It was a little ways away from the beach but overall a good location.

The front desk service by Will was very pleasant. Otherwise service was not really pleasant. The breakfast on the weekend poor.

The front desk attendant, Will, was very nice and helpful with any questions and/or needs that we had during our stay.

The only complaint is they dont give u enough towels.

Clean rooms, clean sheets. Decent location to casinos. Front desk lady, was very unfriendly. Overall, good recommend.

Hotel could stand to be a little cleaner. The room was a little musty smelling, but heck for the price what can you say. I would stay again. It was a decent place to rest our head on the way to New Orleans.

HOTEL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.... PET ROOM SMELLED REALLY BAD FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST...URINE SMELL WAS VERY HEAVY... WENT TO FRONT DESK SHE GAVE ME A BOTTLE OF SPRAY GEL...... NEVER AGAIN.... SORRY YOU GUYS.... I HAVE STAYED AIN A LOT OF PET ROOMS..... BUT NEVER LIKE THIS ONE....

My family and I needed a hideaway from hurricane Isaac and needed a pet friendly hotel. The Comfort Inn in Ocean Springs was more than accomodating. Although there was debris from recent renovations, it was clean, comfy and very accomodating. Staff was happy to make our stay a nice one and was pet friendly.

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was a bit dirty, crumbled paint on the floors and dingy rooms/bathrooms/hallways. Elevator smelled pretty foul. AC in the room was extremely loud and not very cold. Pool was great though.

the breakfast was great but they ran out of seating at a table and it was too hot to sit outside. waiting on the elevator doesn't take long. the pool has a nice big shaded area to sit in. the dog next door kept me up with the barking so i was unsatisfied with the walls not being soundproof. they were low on towels and didn't make me feel welcome to them. they didn't have any at the pool the next morning either.

It was fabulous. The accommodation met all my needs perfectly.

Had a good stay room was very clean and nice. Beds were very comfy. The only complaint i had was that anytime i went to the front desk noone was ever behind the counted, they were either sitting watching tv and took forever to get around there to help you or nowhere to be found. When i was checking out i waited and waited and never did find anyone, finally just tossed my room key over counter and left a little irratated. Overall had a nice stay. Would definately stay here again but not to visit the beach because it was so far away.

We enjoyed our stay. The quality of front desk staff services was excellent with a friendly face and nice attitude. The pool area was nice and pleasant during our stay. Thanks again for the warm and relaxing weekend stay.

Hotel was expensive for the ammenities and current renovation affects Parking in the lot. Would not be my first choice next time around

The hotel was great and very reasonable in price. Employees, however, dominated the breakfast food causing the guests to have to wait for eggs and meat. Excellent breakfast though.

Clean rooms... some construction to hotel going on but no inconvenience.

the room had a musty smell like the carpet has been wet., and the breakfast was not good at all.

I was frantically looking for a place to stay for memorial weekend. I was a little skeptical at first but overall I was satisfied.

This hotel was nice. The location was good. Did not take long to go into Biloxi and the casinos. The staff was very polite and helpful. The exercise area was nice. They had a pool and this looked very clean and well kept. Would stay at this hotel again.

i really enjoyed my stay and i will be back to stay again every one was great thanks to every one who help us that day you guys are great!!!!!!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. It is only a hop skip and a jump from the casinos and was clean, folks were friendly and even served some breakfast. I would return.

My husband and I wanted a night away, so chose to go to Biloxi, MS. When finding a hotel this hotel came back with high rating, but like the saying goes, "Too good to be true." Well this is how we felt about the hotel. The hotel was right next to the Interstate which was good, but for someone that is a lite sleeper it is not. The Lobby was nice and the people that work there was nice as well; however, when you step off the elevator the hallway was stuff and smelled. Our room was just ok nothing like what the pictures showed. When we enter the room it was also stuff. The darkening curtains would not close all the way, so the street light shined into our room. The sheets on the bed felt gritty and the bed was HARD. It felt like you were sleeping on boards. The next day my husband got up early to get out, The breakfast was nice. I just know that I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

We were very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!

We spent three nights at the Comfort Inn Biloxi and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful to us when we needed information about places to dine and get directions. The pool is lovely with a big cabana and table to enjoy. The coffee and hot breakfast was good too. We will go back and stay there again. It was worth the trip. I love Ocean Springs for there quaint shops and eateries. The hotel isn't far from the beach either. I give the experience a five star. Thanks Comfort Inn. We'll be back next year.

Very comfortable. Room was clean, staff very helpful. Asked for a recommended sea-food place and were directed to Mikey's on the Harbour, very nice, family friendly and awesome food. Will go back to this hotel and resturaunt.

The hotel was very clean, and close to everywhere my husband and I wanted to visit. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for such good hospitality.

The hotel was comfortable and was very easy to get to. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. My only complaint is the air conditioner. I had it on the coldest setting and it still turned off constantly. It wasn't hot in the room, but was definitely not cold.
