The night I arrived it was late, The man working the desk was extremely weird and could not get my key card to work. When I went back to him the second time, he said ok I am coming with you, when he got to the room and could not get the door open he began pulling on the door know and jerking on the handel for about 5 minutes. Then started to complain and went to the desk and got another key. The next morning a woman working the desk was shouting at the maid staff and treating them like they were less than..... not really a professional enviorment you would expect from a marriott related hotel. the room was clean but the service killed it for me.

My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Wichita East was very good the Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It's nice when you travel with your family to stay in a place that is clean and friendly. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Wished the room had a refrigerator or at least a microwave. Had to pay for breakfast unless you just wanted fruit and coffee. Though enjoyed the pool, beds were clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good neighborhood.

We were not happy with the "No Free Breakfast" Didn't know that we would have to pay 8.95 per person for breakfast. We ended up going to IHOP and eating great and cheaper.

This hotel was generally clean and the staff was friendly but the rooms were from the 80's furniture and fixtures. I was expecting more for the price point.

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. We had no issues at the hotel.

I stay in a LOT of hotels on biz. This hotel SMELLS! They had the AC on in the room and as I entered I got an overwhelming odor of dirty, wet gym socks. Overall the room just looked and felt dirty. The Lobby smelled like old disinfectant. Dress this hotel up a bit, CLEAN it and it would be great. It's in a great locale with lots of restaurants close.

We were hoping that the room would have a small refrigerator and maybe a microwave. There was not a continental breakfast included with the room, they did have a breakfast for $8.95 a person. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and clean with a good location. My kids did enjoy the indoor swimming pool. Next time we are in Witchita I plan to look around a little more before booking a hotel.

There is a $40 charge we were not made aware of when we checked in. We discovered this charge in our bank account after returning home. When we called to find out what it was we were told it was to cover "incidental" charges, which we had none by the way, but that it would be taken off of our account in 5-7 business days. This basicaly ruined everything we like about the motel. Do not keep information or even mislead informtion from customers.

over all the hotel was very nice. They were resurfasing the parking lot so parking was limited. Hey but they have to do it sometime right.

There were two prices on your web site. I called and was told that the higher one included breakfast for two. We purchase that rate. Marianne at the desk said the code for our stay did not include breakfast and rudely refused us breakfast. Not until I called Hotels.com and had them tell her did she allow us to have breakfast, and, when she did it was with real attitude.
