The 'all inclusive' aspect of the hotel was a pleasant surprise with an excellent choice at breakfast; beverages and cakes throughout the afternoon and a light buffet meal in the evening.The hotel was ideal for a short city break.The Hotel is on the edge of the equivalent of London's Soho but in the opposite direction there are large department stores, restaurants and bars. The Central Railway station is 5 minutes walk away with a 12 minute direct train link to the Airport..

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpfull and we were pleasantly suprised over the food service, breakfast buffet, afternoon coffee and cakes and evening buffet meal; all included in the room price! There was also a cosy lounge area to sit and enjoy and relax along with bowls of fresh fruit to nibble on. Nice homely atmosphere.

A warm and friendly boutique style hotel. The staff were obliging and friendly. Our suite was comfortable and well furnished but the staining in the toilet bowl(limescale i think) was disappointing. It would be nice to have toiletries replenished. Lovely lounge areas and the all inclusive arrangement is a real bonus in an expensive city. On the whole, a very good hotel with a great welcome.

This is a cozy little hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast is provided as well as a light dinner buffet. I enjoy this as a single traveler. In the evenings when I don't want to venture out, I don't have to. It is a short walk to the train station and close to the shopping restaurants and museums. The downsides are the stip club across the street and the small size of the rooms. But the good things offsett these issues.

I stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend in the Clarion Hotel Mayfair in November. The hotel is in a great location close to Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are pretty good although small, but this is common in Copenhagen. The included breakfast buffet is fairly good but not an extensive selection, the free evening buffet is very limited and very small portions. I used my welcome rewards on this hotel, it was a good weekend, the hotel did the job and was perfectly adeqaute and in a good locaiton, but I would have been disappointed in I'd paid full price for this particular hotel.

Like the cozy feel of the hotel. Room quality is mixed. Very small. My first room seemed fresh and modern. My second room seemed worn and tired. Bed was softer than I like. The breakfast is adequate. The fact that they offer an evening meal is unique and handy, if you are travelling alone and don't want to go out at night. The lobby common areas are nicely and warmly decorated. I hang out there often to do work or read. Very pleasant overall.

This hotel was easy to find and close to the railway station. It is quiet and the breakfast and evening buffet are excellent. The evening meal is only light but very good variety and it can become quite a big meal if you try everything. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk to all city venues

A gem of a 3 star hotel in Copenhagen, close to attractions, friendly, helpful staff, satisfactory rooms, terrific breakfast, 24/7 coffee and fruit in lounge, and original asiatic artwork in public rooms. The free light evening meal makes this hotel outstanding value for money in expensive Copenhagen.

Beautiful building, pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and complimentary evening buffet, and more. The location was central - easily accessible from the main bus stop or train station from the airport. We paid to upgrade our room to a larger room as standard rooms are quite small. The bathroom is modern but very small and one can hear some faint noise from the room next door and bathroom above. Having said that, I would definitely recommend the hotel and return again. A very pleasant stay.

conveniently located near Central Train Station; clean and, with high prices for everything in Copenhagen, a good breakfast and light dinner buffet, with coffee/tea fruit available other times, made the value equation a good one; only "superior" room available for early check-in, at extra cost - not sure I believe the extra payment got me anything "superior"

very nice hotel with good service and etitude. we got a warm welcome good breakfast, the lite evening diner is a nice solution for expensive city location is good and my room was quit.

Excellent loaction, close to Tivoli Gardens, the Market Square & train station. Room was clean but very small. Was ok for one night but would have been uncomfortable for a longer stay.

We were very surprised with this hotel, loved the decor, great service, clean, free wonderful breakfast, tea and light dinner buffet and free Internet. Very close to central station. Very comfortable bed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk of less-than 10 minutes to/from the central train station. Seriously good breakfast and the dinner buffet (appetizer, two salads, an entree, cheese, fruit and desert) was very welcome, given the price of Copenhagen restaurants.

EXCELLENT LOCATION....5 MIN WALK FROM CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION, 20 MINS WALK TO NYHAVEN. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND LIGHT SUPPER (MORE LIKE A DINNER), 24 HR COFFEE/TEA. PLEASANT STAFF.

Great location, 3 blocks from Central Train Station, restaurants all around, but you don't need them because you get a nice hot supper AND hot breakfast, included in price of room, plus hot tea, coffee, cake, fruit available in lobby all day. Staff super helpful, great taxi service assistance to cruise terminal, even in the rain. This is OUR hotel for future stays in Copenhagen.

