told the magt 3 times on 3 different days that water is wetting food and onthe floor. floor was not washed -just broom cleanedbeeding clean but mattress was as cheap as you can get. even discount motel chains are better. It was quite.

Our stay started off OK.. Realized, there's not too much around this place. Both nights were farm from a charm.. We were on the 2nd floor and other guests, staying on the lower level, made this stay "A Very Unpleasant" one. Loud music, from the car parked in front of their room, ALL NIGHT. Then, to wake up to a man sitting in his pick-up truck. drinking, blasting country music. I'm not a critcal or judgemental person, but when the people under you offer you weed in front of your girlfriend, well, I should have asked for ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. We had that one night left and we delt with it. Ill never stay here again. Bed was like a rock along with the counter cut up like tons of cocaine was done.. Thanks, but no thanks!!!!

This hotel needs a major updating! Clean, but old. Also, right next to railroad tracks, and freight trains run through the night. I would not stay here again.

It was clearly an prior smoking room and we both had problems with our asthma. It was not the cleanest room either and a train we by ever 1/2 hour and was directly in front of our room.

there was no seperate balconies as advertised it was just the walkway to the rooms. The internet access was a complete joke, you had to call their Tech Support to get on line and tried til 10:30 pm and only got one computer up and running the next morning the other we tried talking to tech support for 1/2 hour and still did not get the other one working. The breakfast was oatmeal in a coffee cup as they had no bowls and when a train passed by 3 times the entire building shook. For the money we paid it was not worth it and will never go to these hotels again

I just need a place to lay my head for a few hours, it was clean and comfortable.

I only stayed one night in one of their studio suites. Staff was nice but the suite had old appliances and none of my towels were clean... I stayed in a MUCH nicer hotel 2 nights later less than 2 miles away for the same price.

The hotel room was very clean, my only issue is that daily room service is only available for an additional fee or if you stay for 7 days or more. You also have to trade in your towels to get new ones, but other than that it's pretty much like a studio apartment,,,,Very nice!

I was not at all impressed. We were given a "non-smoking" room that smelled of smoke and had cig burns. We asked to be switched and were told there were no other rooms available, they would be happy to check us out. To me, that says we can't be bothered with trying to make your stay more comfortable or offering you a discount for your trouble.

I spend about 60 nights per year in budget motels. I am self employed and pay my own way. Red Roof Inn is perfectly fine. I usually pay $50-$100 per night. I don't require a Marriot. What I do expect is that each night when I return to the room, it has been serviced. That simply doesn't happen at this hotel. Unless you stay more than a week, your room doesnt get serviced. No bed is made, no floor is vacuumed but most of all no towels are exchanged. Each day you have to take your own wet towels to the lobby and get your own replacement. need more soap, off to the lobby you go. Forget shampoo, there is none supplied. There is a kitchenette tho. But alas no dishes, silverware or pots. Oh and no newspaper in the lobby. They say there is free WIFI, which is true, but when you sign on, they offer you the opportunity to pay for a better connection then the free version, which was practically dial up speeds (remember them?) I wish the Red Roof Inn wasn't too far from where I had to be. Exteneded Stay...I am glad I only had to spend 4 days in this amenities free zone.

Overall, a clean, basic place to stay. Front desk personnel were very friendly. The room was a clean, no frills type of place. A little run down - chips in the formica, a ripped ottoman, could use a bit of paint touch up. No daily housekeeping for short stays, which didn't bother me, as I was there for only 2 nights. No elevator near my room which was a bit inconvenient. Free internet was fast enough for my purposes. I would stay there again.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to town. It is the best hotel for the money in the area. Always clean. Friendly staff. Real kitchen. I am going to try out the 2 bdrm suite next time, it seems well worth the money. Especially if you are traveling with a dog who may be prone to barking. when people pass by the room.

