Very nice area, close to Athens dinner, very nice greek family .

this is the second time I have stayed there where the staff has been very rude. this time, while checking in after 3pm which is supposed to be the check in time, the concierge reported my room was not ready. This is not too big of an issue as it happens occasionally when the staff is busy. However, when I asked the concierge when the room would be ready so I could come back and check in, i was very rudely told essentially to take a long walk off a short pier. I will never stay at this hotel again and management needs to seriously re-train or re-staff this hotel.

Nice helpful staff.

This hotel is perfect for my weekly trips to RI. Clean, staff is friendly and is an overall great experience.

This hotel is neat and clean, very comfortable beds, everything went well. Would stay again.

the room would not get that cold but other than that, it was great

We stayed for 4 nights and they were the best nights to retire for the day on our 14days vacation. Staff is friendly and service was fantastic. Miss Danika was exceptional. We will highly recommend this hotel to all.

I was pleased with the customer service from all the staff. It was a real treat to be address with respect. A rear characteristic in customer service today. I will return because of the cleanliness and staff

The only complaint I have is that check out time is noon (which is amazing) however while still sleeping someone assumably from the hotel staff knocked on our door at nine am, because she woke us up we didnt answer right away so she let herself in. We had the chain on the door so she couldnt get in but it was still very annoying. Other than that very nice hotel.

I was very happy with the quality of this Hampton Inn. My daughter and I stayed here for a night before a college visit and it was clean, convenient, and easy to get in and out. The breakfast offered many choices and the quality of food was good but not great. The little market in the lobby was also great. Super price.

We were in town for a visit to Brown University. I booked this hotel through hotels.com because of the price. For the amount i spent it was a great value. It was about a 20 minute car ride without traffic to campus.

It was a very easy check in and she was very curtious. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfartable and most of all it was very clean. At the price they offered I will be back for a romantic getaway.

A pleasant stay. Loved the hours of the pool area. 6am - 12am. I got back late from a meeting and got to enjoy the pool and hot jacuzzi for a while. Although it is next to the airport it was very peaceful.

Hotel and the hospitality was very good. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything was perfect. I travel a lot and they made it a perfect stay.

great pool, hot tub, nice breakfast buffet, clean rooms, nice staff. Really it was all we could want. Walking distance to several restaurants. Chelo's was our pick and very good.

room was fine. The morning breakfast buffet was "not so good" at best. Had to wait 10 minutes for coffee. Oatmeal was awfull(warm at best and not cooked). But the cheese omelets were browned and unedible.How someone can mess up a premade omelet so badly is beyond me!! The pastries were still somewhat frozen. Even with what you have to work with, with a lttle proper training it could be so much better...

Although we had a rough night and my 2 year old son got very little sleep it had very little to do with the hotel itself. The hotel was clean, the ammenities were great and the staff was really helpful with the exception of one (the housekeeper for our room). But some of the guests also staying there were just out of control. First at around 2 AM someone decided to pull the fire alarm as a prank which caused everyone, kids and all, to leave their rooms and wait in the lobby until the fire department cleared the building. Then the people in the room next to us were arguing and yelling which resulted in someone being locked out, banging on their door yelling for about an hour at around 6 AM. Then to top it all off the housekeeping lady opened the door to our room at around 9 AM we told her NICELY to go away and she came back at 10 AM. Check out was at noon so there was no need for her being there at that time. By then we had had enough and she got a piece of our mind. As you can see we got very little sleep but we will try the hotel once more before giving it a bad review. The animals staying there that same night were the reason for our sleepless night not the hotel.

My family was disappointed with cleanliness of pool. Someone pulled fire alarm at 1230 am as a prank, I felt like I was in college.... Ridiculous! No attempt at any kind of service recovery or acknowledgment of inconvenience.

I am always there my first stay started great then after the rest went a little down hill. I had my things thrown away when I hadnt checked out yet which was upsetting for me. Most of the staff are friendly the suites are good. That experience put a damper in things only because I am always staying there. Maybe time to switch. :-(

Great hotel. Hamptons usually clean and comfortable. There is a Rita's Italian Ice/Gelati location not far away if you want some of the best ice cream and gelati's you've ever tasted. Nothing like it in Rhode Island. They may have some coupons at the front desk.

I travel to this area about ever two weeks. This was my first stay at this location and it was by far the beat yet. Staff was helpful and the room was in great condition.

Right at the airport but you'd never know it. Rooms were very quiet. Big comfy bed, feather pillows- we never wanted to leave! Which is nice combined with Hampton Inn's noon checkout policy! We will stay here again!

i was a little upset due to the room wasnt ready for check in until 7pm...the staff gave me two frr drinks at the bar..,but i really loved the room, the manager came up to spray it...the night befoe they had a party in room , with alot of damage...could use a discounted room i would come back ...that would be great 1 king with sofa, my own door to enter bedroom , dur=e to privacy for my husband and i 8 year old had livivng area NICE
