Loved it! Will be going back again.

This 2 bedroom unit with kitchen, living room and dinning area was more than one person needed for an overnight stay. Only complaint was noise from the upstairs unit.

It isn't really a hotel, seems to be an apartment complex that hasn't done well. Signage is weak, hard to find where to go to check in, especially for the Marriott, no signage on property only as you enter. Complex is okay, old and dated but isn't really what you expect for a business traveler. I suppose we saved a few bucks, but there was a convention or something that made many of the more traditional hotels unavailable. Wouldn't stay again if I had my choice.

Sheets weren't clean and there were bugs on the sheets. Never seen a bedbug but these could've been them

The accomodations perfectly fit our needs having 2 bedrooms. It was difficult to find though, and the room wasn't ready when we got there one hour past check in time, however the manager went out of his way to make things happen. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities were more than sufficient. We would go back next time, now that we know its a fine place.

Read online that there was a complimentary breakfast and had travel agent confirm that. The breakfast was not complimentary but I didn't hear of that until I had eaten some scrambled eggs, then the waitress told me she would only charge me for the eggs and not the entire breakfast! The manager gave me a complimentary breakfast when I explained but it was awkward. Secondly, I could not get the gate key to the suite to work during my 2 day stay although the front desk said they would contact maintenence. Each time I had to walk back to the office. That meant if you were to use the restaurant and try to go back to your suite afterward, you were locked out and had to return to the office. Maybe this was just a glitch with me but even after they changed my key, I still couldn't get in. For a long stay this place, aside from the glitches, was well worth it and the Manager was great.

I didn't realize this was not a Marriot Hotel, and more like an extended stay. The staff was great, and the service was great, but the building interiors were old and tired and didn't look very clean.

With the name Marriott associated to it, I was expecting a Marriott hotel and it's not. Overall it was pretty comfortable but several things were either missing or not working. As a business traveler, I would expect certain things as a staple. The wi-fi in the room was not working and it was advertised for free but it actually cost $10 in the room. So they gave me a huge ethernet cable that I had to plug into the bedroom and pull through to the kitchen so I could sit comfortably and spread out with my work. But it was a walking hazard. There were no hangers in my bedroom closet, no clock in the bedroom and one of the bedroom bedside table lights had a broken knob so I could not use it. However the workout facility was one of the bigger and nicer ones that I have used. And the location is very close to the airport. Overall it was ok but I don't think I would stay here again.

Very nice complex. These are essentially 1- and 2- bedroom apartments. Plenty of amenities on site and plenty of convenience stores nearby. Football stadium and Yankee ball field are located nearby. I do recommend this hotel if your plan on staying in the area.

Hotel is in poor condition - sofa hard, old and fabric is vary pilly. Bed is lumpy and pillows flat. Bathroon not clean, hair on the floor.

Very nice shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise line terminal. Convenient to the airport and the facilities were well maintained. Wish we could have stayed longer, and the room was very large and had a good sized kitchen.

We stayed there only 1 night and was completly disappointed with the room,The room was all the way in the back of the facility which was very dark and gloomy, The room looked like an old apartment that was turned into a hotel room. The tvs were old and outdated and the fan in the bedroom almost came of the ceiling when we turned it on, Not to mention how the shower and tub were covered in mold very nasty, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!

Linda , the waitress in the clubhouse was amazing. She made sure we were well taken care of. Anything we asked for, she delivered. Very nice pool and hot tub area. It was an enjoyable stay, thanks you.

My booking was for "Marriot" but the signage is "MAINSAIL" -- the location is tucked away in an office complex with gated/security access parking. The property has the feeling of an apartment complex. I was not expecting that my room was gong to be a one bedroom apartment. Front desk seemed a bit clueless. I was given an access key to my unit -- only to find out that there were already occupants in that unit. I surprised them when my car key opened their door!

Our stay in Tampa was for only 4 days so we did not expect to spend a lot of time at the hotel. However, we must say that the location was perfect. It was very close to the car rental and airport. We did end up spending our evenings relaxing at the property after running around looking for a real property. We were also able to enjoy the pool which was warm and a pretty good size. We met some other guests there which made the experience a special one. We actually became friends with a family with 7 children. We don't have much in negative things to say-only that the coffee maker bottle was smaller than what originally came with the coffee maker and I had to hold it close to the filter for it to work. But overall, we were comfortable, in a good location and were able to relax at the end of each of our 4 days. The staff at both the desk and restaurant were very nice and accommodating. I would certainly recommend it. As a matter of fact, we are staying there again in a couple of weeks as we were not able to get a property this past stay. We are hoping end of this month we will return.

