I enjoyed that Landis. A nice, clean hotel with excellent service and kind staff.

Nice & polite staff. We have arrived one hour earlier than check in time, the friendly beautiful Japanese receiption staff got us a early check in. It made our tired family members very happy. There is a minor problem on bathtub, the water keeps running out. Also, the pillow is not comfortable, one is too hard while the other is too soft. Besides, everything is perfect!

The service people is very goods, management is good.

Encounters with the Front Office & Concierge was great. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was not huge but a comfortable size and very clean. Only minus point is that the Train station was a little far and there wasn't any mall nearby. So, not the best hotel for shoppers.

This hotel has great services, and everyone is so polite and helpful. The location is very convenient and only 5 minutes walk to the transit station. I would stay here again when I come back to Taipei, Taiwan.

It is located 5 mins (walk) from the MRT station. There isn't much in terms of shopping or good restaurants nearby but once on the MRT, everything is accessible. The room was clean, comfortable ans spacious (I got the deluxe room). My only complaint is the level of service at breakfast. For example, the guy at the egg station doesn't know how to cook eggs. Front desk staff is very good. I would stay again but skip the breakfast buffet.

Extremely good service from polite, friendly and professional staff from check in to check out. Will stay here again when I return to Taipei.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Service was excellent, location was desirable, which was a 10 mins walk from the nearest underground rail station. However, the building looked old and the gym looked at though it had not been refurbished since the 1970s. Overall, a good hotel to stay in if you are in taipei, if you intend to time venturing out.

Hotel is noisy, and the location is awkard. A little far away to travel downtown.

Everything about the Hotel is great except the location is abit inconvenient.

It not a big hotel, but the hotel staffs are really nice, and with best quality of service. The room is clean and neat, the bed is very comfortable and with reasonal price. The hotel location is not very convenience, the subway station is about 5-10 minutes walk, also if you take airport bus is about 10-15 mins walk from the bus station to the hotel. But I take taxi all the time so is fine with me, the taxi fare to the business or shopping area is within NTD200. They have Spa in the hotel, also the restaurnats are very good too. I will definitely stay at The Landis Taipei again!

Great hotel to stay at. We have received great service from the hotel staff. We will love to stay there again when we visit Taipei again.

Great hotel. Stayed there for 4 nights. Rooms newly renovated. Would definitely go back to Landis Taipei next time I visit Taipei.

the staff who checked us in show no profession. She brought us to a room in which that floor was under rennovation. We could easily smell once we got out of the elevator. That staff didn't even offer us another room and wanted to brought us to the room as usual. We raised out our concern and she had no choice but to go back and find another room for us. It took around 20 mins for her to find another room which was not quite acceptable.

We were looked after here so well. Such a well organized place, friendly staff and very very helpful. They make you so welcome. The room was lovely and very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

This hotel is really worth it, if you don't want to stay in a big crowded hotel, like other 4.5 or 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful and so friendly. The MRT station is just 5 min to walk. All you need is just some steps away: bus station, temple, library and other shops. I will definitely come again here.

Above average service and facility at a reasonable price. The room service was terrible, however the restaurant food and service was memorable.

Excellent service and accomodations! There was some construction going on, but only between 9am-5pm, so it wasn't too disturbing.

Staffs are frinedly and helpful. The room is nice ,clean and comfortable.

A convenient hotel for a brief business visit. The staff are great, very professional and friendly. The slight downside is that there is construction work going on and so quite noisy between 9 and 5. The hotel itself is well known so my business guests found it easy to locate. It does need a bit of a face-lift though and the lack of a swimming pool is a major negative especially when it offers spa services.

The room was dusty, dusty..it was so bad when I dropped my pant on the floor, it stuck with so much dust that I couldn't even wear it. Conceiege service was very attentive and helpful,they recommended the best and most convenience places to visit and dine.

