Relatively not bad, but it would be better if they serve free trolly pass for transportation around Waikiki. It is required to keep clean the airconditioner.

This is a motel with a nice lobby. The rooms are extremely dated and slightly skeevy (rugs, bathroom,etc). Breakfast costs $10 (not worth it). I stayed here during a 16 hour layover on my way to Asia, and this is the only reason I'd ever recommend staying here. It's a $35 cab ride to/from the airport. The best part of the hotel was the close location to Waikiki Beach. The website is totally false advertising.

Our only complaint is there was a very rude front desk manager who's negative and sassy attitude almost had us cancel our reservation she was so unpleasant.

Great location for shopping, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. AC kept the room nice and cold. Got this room to avoid drink driving. I would stay here again. In fact, I stayed an extra night.

Staff was professional and very helpful. After reading some reviews online I had no high expectations but I was totally surprised by everyone that I came in contact with. The hotel was clean, location was great and the service I can't say enough good things about.

This is my second visit to this hotel, It was a very comfortable stay, the rooms are large, and the staff are very helpful. The location is very handy, and there is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel which takes you to the shopping centre. I would reccomend to stay here, it's very afforable for a comfortable stay.

The good : excellent location The bad: hotel quality was bad for the price for just a few more dollars (about 30 more) i could have gone to a much better quality hotel ..... The Ugly hotel is very outdated , old , and halways are dirty most balconies have chicken mesh wire (ghetto) and parking was 25 dollars per day and no off street parking so you must pay :>(

The good : Over all hotel was ok very good location ,restaurants near by The bad : Hotel is very outdated everything looks old ( for tourist location) The ugly: Parking is $ 25 per night no outside parking available carpet very dirty on rooms and hallways

Everything was great here. I especially liked the balcony view we had. The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The television in our room was a little dated, but since we didn't go on vacation to watch television it didn't matter too much. The bar was great as well, friendly bartenders and $2 Mai Tai's. can't beat that. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

I liked it. I didn't expect a lot but slept well in the big rooms. We had two beds with two different mattresses so we chose the one that was more comfortable. Valet parking was 23$ a day by professional staff. The room is outdated but who cares. We asked for an ocean view and were able to see the fireworks on Friday night. The bathroom was small but clean with good water pressure and temp control. The restaurant downstairs is a sports bar so we didn't eat there. Wifi is extra. The one thing I didn't like is the curtain didn't close all the way and if the neighboring lanai wanted to see in they could at all times until I rigged a sheet to cover the exposed opening.

The hotel was a little older but decent for the price. It was at a major intersection so there was some traffic noise. Having a sports bar in the hotel was a plus. Close to the beach and we had a good view.

For the price you can't beat it but the rooms definitely need to be modernized

It wasn't first time there.If the staff were nice to me, (there were much nicer staff of my last visit) my stay was just fine. but unfortunatly,there were two female staff at the front this time. At the time of check in, they were chatting. they knew that I was waiting for more than 30min.Unfortunatly I can't recomend this hotel anymore because of it.

The staff was EXCELLENT!!!!!!

It was a great experience and I will stay there again, the cleanliness was a definite 10, I would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks,

The room isn't really great, but its comfortable and is a good place to lay your head. The security was very helpful with bags and directions. Everyone was really pleasant. We stayed in a resort in Maui prior coming to Oahu, so I had high expectations. Its affordable and close to most things walking distances of a few minutes.

The hotel in a Convient location. The shuttle pick up from the hotel which is great. The cleanliness is poor. The furniture is old the Decore have covers on it. They don't serve complimentary breakfast, food not worth the price.

Convenient location at a good price. Lobby was attractive. The room was not. The room decor was bland, and the carpet looked old. Heard traffic through the night.

excellent location, liked store and restaurant inside hotel

Lobby was nice....that's about it.

The cost of the Hotel did not reflect the condition or cleanliness. I wore my shoes in the room so i did not have to touch the carpet. The location and staff were ok, but the pool was a joke. I did find the buisness center useful.

upset that there was not free wi-fi .......

The stay was good

I loved this hotel. Perfect location: bus stop outside the door, Hilo Hattie bus stop across the road, 15 minute walk to Ala Moana, 10 minutes to Waikiki beach and close to all the shops. My room had a lanai and 3 beds with soft, hard and just right mattresses. It was also perfectly clean and everything worked. The views vary depending on which side your room is, I had Kuhio Road to look down. Tip: get a high room because the street gets noisy before dawn. I didn't get free wifi (as was advertised on this website) or the free breakfast but I found free wifi hotspots close by and there are enough breakfast bargains cheaper than the hotel offering so I did not mind. Thanks to Amy who helped with some essential kit and who was always good for a chat. Recommended as an unpretentious hotel that gives a great stopover at a good price.

Overall, a nice hotel with friendly and efficient service. Very reasonable price with a great location. However, there were a few things that could have been better maintained. IE...the floor of the bathtub was peeling, there were stains on the towels, and the fitted sheet for the king size bed was a top sheet that was tucked under the mattress which lead to it coming off in the middle of the night.

My room had 1980s cheap furniture. Walls need paint and carpets badly need replacing. This is a 2 star place at best. They charge extra for wifi and the signal was so weak I had to stand in the hall to use it.

Mid sized hotel at west end of Waikiki; my roon had a large deck with great views. Hotel staff were very friendly and the place is spotless. A nice change from the mega hotels on Waikiki

Will never stay there again

Aircon too noisy, customer service not satisfactory. Location good.

Stayed at this hotel, not very happy the rooms where very poor quality and not very clean. The general service was also very much lacking. I would not suggest this hotel to my worst best friend.

The bathtub didn't drain properly, you had to shower quickly or drown. The A/C didn't run properly, it sounded like it was dying. The lobby was impersonal as well as the staff. We had to scream over the bar music while we were checking in. The location was good and was within walking distance to the beach.

Good for an overnighter away from the dodgy airport area.

This hotel was way overpriced and sorely in need of some updates and perks. The ONLY decent part was the staff was nice and the location was okay. This did not make up for the 70s decor. The bathrooms were tiny with fixtures that were cool 3 decades ago! I asked for a king bed room and got 2 double beds that weren't very comfortable. The A/C was a wall mounted unit that was off when I walked in making the room about 85 degrees. Being that I was on business, Wi Fi was very important and I had to pay $10 per day and it wasn't even free in the lobby! Lastly they charge $19 a day for parking and offer valet only, making you feel required to tip the valet every time even though you have no other option. Not a nice place. Do not stay here unless the price drops way off!!!
