Holiday Inn West Kelowna - ويست كيلوانا

Seems to be relatively new. Enjoyed our stay. Large room, clean. Great service. Only issue was access from the highway when travelling south. Poor or non-existent signage. Otherwise great place to stay.

Great hotel but the neighborhood was not great

Had a marvelous time and the hotel was great!!!!!!!! The service at the front desk was quick and they were very polite. They gave out free cookies which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked. The pool, hot tub and gym were very clean and we greatly enjoyed ourselves using these facilities. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel!!!

Staff was outstanding, ensuring that everything needed was taken care of. Convenient location situated between the two locations where meeting were scheduled. Rooms clean, spacious.

The hotel staff were very organized when we arrived with our team of 16-18 year old boys. This had to be the easiest checkin that we have had. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Restaurants are nearby in walking distance. We will be back! Cloverdale AAA Midget Baseball Team

We were on a family trip and stayed for one night. It was clean and comfortable. Not luxurious or like some of the local waterfront resorts, but we knew that going in. Since we went in the spring, we might have stayed at a lakeside resort for the same or similar price. Next time we probably will. That said, nothing to complain about really. It was quiet, convenient and the breakfast was good.

We just needed to stay somewhere clean and quiet in the mid way of our trip.This was a good option. Not the best but clean enough. Only tip I can give you is that, although it say Breakfast included, they will charge you if you go above 20$, and kids eat free. For two adults we ended up paying 16$+tip in top of the 20$ coupon. Over all I am happy with the stay

Not sure if Hotel.com or Holiday Inn is responsible. King leisure room was reserved and paid for 3weeks prior to stay. We were given a queen room with sofa bed. The room was dirty and I would not of sat on the sofa never mind slept on it. The furniture was thread bare and very dirty. As room was on the bottom floor I would not be surprised if it was a pet room. As we do use hotels frequently I must give this one an unsatisfactory rating and would not recommend. Very unsatisfied patron!

Would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was Comfortable.

Stay was short but good. rooms were clean and well equiped. Unfortunatley the restaurant/bar was closed for the day before 8PM but fortunately there is a Boston Pizza in the same parking lot. The only problem was when I search for hotels near the airport this one came at 7.4 KLMS away. Unfortunatley it was close to a 70.00 cab ride both ways. We were just overnighting on the way back from Mexico so it was a long ride in the evening and super early morning to catch our flight. No issues with the hotel but if you want something close to the airport this isn't the one.

I thought most verything about my stay at the West Kelowna Holiday Inn was first rate. That included the staff behind the front desk and also the employess in the adjoining restaurant. The food was good too. The one negative I would like to see improved was the wine and beer lists. Most particularly the Beer list,this did not include any local microbreweries such as the Tree Brewery of Kelowna

We were visiting the area to see our grandsons. Our selection to choose a hotel was location, amenities and cost. The front desk clerk was friendly but seemed to not be listening especially when he could not find our reservation because he did not even have a close guess on our last name after we just said it. Room was clean and spacious. We have no idea why we were given a handicapped room, my hubby is 6'3" so alot of the features were too low for him. We brought our grandsons to the hotel so they could play in the pool. This pool is not for younger children as the shallowest part (at both ends of the pool) is 3 1/2 feet. The hot tub however was great. We did check out the lounge during our stay and this was definitely the best part of the stay as the lounge and restaurant staff were friendly and the customer service was great. We tried some appies and the food was excellent. This hotel is only a short distance to a shopping district. If we were in this area again we would not choose this hotel as it did not meet our expectations and needs. However this hotel may work well for others.

room was okay cheap compact fluorescent lights take away from comfort level of room , they were so harsh they caused a migrane. Staff was great. Restarunt in hotel closes early, Boston pizza is close by. Access and signing when comeing from the east (airport ) is poor.

We picked this hotel b/c it was the cheapest and we were only staying there for one night so we didn't want to pay to much. So the price was great, very comfy beds over all a very nice place to say.

New, clean, comfortable! Exactly what we expected, were very satisfied.