Cute hotel in fantastic location minutes from the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Good walking distance to main shopping mall and Nyhavn. Room small but really had everything. Lovely breakfast and added bonus was a light dinner buffet each evening if you wanted. Also free wi-fi was excellent. Would recommend for good hotel in Copenhagen. Good value for money.

room on street side was noisy and bright at night and if you cose the curtains it was too hot. Meals were a terrific value--breakfast and supper were plenty.

very small rooms. Strip bar right across the street with glowing neon signs. Location convenient to tourist attractions. Biggest draw was the included dinner and breakfast as meals in Copenhagen are very expensive.

On the plus side, the people in Denmark and at the hotel were friendly, helpfull, and quick to provide service. The hotel has two contiguous 'salons' where you can meet, read, sip coffee or tea. Clients kept talking about the convenience of having the hotel restaurant and how food was expensive elsewhere. I did not share their hipe, as I felt the food was more than ordinary, the fruits too ripe, and the menu desperately short and repetitive over 5 days. The room was very small, and the 'desk' did not appropriately allow any sort of work. The free WiFi was slow (sometimes too much to hold a conversation on Skype, no video), and you could connect only one iThing at a time thus forbidding syncs. The drain of the shower filled and the shallow basin overflowed; the T° of the hot water was barely body temp, and it took forever to raise from the magma layers deep under the crust of the earth if you were on an early schedule and were the first to open the hot water tap. To be fair, it is my first stay in Denmark and I cannot compare. Would I go again? I would probably want to compare.

No real complaints about this hotel. Room did not have a/c, and I love the room to be ice cold, so this was my only major issue. Room was fine for the one night we stayed there. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did not try to the buffet downstairs so I cannot offer an opinion on that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, just 5 min from train station and Trivoli. Nice lobby with a library. Always coffee and tea + pastry. Good free breakfast and good free dinner. Drinks for dinner are not free but one does not have to order and can have free tea/coffee. Also outside area fro eating with a hidden romantic corner. Rooms with good insulation. Never heard any noise from the street but I could hear someone from above; probably the ceiling from the 4th floor to the fifth top one was not concrete. Very helpful reception and efficient wait/cleaning staff. Bus 26 that goes to popular location is 20 m away.

The Mayfair is perfectly located for the central station and Tivoli gardens no more than 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet is ample, and the evening supper meant we did not need to look for a restaurant at night - very handy as Copenhagen is not the cheapest city I have visited. (NB drinks are not included and must be purchased separately) Room compact but with all the essentials - even down to CD/DVD player with discs to borrow. The hotel is opposite a strip club, but I cannot say that this caused any problem All in all - highly recommended

THE HOTEL IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION OF THE CITY. WE FOUND ALL THE STAFF TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FOR ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE CITY AND HOTEL.INTERNET WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST AND DINNER WAS WONDERFUL AT THE END OF THE DAY ESPECIALLY. LUCAS IN THE DINING ROOM WAS TERRIFIC. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR GREAT STAY WITH YOU. WILL DO IT AGAIN.

Stayed for 5 nights. Great hotel, close to train station and shopping precinct, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice light dinner, reasonably priced, can be noisy thanks to "Lady Love" across the street!!

This was our first visit to Copenhagen, and this hotel was a great choice. Only a very short walk to central train station came in handy for all our public transport needs. The quality of the breafast included in the rate was very good indeed. And of course the added bonus of a light buffet dinner really made our stay an economical visit. The staff were very helpful in questions relating to sightseeing. If we ever return to copenhagen, this will be our first choice for accommodation

Excellent location - walking distance to everything. Staff were more than obliging and helpful and the breakfasts and dinners were superb - we were expecting a snack and got a real Danish feast instead - a brilliant hotel we would thoroughly recommend

Caught the train from the airport to Copenhagen's main train station, and walked to the hotel within 5 minutes. We arrived after 9pm but the receptionist was still able to offer us something to eat and was extremely welcoming. Free internet terminals and Wifi-access was a bonus and plenty of tea available downstairs when coming in from the cold Copenhagen air, (and even some cake)! The lap dancing club across the road didn't bother us and isn't in keeping with the rest of the road, with several other hotels and restaurants lining it. Very cosy lounge downstairs was a nice spot to relax in, especially as the room was on the small side, however it was very well presented and clean, nothing fancy, but fine for a short city break. The free evening dinner isn't huge, but we tried it one night as we'd already had a large lunch and couldn't manage another mighty Danish meal! The evening buffet food was lovely, much better than I had expected.