From the time you walk in to the time you leave, the staff at the Landis make you feel like you are truly special. They take care of your every need. Felt like a five star. The rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly want. There are tons of fun restaurants on the next street. Shopping is a bit out of the way, about a 15 minute walk, but subway is close by. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

Everything about this Hotel is just superb. I will Definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a fair priced 5 Star Hotel. The Hotel Host even assisted us to our hotel room and answered all the questions that we may have. She was extremely friendly and showed warmth in her welcome from the time we arrived.

This hotel is kind of a gem in the hotel world. Very kind staff, excellent (not cheap) restaurants. Provides you with kind of a personal feeling. A litte distant from the nearest subway, and the neighborhood OK, but not terribly attractive.

I found the Landis Hotel in Taipei to be a wonderful experience. I had stayed there 6 years ago and had forgotten about it. Coming back, it will now be my hotel of choice in Taipei. The staff are great - courteous & efficient & friendly. The hotel is clean and elegant. The gym is good. Free internet and a good breakfast and a convenient location made this hotel perfect for my business. I left being very impressed with the management of this hotel. Highly recommended!!

周囲にはいわゆるショッピングゾーンはないけれど、行天宮への朝の散歩などこれはこれで雰囲気があります。ＭＲＴの駅が近くにできてグンと足回りも良くなったし、タクシーを使っても、松山空港、故宮博物院、士林など市内北部への距離も近くて便利です。ホテル内や部屋の雰囲気は落ち着いていて、ゆっくり滞在したい人向きだと思います。残念だった点は、隣接（あるいは上下）部屋の排水の音が少し気になったのと、朝食ビュッフェの味がイマイチだったことくらいです。

GWに3泊しました。大人2人、小学生2人であったため、事前にホテルに相談してデラックスルームにエキストラベッドを入れていただきました。ホテルの方の対応は素晴らしく、気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きました。あとは、立地ですかね。今回の私の訪問先であれば、もう少し街中でもよかったかも知れません。全般的には大変満足のいく、ホテルでした。

気持ちの良い接客、駅への好アクセス、手頃な値段帯と三拍子揃った素晴らしいホテルでした。お支払した額以上の満足感を得られました。

Это было ни с чем не сравнимое пребывание в прекрасном отеле. Удивительно приятный и ненавязчивый сервис, каждый, к кому ты обращаешься - рад тебе помочь. Вкусные завтраки и просто приятное нахождение в номере, в гостинице в целом!

昨年6月に初めて泊まりました。今回は親孝行の旅なので、少し奮発してExecutive Suiteにしました。部屋が綺麗なのは当然ですが、音が静かで居心地が良いことにあらためて気づきました。 松山空港側なのですが、二重窓になっているし、バスルームやクローゼットの扉が非常に静かに閉まります。 母も大変喜んでくれました。 目の前の通りには延々と続く飲食店。台湾の食を堪能するにもとても良いところです。

非常に交通の便は良い。松山空港からもだし、桃園空港からも行天宮で降りれば数分だし。 朝ご飯も種類があって美味しい。 テレビのチャンネル数を増やしてもらいたい。

服务优秀！入住第一日，气温未达台北供暖标准，房间感觉较冷，给酒店反映后迅速拿来取暖器及被子解决了问题。并且酒店所有服务人员态度亲切、热情，有问必答，宾至如归！謝謝！

今回の旅行は1/19-22高雄・日月潭・台北で1/21-22このホテルを利用しました。当日は春節イブでいつものホテルは満室のため初めて利用しました。 ホテルへ1時頃に到着してしまい、チェックインは無理かと思っていましたが、清掃済みの部屋へ入れて頂きとても助かりました。 しかし、前二泊は広い部屋を利用していたので、とても狭く感じました。また、窓はホテル内側に面していて開けられず残念でした。それと、風呂好きの私はシャワーとバスタブが分離した部屋を利用したかった。 ホテルはコンパクトで清掃が行き届きとても綺麗でした。そして、スタッフはフレンドリーでとても感じは良かったです。