Knowing nothing about the area, we choose the hotel over the internet. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room (3rd fl) seemed very warm when we arrived (Sept. 8) - the AC in the room worked on a LO setting even when turned to HI. The indoor/outdoor pool was clean and refreshing during the hot spell. The location of the hotel was on the outskirts of West Kelowna and about a 20-30 min. drive to Kelowna. If we had known, we would have tried to find a hotel closer to the center of the city. The only real complaint we had was with the hotel owned by the hotel. Service was non-existent! We were seated in a nearly empty restaurant (6 additional ppl) and were given glasses of water and a menu. When no one came to ask for our order after a 20 min. wait, we left and went next door to a Boston Pizza that served us immediately. Needless-to-say, the hotel restaurant got NO service from us!

The hotel was very nice, well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We ate in the dining rom and enjoyed our meal. The lounge was nice and service good, Coming in from the north the entrance is quite tricky to figure out but is fine coming in from the south. I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is priced right for what you get. It's clean and quiet. We wished we had booked closer to the waterfront but it was only a 15 minute drive.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only problem was that the room was lacking a refrigerator. Otherwise the location is excellent and close to all attractions.

was a great location for our stay, right off the Coquihalla. We cruise up and down the valley when we stay in the Okanagan so it was a good location for us. Close to restaurants. I was a little dissapointed in the pool because there wasn't really enough room to relax in the sunshine as it was mostly indoors. An outdoor pool is the only reason why I stay in hotels and this one didn't quite cut it.

The Hotel was awesome...staff very friendly and helpful!! I have a Priority Club and was guven a free movie, however when going to watch it went to turn up volume and changed the station instead and could not get the movie back. They need to change that system...even hotel staff could not get it to work. Other than that was a great stay!!

I did enjoy the the service and the accommodation at the hotel. Very clean room and service was absolutely great!

The hotel room was gorgeous. Very spacious with 2 sinks and 4 mirrors. I liked the area, however it was quite far from downtown area, about 15min drive. The night clerk was very innappropriate. We walked in late at night and he complained and made it seem like we had a curfew. We weren't being loud and when we head to the elevator to head to our room, he demanded to see i.d from us. This was unacceptable and because of that reason, I probably will not return to the location. All in all, the hotel was amazing but the customer service was not.

All food at the new restaurant are reasonably priced - even for room service. The pool was smaller than it appeared on the website but still good. There could have been some loungers in the outdoor pool area for sunning but otherwise, no complaints. The hotel was rather difficult to find coming into Kelowna from the North East but was easy to find if coming in from the West. Easily found with GPS.

The Hotel was okay noyhing to rave about The NEW Restaurant was TERRIBLE I ordered the SPECIAL SURF & TURF dinner medium rare with a baked potato I got an over cooked piece of very thin steak??? covered with a runny yellow sauce and prawns the baked potato was almost raw I like my meat rare and my potatoes cooked !!!!! next time I will eat at the BOSTON PIZZA next door

The staff were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

While a short distance from town (you would need a car) this was a very modern clean hotel, excellent service. Very satisfied.

The hotel is situated in West Kelowna (Westbank) and convenient wrt roads and access. Short +/-15km drive into Kelowna centre, +/-40km to Pentichtin to the south. The impressive Mission Hill Winery is a short (5 min drive) from the hotel. It's abot 2km from the lakeshore, so no beach or bathing facilities at the hotel. The hotel i modern and convenient, staff are friendly and helpul, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable and they serve a great breakfast. I would definately recommend it and stay there again myself.

THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WE HAD WAS THAT THE BAR AND GRILL ATTATCHED TO THE HOTEL WAS OPEN FOR BEAKFAST ONLY AND NOT OPEN AT ALL AT NIGHT FOR MEALS OR DRINKS. WE EXPECTED IT SHOULD BE OPEN GIVEN THAT WE VISITED THIS HOTEL FROM 19TH TO 24 TH OF MAY.

We got fairly responable rates through hotels.com - especially for the city and area. We were checked in by a very short but positively beautirul young woman. She had all the skills for her job and made us feel welcome. We had booked four rooms and she did well in keeping us all straight even though we arrived at different times - from all over North America. Breakfast was not complimentary - rather it cost a fortune!! Had we realized this before going into the restaurant area, we would have gone elsewhere. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.
