The first day the maid was outside of the room. We asked for more towels and shampoo. We received neither. The trash was not emptied the room was a mess. The second day the maid never entered the room. We had to walk down to get towels and soap. THIS A HILTON . After 6 phone calls the room was refunded. Really this should never happen in any hotel, especially a Hilton.

Overall, my stay was good. I was placed in a smoking room but I am not a smoker. That was a huge challenge for me. The hotel staff was unable to change my room assignment but did make attempts to address the smell of the room. However, the smell of smoke was simply too overpowering for me to enjoy my visit to the fullest.

Can't recommend this hotel enough! We were in Charlotte for a huge business convention. We had issues with a different hotel and had to check into the Hilton during the middle of the night. The staff went out of their way to help us get into our rooms and get squared away with our reservations for 2 rooms for 4 nights. Very curteous and helpful! Fantastic rooms with comfortable beds. Plan on giving them my business later this year during the next convention. Thank you Hilton Garden!

The hotel was a bit weak. The pool is small, but fun. The water in the pool is comfortably warm. The whirlpool water was dirty. The Garden Inn is run or maintained like a Motel from a movie about a depressed middle America town. They did not have towels by the pool side though we requested it several times. The hotel staff were polite but not truly accommodating except for Duane, who we met at the beginning of our stay. They also seemed overwhelmed which clearly points to poor overall queue management. A serious look should be taken by the Hilton Group on how to improve quality control in these locations.

The only bad thing was they offered no free continental breakfast .

relaxing and who would have thought swimming outside on the 8th of February.Not up north.They were getting 2 feet of snow

Very nice and the breakfast was wonderful.

The area is kind of remote and secluded (We needed a GPS to find it). But it was very nice, clean, and quiet.

My stay was excellent. The staff were helpful and supportive, the room was very clean and comfortable. In my three day stay I didn't have any issues or complaints. The only real complication or negative was that the hotel was still having the lobby renovated so it was somewhat inconvenient to have to come in the back way and be using a conference room as the breakfast and check-in area, but that wasn't exactly in the hotel's control and it looked like it will be extremely nice once the renovation is completed!

The room was very comfortable, unfortunately the hotel was under going renovations which made some things difficult. If I knew that I would have selected another Hilton Garden Inn at another location.

RENOVATIONS! The lobby was under renovation during our stay. There was only one elevator available. The staff was completely accommodating and very nice. Our room was ok. The bed was supposed to have a way to adjust the firmness. Neither dial worked on either bed. So, both beds were too soft to be really comfortable. The rooms were clean, but seemed like they could used some updating as well. The location was extremely convenient to shops and the interstate. Overall, it was a good stay.

The building was undergoing remodeling. Main lobby was closed off but pool was still accessible. The room was clean enough for our family but could feel outside breeze under AC/Heating unit. The curtains do not close all the way either. We checked in late and the evening staff (front desk) was hospitable. Only wish we had the same staff in the morning. The breakfast was also $10/person. It should have been complimentary. Overall a nice place for an overnight stay.

Hotel is very nice EXCEPT for the Lobey remodeling. When I reserved the room no mention of the remodeling of the lobey. Wich also included the closing of the pool and hot tub. Not happy about that part. The Room was very clean and no mold to be found in bathroom. Very quiet at all times of the day or night. We didnt take part of the breakfast which cost $9.95 extra each person. Very convenient to highways and all shopping next door along with resturants of walking distance. Could use more parking. Overall it was a nice experiance.

ok but not what you would expect out of a hilton

Our stay was wonderful except: checked in on Thursday, November 1st, Friday morning, we saw the cleaning person and emptied our trash for her and exchanged the dirty towels for clean ones. On Saturday, November 3rd, we left the hotel around 9ish and returned that evening after 7pm and the trash hadn't been emptied and all of our towels were dirty. I went down to the front desk and the person was very kind and I got towels and trash. Once I got back to the room, I realized we needed more toilet paper so I went back down to the front desk. Just wanted to make a note to you all for future. And I didn't know until my third day there that your hotel offered complimentary coffee & tea.

The bed was very uncomfortable even after readjusting the setting.

We were away most of the daytime hours. Upon returning, the room was always in perfect shape.

Very nice comfortable room. only one thing was missing they need to have mats in the shower/tub so you won't slip. Also maybe a light fixture in the middle of the room? Overall very pleased with stay.

YOUR STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!!

I enjoyed my stay very much and will miss all of the people that work there

LOVED THE ROOM.

I really enjoyed my stay. We decided to get room service because of a long day. We couldnt be more pleased with our food and the way we were treated. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be staying again soon.

Had a great time, close enough to attractions without busy city traffic. Look forward to another get away!!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We were there to attend a concert in Bank of America stadium. From check in through check out the staff was friendly and efficient. We order room service the first night after arriving and let me tell you - the prices were VERY reasonable and the portions were HUGE! The hotel was surrounded by restaurants, shopping and most importantly, easy access to both I-77 and I-85.

It was very enjoyable. The staff was over the top in courtesy I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The location to everything else was excellent. I loved the surrounding area and all the shops in closeness to the hotel. The pool and spa was nice and relaxing and the staff was friendly. I might stay again if nothing else is available.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is located in a great, safe area! There is a nice mall around the block. The hotel staff was VERY nice. The room itself was great! The pillows were soft and the bed was to die for! The down side was the breakfast. It was a bit expensive for us, I think it should have been free with the price of the room.

Had a busy wknd in Charlotte. This hotel was very convenient to both Uptown and North Charlotte. Even with two weddings parties at the hotel, it was still rather quiet.

This hotel was great!! The service was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable, and the hotel was convenient to everything! Will definitely stay here from now on when I visit Charlotte!!!

Good location. Shopping and restaraunts within walking distance. Surcharge for breakfast onsite. Very nice pool and weight room. Be sure to eat at the Cluck n Cup across street. Their chicken potpie and broccoli caserole are awesome.

The hotel seemed like it was newly renovated because everything looked new and immaculate. Very friendly and professional staff who accommodated our needs! Only 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte. I would highly recommend to others.

My stay was great, will be making reservations for my next visit in the near future. Which will be a longer stay. Thank you again.

Hotel was very clean. Employees very nice and professional. Full free breakfast was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.
