I very much enjoyed my stay in a very comfortable room; the only downside was the construction going on behind the hotel. Having a gas station right below my window was okay for one night--it was a convenient place to fill up the tank before heading to the I-5 freeway and San Diego Airport about 20 minutes away.

liked the hotel and staff. could of had a better way in and out. very safe with the garage under for hotel guest only. the breakfast was great and yes would stay again.

Clean and convenient. Nice to have free breakfast and internet. No frills, basic accomodations with little thought put into decoration, bed linens or furniture. Request for a late check out was flat-out rejected.

Overall the hotel was nice. It was in a great location. Staff was ok, but did not go above and beyond. Rooms did not have great ventilation, but I it seems to be that way in most hotels. I would stay here again.

No refrigerators in the rooms had to pay extra. My friend requested a room for 5 which only slept 4 and they could get a roll away for an additional charge. My daughter met us at the hotel and was given a key to our room without showing any ID. She was not staying in our room, she was there with her team mates. Her friend was given a key to another girls room by saying her key card was deactivated. Her friend wasn't even staying in the room they gave her a key for. This is a serious security problem. You should caution your staff for the future when you have multiple kids in one room.

Both of those things are true.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, friendliness and overall professionalism of the entire staff at this particular Hiilton Hampton Suites! What a pleasure! Keep up the good work.

our stay was short but sweet!!! Only wish we could enjoy the breakfast...looked very good :D

Breakfast had a great variety, bed very comfortable, a little hard to get in to parking lot, traffic noise, very friendly staff

My stay was very comfortable. although the hotel is a little older, they decorate it nicely and the staff is helpful. also, free breakfast, free wifi and free parking! I usually stay at the doubletree right across the st., but wanted to try this place out (as it's always cheaper). I think I'm just going to start staying here instead. I have no complaints! the rooms are a bit older but it is completely worth it.

Very friendly and hospitable. Needed different pillows at 1030pm and a staff member was at my door promptly. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Need better tasting coffee though! For a business trip for a night, I would highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and very well decorated. The breakfast in the morning was very good and had a great selection. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Friends stayed across the street at the Marriott for much more and had a terrible time with the reservations and rooms. I breezed right in and even requested a late check out and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

After some "interesting" hotels for my construction work crew, I finally hit one that was nice, clean and there were no complaints!!

First off - very clean hotel in a "business-y" part of town. Close to the highway and convenient to food, fun, banking, grocery, etc. Service was great and the breakfast was great (nice selection of hot items). I've stayed in 2 star hotels and 4 star hotels but all have come equipped with a microwave and small fridge - so I was surprised that this hotel didn't have them. I think those are basic amenities that every hotel should have. If I was reading closely I would have come prepared for that minor setback, but all in all I had a great stay. Ample free parking. The bed was SOOOOO comfy!! The other hotels in the area were much more expensive, but I probably would have coughed up some extra dough for a microwave and fridge (and toothpaste!).

This was our first time traveling with our dog, and it worked out great. Thank you to all the staff.

I was in town for a two day conference. This hotel is perfect for a place to lay your head for one night. Very comfortable, convenient and clean

When we checked in and Josh at the front desk was GREAT!!!!! Our room was wonderful, the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay untill the next morning. The sink in our bathroom started filling up with this black liquid. it was pretty nasty and it flooded the bathroom and soaked a good portion of the carpet. The maintainence crew was very quick to address the issue and worked very quickly to fix the issue. They were fantastic! However, the manager never acknowledged our inconvience. When I went to the front desk she acted like she didnt really care. I explained we hadnt had a chance to shower or anything, only then did she half heartedly offer another room for us. She never asked if any of our things were damaged or anything!! I was soooo angry we just packed our stuff and left before I started to let her have it!!! She needs to be fired for such poor service.

Pretty clean hotel with free internet,breakfast and parking

Everything was superb! The free breakfast was the very best on the entire trip. Couldnt have asked for better. The lobby was beautiful. Thanks for a great stay

Would definitely recommend, conveinent, great hotel for the price and very comfy bed

This hotel was a great value! The decor was pleasing and the breakfast was great!

A nice place to stay, this hotel is, as always, comfortable and clean. Love the included breakfast, very convenient when traveling for work. A great stay at a great rate.

It was nice, clean and quiet on our side (away from the gas station). Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good. And it is convenient to both Coastal hwy and University.
