excellent service from front office staff; very comfortable bed; good breakfast selection. Did notice a lot of door slams from other guests, and apparently the couple next to our room had a love making session, but was very shortlived, so not to much of a bother. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for airport access.

A superb breakfast option, with daily changes to the menu.

Good Neighborhood. CVS and Walgreens across the street. Little shopping center on the other side. Minor construction..upgrades. great free breakfast. Free airport shuttle. $10 shuttle to cruise port. Good stay!

It was great, they were updating the lobby but no problem with that, I would visit again.

it is a disapointment for what people rate 5* of this hotel especially the breakfast, it is just a normal "inn continental breakfast" with paper dishes

We stayed here the night after a cruise. There are supermarkets, fast food and a pretty good Cuban restaurant within walking distance of the hotel (crossing pretty busy streets). And the man operating the shuttle to the airport in the am was great. The pool is just big enough to amuse the kids.

The front desk staff were awesome- we had just arrived, and were early for check in but were able to accommodate us early- so was nice to get settled in. They were helpful with suggestions for dining in the area and explaining the hotel's amenities which were great- pool,workout room, breakfast (which was great!) The only negative thing was that we called for extra towels twice - were told that housekeeping would deliver and they never did.

The safe in the room was not operational (we were offered the option of storing valuables at the front desk safe) and the air conditioning was a little difficult to control. Directly across the street is a CVS Pharmacy, a Burger King, a nicer Italian restaurant and a Burlington Coat Factory store. There isn't much else within walking distance. It was nice that Magic City Casino sent a free shuttle to the hotel to pick us up and take us back to the hotel.

Beautiful room, great breakfest, friendly staff very clean except the sheets but otherwise perfect. A little expensive but had to be there because of business.

Long distance to Miami activities. Would be very good for the airport only.

Our stay was excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, even small questions they treated as important as large ones. The breakfasts, although were very welcome, were not too appetizing and the choice of items was limiting. The use of the shuttle was very helpful, and the position so close to the airport was one of our reasons for choosing it.

This is a great hotel if you want to stay near the airport. It has everything you want around. It is a very nice and clean hotel. They offer free airport shuttle to and from the airport and a cruise shuttle for $10 a person. We were not disappointed with our stay. Will stay there again!!!

We chose this hotel for it's closeness to the airport and because the Miami Airport hotel was ghastly. The reception was warm and welcoming, very helpful with several local restaurants, offered a managers welcome with free appetizers and wine. The room was clean and comfortable. A card was needed to get the elevator to the floors allowing for increased security. I overslept and had to call a cab at 5:30 am. The cab came quickly and was a 10 minute ride to the airport- no worries.

We booked this hotel because we like Hampton Inns above the rest. We spent four nights here on our way home from St. Martin to Boston.... The Blizzard of '13 kept us in Miami. The hotel did a great job from breakfast to housekeeping, shuttling us to the nearby restaurant to eat and watch the planes land, and recommending local restaurants. Very friendly. Very helpful. Very safe.

Room was nice, breakfast was great for a complementary one. The only negative is the lack of a shuttle to the airport and the shuttle to the cruise line dock, only went to the dock. Needed a taxi back to the hotel to pick up my vehicle.

Good enough. The staff was very nice/helpful and the room has a decent size with decent cable TV in comparison to other hotels. Location is also good. However, for $190/night, it wasn't much better than hotels that charge $120/night.

Very efficient check in. Very well maintained property. My memory is not so great, so I cannot remember the young lady who checked me in, but she remembered my name hours later after checking in multiple people.

Had a wonderful nights stay. Staff were excellent, breakfast was the best we had that was included with our accomodation. Airport shuttle was good, only 10 minutes away. Complimentary coffee in the reception area was great. Would definately stay here again.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I arrived late at night and the staff was both friendly and helpful. In the morning the free hot breakfast was great. I also needed help finding where I needed to go that day and the staff was great with providing directions and ideas.

Great place to stay in Miami before going on a cruise. Has a TD Bank across the street, a CVS and Walgreens across from each other on the corner, and a MacDonalds and Burger King. All within walking distance (heck you can see all these places from the hotel). AND they have a free pick up from Miami Airport AND have a van to the Miami Cruise Port (that does cost).

We were only looking for a room overnight and this fitted our requirements . The breakfast was better than normal this this type of hotel .

Booked five runs for an overnight stay prior to running the Florida Keys Ragnar. Front desk personnel was exceptional. Rooms were very clean. Can't say anything about breakfast as we left at 4:30AM to start our run to Key West. Will book again next year!

This hotel is convenient to Miami International Airport, but not overly noisy (from planes, etc), close to the freeway. There are restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, all within walking distance (across the street). There's even a Starbucks. We had pizza delivered in to the room. It was clean and our car was safe. It's not fancy, but it's functional and clean.

The staff was so friendly and always smiling. They made me feel welcome from the minute I stepped in the door. They were super helpful and I never heard the word "no". It was super clean. Someone was always cleaning something every time I walked through the lobby. If you forget anything they have what you need there or there is a Walgreen and cvs across the street if you are looking to save a few bucks. Cuban food is just down the street. Some of them look like a hole in the wall but they sure know how to cook. You can' t be in Miami and not have Cuban. It's a sin ha.

We would go back. Down fall - we left at 5:00 am and breakfast was not ready. We were told that breakfast would be left at front counter in a bag to go. We had to spend an additional $30.00 for a breakfast at the airport. Otherwise good clean hotel.

Excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Good deal for over night layover@ Miami airport.

This hotel is ideal for both a quick or long stay in Miami. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Complementary airport shuttle service is always on time. Location is close to a few restaurants by walking and less than 15 minutes from Dolphin Mall and Walmart. Breakfast is good and the in-hotel 24 snackette comes in handy for getting in after a late night.

Staff very helpful. Hotel under renovation, so a bit inconvenient. But I will stay there again!

The room was nice but there was a sticky ring on the bedside table where a drink was left by the last guest. I checked the entire room after that but didnt see any other issues so i let it go and cleaned it up myself. The tables need to be wiped down better.

Reasonably priced, comfortable, well outfitted, spacious and clean rooms, just 5-10 minutes from Miami airport, good breakfast

Hotel was close to airport; staff was friendly & helpful; not as clean as other Hamptons we've stated in, but suitable for our brief stay.

Overall was good stay at hotel. Was a little high priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean when we first arrived. Hotel under renovations during our stay.

Every was good except mattress, I prefer firm mattress.

this is second time I stayed in this hotel. there are a lot of improvements in comparison to my last year's stay.

This is my second time at the hotel. The first time was great, so booked again. On arrival my taxi driver and I found that renovation work had started on the front desk. So just a notice to say go to the second floor, but how to get there? Eventually we got in via a gated car park entrance, it took longer to get into the hotel than it took to ride from the airport to the hotel. When you get to the second floor, no signs to show you to the reception desk. The next morning i went across the road for some shopping and could not get back into the hotel, my room key did not work any entrance gate or door, eventually had to walk up a car park down ramp, not very safe. I know that this is temporary fix, but it would have put me off doing another visit , to what is an excellent hotel, when you can get in!