This execustay hotel was disappointing for me as I have always regarded all Marriott affiliated hotels to be a step above most of its peers. The first room assigned to me was on the first floor and did not have drapes/curtains/shades on the windows. This efficiency was drab, had an uncomfortable living room area and was musty (except for the bedroom which was okay). I called the front desk and was reassigned to a 2 bedroom efficiency, which was more comfortable. I travel frequently an would not consider recommending or staying at this facility, or probably another execustay in the future.

my 5 yr old son and i were flying standby to get home to chicago and we got bumped, so we needed a place close to the airport to try again the next day. i called hotels.com and they found this hotel in a matter of minutes with this particular hotel. they had free shuttle service to and from the airport (and a five mile radius), nice big hotel rooms, very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. and since this wasn't a planned stay i was worried about the cost with all the ammentities, and i was extremely suprised that it was so affordable!

The first couple days were great but since I was ther for 2 weeks toward the end of my stay they stopped bringing me fresh towels and I don't think they changed the sheets one time I was there which is fine for conservin water but I should have that option to say change or don't change. The water pressaure was not good but I could live with it. The internet connection was not great either and I had to buy a network cable so I did not have to pay 10/day for WiFi. I did not that was reasonalbe in this day and age of free WiFi at the McDonalds. Basically what I am saying it is great for the short term.

the hotel did the job, however this is not a marriott, i felt mislead, we checked in and paid for two days, however housekeeping just walked into the room at 8:00am and told us that we were listed as checked out. that issue was fixed but they came in two more times into the room. then when we finally checked out i come home to find that they charged me antother amount more money of course, i called manager 3 times and got her voice mail, finally someone other than a manager helped me out and credited my account after 3 days.

Absolutely horrifying. We arrived at 6:30pm and our room was not ready!!!! They said for us to check back in 1 hour, and until then we could swim. They were full last night, and could not get all the rooms cleaned on time. When we were given a key, toilets were not clean in the unit. Did not stay!!

This 'hotel' was not up to Marriott standard. It was a disappointment thru and thru. I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs to my room. The deadbolt was broken. The beds looked like the maid just pulled the bedspread over the messy sheets. I slept with the lights on and one eye open. The furniture was uncomfortable and cheap. The mattress was poor quality, the pillows were, too. Gross, gross, gross. What a disappointment.

I was disappointed because the property looked better in the ouside than the inside...It was outdated.the rug was dirty,i had to clean the room i the room my self with some clorox. it smelled like cigarettes the second night roaches came out of headboard,bathroom floors cabinets and kitchen micowave.I stayed up all night watching out that they wont get on my sons head and they wound not get inside our luggage.next we noticed bites red bites on our bellys. beg bugs...that was it ..we finally left around 3am. i would never stay there again...we were shocked and disappointed...

This hotel is a poor choice for a business traveler. It is not a Marriott property (coverted apartments). The rooms were very clean, but the decor was Motel 6 basic.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Tampa location. Upon check -in we were greeted by overflowing garbage cans in the hallway outside our room. (They were still there the next morning.) We had our two young children with us and we did not feel safe. We did not feel it was up to Marriott's standards with respect to cleanliness. We would have switched hotels that evening but it was very late and we wanted to get the kids to bed. The next time we are in Tampa we will NOT be staying at this hotel.

I had numerous bug bites that awoke me in the middle of the night. I reported it to the hotel staff and manager an was told that the room would be examined and that they would call me with the results. I never received a call so I had to call them two days later. I was concerned about bed bugs. I was told that no bed bugs were found. I had a very negative experience with little sleep and bug bites.

Very large rooms with condo feel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will use this property in the future.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The comforts of the suites made us feel right at home. There were a lot of things to do (basketball, volleyball, tennis, and swimming) that allowed us to save money and just enjoy our surrounding. The fitness room was superb. We enjoyed our stay and would reccommend this hotel for all who are looking for the look and comforts of home, along with great fun!

what a nice hotel. super freindly staff and super rooms. we got a 2 bedroom apt. and made all our food in the kitchen. lovely pool, bar and fitness area. we will be back for our next stay in tampa. stayed for 4 nights.