Being a mere 5 minute walk from the central train station meant the hotels location was ideal in both getting around the city and travelling to and from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and were able to help us concerning sight-seeing as well as with hotel business. The food offered is also a real life-saver in such an expensive city, a breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold food setting you up nicely for a day of exploring, and an evening buffet involving a hot main accompanied by various cold foods and desserts helping round off a busy day out. Fresh fruit and drinks are also available throughout the day which is also a real bonus. All this is included in the price of the room. The hotel itself was of a very good standard, the room being small but comfortable, and the decor being modern yet homely. The only downside was looking out of the window resulted in staring directly into another, but this is only a small detail. The walls are also rather thin, but come late evening there was very little noise at all. Overall I would recommend this hotel, if not simply for the hotel itself, but for its location and food service as well.

We had a great stay in the Clarion Collection Hotel Mayfair. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the communal areas downstairs in the hotel were smart but homely. Great morning and evening buffet with a wide selection of food. The only tiny tiny criticism is that we had two single duvets on our double bed which caused a lot of sleepy confusion! Otherwise perfect and would definitely be happy to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel twice 12 days apart. Location is excellent for walking to major downtown sites. Breakfast is quite good and hotel also includes a small dinner buffet at night. First room was quite nice. Second time we stayed, room was much smaller. Hotel is clean and personnel are very helpful. Hotel has air conditioning though not quite up to US Gulf Coast standards.

Very pleasant place to stay. Close to the main station. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Copenhagen. Currently the club across the road is being redeveloped (I do not know what as) and the general area seemed fine - mainly other hotels. Friendly. Pleasant lounge area. Good breakfast.

We loved this place. The lobby is like a grand living room nicely decorated. Good location near the trin and buses and lot's of the sights. The room was a bit small by American standards, but comfortable. The bed was great! A bit noisy at night but it's n the cityso we expected that. Wonderful breakfast buffet - the best we've had, and the evening buffet allowed us not to have to pay for expensive restaurant meals.The service was outstanding- friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Great value for the money. Bring your own shampoo and washcloth. From the train station, go left for a block, left again on the main street, and 3 short blocks down on your left.

We liked it that we were given a option of what floor our room could be as we prefer either the ground or 1st floor and whether to face the courtyard or the street. However, it was a very small room and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. Thinking back, I now wished we had asked for an upgrade as the room size was very impractical for two people. Luckily the shower had a floor ridge so that the water didn't run all over the bathroom floor like many hotels in Europe. The reception staff was very helpful. The location is ideal near the train station, Tivoli and the bus stops. Would only recommend with reservation because of the room and bathroom size.

Easy walk from the main train station (skip the stilettos though). Designer room and bath decor, extremely pleasant public spaces. Free wi-fi, food at odd hours if you're into it. Helpful, responsive staff. Some sex shops and activity in the area, but, hey, this is Copenhagen. Just ignore it, it does absolutely no harm, and does not, imho, reduce the appeal and price/performance ratio of this gem of a hotel. I wish they had a ramp for dragging suitcases up the entrance steps.

We arrived early AM and room was not ready. We had a choice to wait till 2:00 and they would check our bags, or we could take a lessor level room on top floor that was ready then. This allowed us to have breakfast, which more than made up for the lessor room price. The room was small but "very quaint". The food (both breakfast and evening) exceeded our expectations. Food in Copenhagen is over the top in price. The included meals for two days saved us over two hundered dollars. Great location! Close to everything! Go ahead and book it!

This hotel is a gem. Not only is it clean and comfortable, but it has lots of charm. It is centrally located a short walk from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also provided breakfast and a light evening meal. It was a great value for the money and highly recommended.

Very unhappy with this hotel. Reasons are the following: a) Location is good if you like prostitues as they are outside the building. b) When we arrived we found an empty bottle in the room and blod on a pillowcase. The room was double but there was only one towel... c) The recepcionist indicated that breakfast was available till 11. In our last day we arrived at 10 and it was over. The waitress rushed to take away all the food... Overall, very dissapointed...

We were very happy with our choice of hotel, I had read a lot of reviews and they were very mixed. The bedrooms have been refurbished and although small they are clean and look good and have a good size bathroom. There is tea, coffee and iced water available all day near reception. Afternoon coffee and cake is at 4pm and a light supper available too. Breakfast was good and this was all included in the price,
