طاقم عمل ممتاز، بالذات Shari، Erica و Vladimir. الغرفة أنيقة جداً ولكنها صغيرة نسبياً - الوسائد يمكنها أن تكون أسمك كثيراً ولكن غير ذلك فهي مقبولة. الإفطار جيد زلكن البيكون كان دائماً بارد. المترو قريب جداً.

الموقع مناسب جداً. قريب من المترو والمزارات السياحية ويمكن المشي إليهم. تضطر للمشي في شارع هادئ قبل أن تصل للفندق. داخل الفندق أنيق جداً ويقدمون إفطاراً ممتازاً وموظفي الإفطار مهذبين ورحبين. وهو ما يسبب بداية يومك بداية جيدة جدً. ولكنني أود تحذير سائح مثلي من نصاب ليس بالفندق ولكنه في المزارات السياحية. في بادئ الأمر سيسألونك لو كنت تتكلم الإنجليزية وبعدها سيطلبون مساعدتك، قبل أن تستطيع الرد سيظهر رجلين اخرين ويدعون أنهم من الشرطة ويظهرون كروت مكتوب عليها شرطة. وبعدها سيتكلمون عن مشكلة المخدرات والنقود المزورة. لو حاولت المشي سيصرخون في وجهك لتقف. وبعدها سيتفقدون محفظة الرجل الأول وبعدها محفظتك. يجب أن تثبت على موقفك وتغادر أو تصرخ طلباً للشرطة. ولكننا تفاجأنا ولذلك تم سرقة 200 يورو مننا.

أقمت بهذا الفندق من قبل، وفندقين K&K آخرين أيضاً، واحد في فيينا وآخر في بودابست. الغرف واسعة بدرجة مقبولة، طاقم العمل ودود وبوفيه الإفطار مقبول. أنصح به بشدة. لو تحب الذهاب للمتاحف أو الأوبرا أو المسرح فهذا الموقع ممتاز.

We have stayed in this hotel twice now and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. A lovely situation with an underground station 5 minutes away, trams within 10 minutes, lovely restaurants 2 streets away and a biierkellar round the corner. The hotel is very well appointed and maintained, the staff friendly and helpful and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Very clean and quiet on a small, out of the way street directly behind the Museum Quartier. Reminds me of a stateside Marriott with the decor and style. Very close to the underground, shopping, museums and a couple of nice restaurants within a block. The breakfast was great - had English, American and German-style options. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was excellent Good breakfast

Wonderful clean and neat hotel that has easy access to museums and surrounding areas. My room was clean and neat with a comfortable bed. Internet access was free and could be through LAN or wifi. Staff was very helpful and kind. My luggage was lost and they were very helpful in providing the things they could (plug converter!), as well as great directions to local shops so I could purchase clothes (had to give a presentation). Would definitely stay again.

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a fourth floor room with a private rooftop garden. Rooms were very good compared to other hotels we've used in Europe.

Fantastic breakfast, great location, great staff, great room

Stay was.. reasonable. For how comfortable the room was, the price was a bit high. My wife slept well on the bed with a pillow that she brought with her, but I couldn't sleep well any of the nights.

The hotel was very nice with a professional staff that were helpful. The hotel was very clean and everything in working order. The location was a short walk to many of the must-see sights. The underground subway was also close for other commutes. Very good breakfast was included in my package.

We had received recommendations to stay near Stepahnsdom. Unfortuntely we made these reservations only days before our arrival to Vienna, and the recommended hotels were not available. We then chose the K&K Maria Teresa based upon other recommendations. Much of our Vienna sightseeing was related to the Hofburg Palace area and this hotel proved to be a 10 minute walk to the Palace. The hotel was very conveniently located to a metro which made it easy to access from the train station and very useful to return to the hotel after attending evening concerts. We didn't find much great dining near the hotel, so we opted to eat near our evening activities. The english speaking staff was helpful Breakfast was included with our rate and there were plenty of seating and breakfast options at the very large buffet.

The staff were helpful, the location is excptional and we with 2 kids found the undergroud very useful. The hotel is located close to a good underground where there are 2 lines possible. Very satisfied ... Breakfast was great ... Wide variety of things ..Freshly made choice of eggs was a good feature... Welcome bottles of water were good...

My opinion regarding the excellent quality staff was formed while in Vienna. Genuine friendliness, excellant reccommendations and courteous treatment were the norm. After returning to the US all my impressions were reinforced as I had left items in the safe. It was not a chore at all but a pleasure for staff to provide a practical solution to my dilema. Way to go team K&K!