Found location to be conveniently located off highway. Was worried about nearby train tracks, but no problem at all. Room was clean and comfortable but not stocked well. Smoking room with no ashtray and short on towels. Also had prepaid with a reservation and got charged again when I checked in. Deskl clerk was not nvery helpful with satisfying my problems.

Average place. Two story hotel over 3 buildings with external access to rooms. Room was spacious but not overly nice. Flat screen TV was outweighed by the fact that they only had about 15 stations to choose from.

Over all nice stay. I did think the AC was broken. The knobs on the window AC were non functional. The next morning I stumbled across the "thermostat" on the wall. Would have been nice to have a small sign on the unit indicating there was a wall thermostat. Usually wall units are not controlled by a separate thermostat. My only other issue was the pillows. They were folded in two and sewn up in a single pillow case. If this is to save money it is not a good idea. Very very cheap looking. I would have brought one from home had I known. David

The only real negative to this hotel is the train that goes by on a regular basis shaking the entire hotel. Noise is no big deal, however, feels like a small earthquake every 20 minutes or so.

I have been so busy that I haven't gotten around to writing a review for this hotel... FIRST OF ALL, THEY HAVE NO SHAMPOO OR SOAP IN THE ROOM! IT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! THE SOAP LEFT ME WITH A RASH!! ALSO, THERE WERE STAINS ON THE SHEETS! I DON"T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE EITHER! ANOTHER THING IS THERE WERE A COUPLE ROACHES UNDER THE COUNTER BY THE FREEZER. NOT THE BIG ONES, BUT JUST THOSE LITTLE SMALL THINGS......

There was no shampoo or conditioner The towel were old, but clean. The bed was very hard and sqeaky The bathtub water would not drain at time of use. The area of the room was very bad.The train goes right by the side of the hotel and the entire room shakes. The A/C unit made alot of noise making it very impossible to sleep.

Location was the most important variable and for that it was fine. mattress was uncomfortable-hair on bathroom floor-problem with key not working (although staff was helpful.) Only hotel that allowed dogs in area.

The hotel was nice but the cost was rather extensive for the type of Hotel, we stayed at many other hotels this trip that was many dollars less expensive, with a lot more accommodations and a higher quality hotel, and the family had a free hot breakfast

They are using too much bleach to clean those sheets. Yes, the room was clean and it was convenient for my purposes. But as soon as I walked into the room, it was hit by a combination of someone previously smoking and bleach. Maybe, I am spoiled at home and I probably have a sensitive nose. But that was my experience. I would recommend it because it close to the highway and the neighborhood is safe and quite.

RETURNED TO OUR ROOM AROUND 9:OO P.M. TO FIND BUGS FLYING AROUND THE DOOR!! HAD TO SWAT THE BUGS TO GET INTO THE ROOM. SOME OF THE BUGS GOT INTO THE ROOM ALSO. WENT TO CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY DEAD BUGS AT THE DOOR AS IF SOMEONE HAD SPRAYED THEM BUT DIDN'T SWEEP THEM UP!!

The room was great. Although there were some discrepencies with what was available in the room. On the Hotels.com website, it was listed as a room with premium cable and wireless internet (included in the booking fee). When we checked in, the attendant said there was an additional charge for the internet access.

Having stayed in this exact same location about 3 1/2 years ago, we really expected it to be better. Both TV's were old and were marginally functional. The TV in the bedroom had a pinkish color. We think the picture tube was going bad and the TV in the living room needed to have the cable connector lifted up to get decent reception?! The refrigerator did not work when we checked in and we had bought some groceries. It took them 7 hours to get a replacement refrigerator into the room?!

Part of hotel does not have an elevator so you have to carry suitcases up one flight. And many rooms are smoking rooms.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Wish the internet was faster as i stayed at the office later than necessary, but it served it's purpose.

there is train track 20 yards from the hotel that they don't mention when booking and trains run very frequently. Very spacious. The suite had 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a door between rooms. The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke.

Bulbs were burnt out in the room and since I needed to work, it was a problem for me. The bed was very unconfortable.
