Had a very pleasent stay at The Grand. Service and staff are extremly nice kind and service-minded. Resturants are amazing. We only had one night and chose Wok Tok Thailand/Japan/Chinese food. (They have four different ones) We were not dissapointed! Food here is amazing. Try the red curry in cononut with chicken or scampi. Service was excellent. Prices are a bit steep, but it is worth it. Stay here if youre budget allows it. Conveniently close to aiport as well. 15 minutes taxi drive.

I looked for a suitable hotel with airport transfer service close to Indira Gandhi International Airport. I requested airport pick up by e-mail aftyer my booking was confirmed. When arriving at Delhi International airport, no pick up was there. I finally succeeded in opening my mails, and found a reply telling that the pick up service costs 2200 INR and requred pre-approval by credit card. Due to lack of internet access earlier, I was unable to do that. I took a pre-paid taxi instead for 250 INR. I was surprised, a 5-star hotel needs this procedure from their guests. You need to show your credit card anyway at check in! When complaining about this, I was rewarded a free drop off to the airport instead. OK after all.

Stayed two nights after my daughter had surgery in Delhi. Not easy to get to the malls, but other than that the hotel was nice. The breads at the breakfast buffet were hard as rock, but the rest of the food was great and the staff was very accommodating, bringing us sliced kiwi when we asked for it.

GEORGEOUS HOTEL WITH GREAT AMENITIES ,LOVE THE ROOM AND THE SPA. ABOUT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET EXCELLENT!! I COULD SPEND A WEEK WITHOUT GOING OUT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Good five star hotel. Hotel restaurants are very pricy even to common westerners. Served expired dated drinks during breakfast. When pointed to the matter, immediately withdrawn but sadly replaced half an hour later with the same expired dated stuffs. I will recommend this hotel with only a few reservation.

hotel arranged me a taxi who doesn't understand English properly. And, taxi driver wasn't so helpful. Before I arrange taxi, I asked hotel staff that will he definitely bring me wherever I want. They said certainly, however, taxi driver didn't go. He said there is a traffic, I can't go. Later on, I learned that the place where I wanted to go is chandni chowk was opposite of Red Fort where we have visited on that day. Moreover, I requested an iron and iron board when I stayed. It was very dirty. unfortunately, my white t-shirt has stain now. I have paid airport transfer in both direction. However, I changed my holiday plan by extending two days and wanted to leave the hotel. I asked them can I use my airport transfer for two days later. It is refused. When I was having breakfast, nobody was around me, there was no waiter that I can request something. The only thing I liked in this otel was very welcome greeting in front of the hotel entrance. I wouldn't recommend this hotel with its high price low service quality to anybody.

Excellent value for money. The buffet and restaurants are some of the best in Delhi. The spa and pool are utterly fantastic for young, old and children. For the past five years, I only stay in this hotel. It is such incredible value for the money (during off season). The staff to everything to take care of you and make you feel at home. Now there is a fantastic mall just 2 minutes from the hotel that is a joy to shop in.

For the price you get a quality stay. If you need something, staff is more than willing to provide it, though it may not be cheap (per India standards). Grounds were very clean and nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. For the price of a 2 star hotel in the States, you get a 5 star hotel in Delhi. If you arrive from the airport, take a local cab rather than the hotel car, it will be about $40 cheaper. It has great air conditioned rooms and comfortable amenities. It's within walking distance to several western style shopping centers, which is also nice. We stayed with a 1 year old child, and after the 15 hour flight from Chicago, it was a great place to unwind and relax.

close to the airport (as long as the taxi driver doesn't take you on a ride all around the airport trough the freeway), very nice and comfortable rooms.