I have been to many hotels in many cities all over the world. This one is too pricy for what it's got to offer. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad hotel -- but it's certainly not a 4-star hotel. Maybe a 3-star for 1/2 the price would do it justice. But to me right now, this is just an overpriced, conveniently-located so-so hotel.

The location was a ten to fifteen minute walk to the museums, and pedestrian area. Not exactly in the center of town. You needed to also walk about 8-10 minutes to come across any eating areas. The breakfast bur fret was very good. The secure parking was a real plus. The staff was very helpful and kind. The wireless Internet in the rooms was spotty at best. Bathrooms were nice and modern.I would stay again, only if better located hotels were not available.

Terrific hotel--great location, nicely appointed and a terrific staff. The breakfast is an absolute treat, too!

The hotel has a perfect location - side street next to MUMOK. Few stairs will bring you to the museum district and then across the road to the city center. And if you turn the other way there is a few side streets with great bars and restaurants. The hotel is in the quiet street. It is clean and tidy, the staff really friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet - good selection and variety (might have enjoyed it a bit too much :). Thoroughly recommended.

Location affords access to the tourist area and to an area where the locals eat and drink. A great hotel to spend a few days in Vienna.

Very convenient location:1 block from U-Bahn station, 2 blocks from the Museum Quarter, 2 blocks from a shopping district. The hotel is on a very quiet side street, away from the any noisy traffic.

The K&K Maria Theresia is located in a trendy neighborhood near the museum quarter, within walking distance of all the major sights in central Vienna. It offers a better than average chain hotel experience, with modern and attractive decor, comfortable rooms, and a very efficient and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast spread is ample and diverse, and the dining area seems to be large enough to accommodate the hordes of people staying there. Bottom line: the hotel offers very good value for a great location.

A nice hotel in a good Vienna location, close to the museum quarter. The rooms could use some updating. Had very good closet/storage space. It was quite warm during our stay and uncomfortable in the lobby and hallways which seem to lack air conditioning.

This hotel is not only close to the U-Bahn, but in walking distance to much downtown and the spanish riding school area. Places to eat within walking distance as well. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast at the hotel was very good as well. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom had a full tub/shower. We had an extra bed in our room for the kids and still had enough room. We would stay there again for sure if visitin Vienna.

Apart from slightly small rooms and a hard bed it is a lovely hotel in a great location with nice staff.

We had a very pleasant stay in K&K Hotel Maria Theresia.. The Staff were just awesome..they were very helpful...The Buffet was good and sumptuous...The hotel is located is very near to all the best sites in Vienna.. Truely would recommend this hotel...would love to comeback sometime...The price we paid was also reasonable for the quality...

got great price on Hotels.com and the hotel was first class: excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and perfect location close to museums and subway

The hotel was perfect for my stay. Close to the U-Bahn and very comfortable room, good air conditioning since it was in the 90's most days. The included breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. I would stay there or a K&K hotel again.

this was a fabulous place to stay in Vienna, right next to the Museum Quartier, just blocks from most every historical landmark in the central city. Staff was marvelous and the free breakfast was way over the top.

The breakfast is amazing!! The right start to a day with everything from amazing breads to champagne! A real treat!

We have stayed at three different K&K hotels, two in Vienna and one in Budapest. Without exception, we have found the hotels to be reasonably priced, clean, well-maintained and within easy reach of sights we wanted to see. The underground is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The main museum complex is only a couple of minutes farther. The Volkstheater is just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants, and the Mariahilfestrasse shopping area is only two or three blocks away. The staff is very courteous and efficient. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel or the staff in any way. And the breakfast is quite varied and very good.

観光で初めて使いました。西駅とｵﾍﾟﾗ座両方とも徒歩で行けます。部屋もきれいでお勧めです。

Je suis très contente!

Room, service, breakfast and location next to the #1 shopping area and old town with museums, everything was great. The only negative for me was the small TV and that almost all channels where in german. Add more english-speaking channels.

Fint hotell. God frokost. Hyggelige ansatte. Kort avstand til opreaen og andre obligatoriske severdigheter i Wien. Ingenting å utsette.

Estancia muy agradable. El ersonal de recepción es muy amable y alguno habla español. La zona es tranquila, la habitacion amplia y agradable. El cuarto de baño es espacioso y cómodo y el desayuno muy bueno

朝食がとてもおいしかったです。ジュースとフルーツの種類が多く、ジャムとチーズ、ハムは高級品でした。５泊しましたが、パテやクグロフがでた日もありました。スタッフもほとんど女性で親切でした。
