Room was clean for the most part, hotel service was good . Only issue was molded shower curtain no towels at the pool area.

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast very good as well. Friendly staff.A little difficult to get to but not bad. Refrigerator in room would have been nice.

Rooms were very clean although we didn't have a microwave or refrigerator which would've been nice. If they would add these and also maybe a few wall hangings to home up the rooms would've been straight 5's. Perfect if you're just sleeping in them like we did.

Clean and nice room. We are a family of four from Norway, living here right now. Staff are nice and always answers our questions with a smile. Would definetly choose the same place again. Breakfast is good, the only drawback is that there is sometimes the lack of a table in the breakfast room. Free parking, Walking distance to cinema and restaurant (Chili). To get to the mall and more restaurants, we used the car

We were very disappointed in our room. After pulling down the covers it was very clear that the bedding had not been changed. There was hair and sock fuzz all over the bed inbetween the sheets.

My 2 boys and I stayed and had a wonderful time. We stayed because of the Pool and it was clean and the boys had lots of fun

This past trip was fantastic because of the great people working there. Housekeeping was fantastic. Always there to help you. The breakfast are great. Nice selection. Indoor pool was fantstic. We booked the room early and at the last minute our extended family were not only able to get a room it was an adjoining room. We plan on going back soon and we can"t wait to stay at the Baymont again. Thank You.

The hotel/personell were clean and friedly. Only issue we had was the heat in the room was hard to regulate.

The pictures and reviews of Baymont seemed great, so I booked it. Unfortunately, aside from the helpful desk clerk and the nice variety on the continental breakfast, nothing else about the hotel was worth the money. When we checked in there was a pizza box in the fridge from the last guest. There was mildew all over the shower curtain. My pillow smelled awful. The pool was very small (no hot tub) and I had planned to get in with my kids, but it was so packed and too many of the other kids there were inconsiderate and splashed everyone so I opted to sit outside the pool. Of course my friend and I had to share a lounge chair because there weren't enough seats for everyone. Again, desk clerk was helpful, continental breakfast saved me a lot of money by not having to feed the whole family at a restaurant. But the quality of the hotel itself was definitely not worth what they are charging!

Clean, quiet, comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Me and My family were very confortable staying here and it definately felt like home.. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the continental breakfast was very filling and a wide variety.. We would definately stay there again!!

Nice hotel. Pleasantly surprised. The check in gal was nice. Breakfast was great. Bacon and eggs. Room was average. Couldn't quite get the heat right. The heater was hard to set. Bathroom was clean. Parking was limited. Hotel shared parking with a business. But there were not many guests so wasn't a big deal. I could see this being an issue if there are too many guests. The pool was ok size. No hot tub.

While we found the content of other reviews on target in relation to the age of the property, etc., we thoroughly enjoyed our 9-night stay (in town for business, but also a "vacation" time). The staff was kind, courteous, and professional--especially the night manager. If swimming is a #1 priority, the pool is small; however, it is well maintained. Breakfast is excellent. Yes, the breakfast room is small, but that was no bother at all. Special touches such as "happy hour" snacks and drinks and warm cookies in the evening were appreciated. We give high marks and especially appreciate the hospitality and the sense of not being "overcharged" (outstanding value). Many thanks!

For the money, this is the best hotel you will get. It is within the cluster of more expensive hotels. The room is big with plenty of space. The bed could have been a little firmer. The hotel is generally very clean and pleasant. I wish the breakfast area is larger because it only has 4 tables. The breakfast is pretty good though.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Very accommodating for my wife and I and our 5 month old. Will stay here again!

A little off the Freeway but very nice place to stay. Accommodation were nice and clean. Friendly and courteous staff. The morning breakfast was great.

Fresh cookies upon check in. Even had scrabbled eggs in the AM!

Excellent front desk clerk (Kelly). She was very personable and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Very friendly! Good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.

Size of the continental breakfast area was way undersized for the capacity of the motel..

We booked this room in July and I was very surprised when we checked in and it had a handicap bathroom. This wasn't requested by me, and the hotel was completely booked and unable to switch rooms for us. The bathroom seemed a bit dirty and I ended up not being able to shower there because I wasn't comfortable with the facility. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Employee smoking outside by front door and litter in front of the hotel (gives unfavorable first impression). No clean towels in pool room. Had to wait until 4:45 to check in.

8/13/2011 This stay was for a quick trip to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Once in town, my GPS couldn't find the street where the motel was located. I called and the desk clerk stayed on the phone and guided me to the motel's location. Room was fine, motel clean. Very pleased. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for the price.

the hotel was nice, in the center of multiple hotels, nice neighborhood, gas and restaurants all around. it did have a funky smell, but nothing a little fabreeze didn't cover up.

Warm home-made chocolate chip cookies greeted us (really!). Especially enjoyed the exercise room (treadmill con TV remote for me, please) each morning. Went to movie theater within walking distance for a 3-D movie. Choice of nearby restaurants can't be beat in any big city. Lots of kids and families-- try it, you'll like it. All staff were friendly and helpful-- like in the HyVee and Ace commercials ("a friendly smile in every aisle"). Really! Staff seem to know what they are doing and enjoy working there. I'm not an undercover boss... Nice motel, nice town! I'll be back.

Very welcoming and warm service, lovely room and hotel. All together ... EXCELLENT!

The only concern I had about the hotel was that the one bed was not comfortable. You could see a definite sag in the mattress. Otherwise, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok and price was right.

We have stayed at this Baymont before, several times, and found it to be a nice, quiet, comfortable stay. Not this time. The service wasp fine: when we checked in, we had guests anodyne we hung out a while in the lounge. The Front Desk clerk brought us coffee, the remote for the TV, and was helpful and pleasant. What was good about the room? Clean. HVAC worked fine. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Shower was nice. What was wrong then? Bedding. The beds both were tired, lumpy old mattresses that were sunk in the middle. BOTH beds were like this. The pillows were either foam that was not about to be soft and supportive (hard and "supportive," maybe), or foam that had lost three too many battles with a steamroller. To be fair, the sheets were nice, so it wasn't really "bedding," so much as beds and pillows. Bout they were truly awful -- and what else is a hotel for, but to provide a good night's sleep?

Nice place. The hotel is close to my work at Rockwell. Breakfast was better than average. Also, extra snacks (apples and chocolate chip cookies) in the evening were appreciated.