We received a very sweet welcome at the Grand when we first checked in. The room was fine - a bit on the small side - but we were excited about the seperate shower and bathtub. When we tried to take a bath, however, there was a lot of dirt and debris that came out along with the water and put us off of the idea for good. The breakfast buffet was huge and the food was great. Also had a very tasty dinner at the Italian IT restaurant (to our delight they even gave us free very yummy desert). It was quite expensive, but we wanted to spoil ourselves and figured that finding a taxi would take time and we were not sure whether there were any restaurants clsoe by. The management was nice enough to keep our luggage on the last day of our stay, which allowed us to check out the huge shopping mall next door! When we came back we were greeted with a huge in-house party (for invited guests only), which meant that somewhere the doors were left open and we ended up being surrounded by mosquitos in the lobby, where we waited until it was time for us to depart to the airport. The airport is only 15 min away. Even though the bed looked comfy neither my boyfriend or I slept well in it, which could have something to do with the fact that we just returned from a wonderful stay at a Palace Hotel in Udaipur, which was out of this world! :) Also saw a few marks on the sheets, which were a bit concerning.

the hotel was like a resort in a hectic city with plenty of greenary. there are two major malls close by within walking distance. there is a local market nearby with a choice of restaurants. the hotel is with in 20 min drive from the airport but a bit far from other attractions in delhi.

昔、グランドハイアットだった頃、良く泊まっていましたが、今回が最後となるでしょう。場所はバサント・クンジと言って、空港からも比較的い近いし、どこに行くにも比較的短時間で行けるのですが、そんな利便性も他のマイナスで帳消しです。①ワイヤレスでインターネット接続ができる（しかし接続料は高い）のですが、これが全く機能せず、しかも最初の日は丸一日サーバーもダウンしたまま、②とにかく結婚式を一杯入れているので、ロビーは一日中子供が走り回り、お行儀の悪い連中がそこら辺中でウロウロしていて、おおよそまともなホテルとは言えませんでした。③結婚式が連荘なので、パンジャビダンスの音楽が大音量で一日中鳴らされ、うるさいことこの上ない・・・結婚式シーズンを外れると、少しはましなのでしょうが、とてもビジネス客が泊まれるホテルではありませんでした。

Meget bra hotel,vi spiste middags bufe om kvelden nede i spisesalen med Indiske gjester, 2 av oss fikk magetrøbel etter å ha spist bufe , 1 av det indiske gjestene og 1 fra vårt følge. men for all del dette er et bra hotel ,kanje litt stivt

Gute Lage zum Flughafen, gebuchter Transfer klappte prima! In der Executive Etage ist gratis Essen und Trinken möglich. Restaurants im Hotel sind nicht zu teuer für diese Klasse. Der schmuckladen im Hotel bietet Steine zu niedrigen Preisen an. In Laufnähe sind drei grosse Malls zum Shoppen! Am Hotelzaun sind normale Taxis zum Drittelpreis wie im Hotel zu bekommen. Aber eben ohne Klima! Wir hatten 4-Bett-Zimmer gebucht. Unsere 9-jähriger Sohn sollte aber im Bett der Eltern schlafen.

デリーのホテルでは値段は比較的安く、 非常に質の良いホテル。朝食もおいしいかった。 ホテルタクシーにぼったくられたのは唯一残念 空港まで500Rsも取られた上、レシートよこさず！

一人旅で利用しました。 非常に快適なホテルで、清潔な室内・立派なエントランス・朝食も多岐に渡っていました。 ただし、観光地からは距離があり、決してタクシー等で行くには遠いので、必然的に個別にドライバーを雇うことが必要となります。 観光で利用する前提で、ロケーションを除けば、とてもよいホテルであると思います。

Confortable, luxueux, très bon acceuil. Service de restauration excellent. Très beaux jardins, jeux pour enfants, très belle piscine. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour.

インドの５つ星ホテルとしては平均的だと思います。 昼間のフライトのとき、空港に20分ぐらいなので選んでいます。 スタッフは、よく教育されているほうだと思います。 シャワーが少し弱い点が気になりましたが、まあこんなもんでしょう。
