we received from the hotel staff here was outstanding.

The hotel is really one of the best boutique hotel one can find. The employees are VERY helpful and genuinly nice (vs. commercially nice...or not nice at all). The hotel is very central, clean, comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic. If I were to find 1 negative that would be the size of some rooms but that's a detail really.

Extremely comfortable rooms (we chose a de luxe room) in a brilliant location in the pedestrianised centre of the city within easy walking distance of all the main points of interest. Interesting complimentary guided tour offered to those new to the city. Free car park a great asset. Modern works of art (paintings,drawings and photographs) add to the charm. Cafe/bistro very convenient, but we ate elsewhere. Service discreet and efficient.

The location was great. Artwork in hotel was impressive. The room was comfy, however very small for a 3 night stay. Hardly anywhere to put clothes. Staff was helpful, some more so than others. We did eat breakfast at Quod restaurant on premises once. Food was excellent, service was ok. Covered market was nearby and had a lot of breakfast options along with good shopping.

We loved the Old Bank Hotel and recommend it highly. It is exceptionally beautiful, with original art on every wall, even the bedrooms. It is small but elegant, and the staff were exceptionally fine. The hotel is located in the heart of the old part of Oxford, which is a wonderful area. The restaurant is excellent, with an outdoor terrace for meals or tea. They even provide blankets for diners who choose to eat out when it is a bit chilly. Our room was small but lacked nothing we needed. The room size was a small price to pay for such a lovely hotel stay.

Having got over the initial trauma of getting lost (thanks to the totally inaccurate directions on the hotel's website!! Not everyone relies on satnav!) the rest of the stay was a delight. Free and ample parking in central Oxford a bonus and an ideal location for exploring the fascinating city on foot being minutes from Christchurch Meadows, Botanic Gardens, Radcliffe Camera as well as the impressive Castle complex and of course all those colleges. Museum of Oxford also worth a trip (and free!). The Quod Brasserie offering all day food & al fresco dining also good while the rooms were well equipped and stylish.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. We were in Oxford to attend a party, so didn't try the restaurant. Staff at check in were friendly, we had a top (second) floor room at the back of the hotel. A good size, although my six foot boyfriend found the sloping ceiling in the bathroom inconvenient. Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy room, very quiet (apart from the scream when boyfriend's head met ceiling!). We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - wasn't included in the room rate and was £12 each for continental. There are plenty of cafes nearby. Location in the centre of Oxford excellent, and cars can be left in the hotel car park after check out, which is very useful.

We stayed for one night midweek to go to a party, and have tried several other hotels in Oxford. The location isvery central and we were delighted. Everything extremely tasteful, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We borrowed a couple of bikes. Wished we had had breakfast or dinner there, but we didn't, tho we had had dinner there before. Have stayed in other Oxford hotels, will stay there again if we go and recommend it highly

フロントやその他のサービスはあまり洗練されておらず対応も感じのよいものではありませんでした。スイートの予約をした割には部屋はとても狭く、お風呂も使いにくいものでした。特筆すべき良い点は、レストランで、夕食、朝食と利用しましたが、サービスも味もとてもよくこちらはよい思い出になりました。場所は中心にあり観光に便利だと思います。

Inget att klaga på, Utmärkt service m personlig känsla. Frukost var inte riktigt i min smak men det är de sällan i England :)

タイトルの通り。Oxfordを観光するには良い立地だと思います。部屋はそれほど広くなかったです。

オックスフォードのメインストリート沿いにあるホテル。お部屋は少し狭いがセンス良く、ブティックホテルのイメージ。また、ここのスタッフは全員素晴らしくホスピタリティを笑顔で実践してくれた。レンタカーの返却もここで引き受けてくれて時間を有効に使う事ができ、とても感謝している。また是非行きたいホテルだ。

The Old Bank hotel was a really nice place to stay. Exellent service, nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant and comfortable rooms with very nice standard.

I would consider this hotel an upper 3 star. Architecturally it is not a 4 star. The hotel is rather exspensive. The rooms are good and 4 star like.
