Hotel staff was very friendly and room was good for the price.

I've never been to a hotel where you had to ask for towels and wash cloths AND go to the front desk to get them yourself 30 min AFTER you ask for them. The lady at the desk said that no one was on shift to bring the towels to the room. I walked downstairs and saw employees (had to be managers of some sort) sitting on the couch talking to each other like they were on break. Very UNSAT!

I picked the sleep inn because it is 4 miles from where i had to work. I would not go sight seeing at night around here but nice hotel. the price is high for the location you go a hour north , south or west same hotel in a better area is 40 to 50 a night here it is 80

Hotel front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very helpful. They went out of their way to accomodate an early morning shuttle run to the airport. Condition of the hotel was more rundown than I'd anticipated. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay overnight before an early flight. Beware- shuttle only has 10 spots so book as soon as you can for the early morning slots.

This hotel continues to go down hill. Owner is very obviousley not maintaining hotel. Over the past few years it has become really run down. I have stayed here over the last 10 years and it started out a solid 4 star and a good deal for the money. But sadly this will be my last stay. Broken elevator, ice machines, room safes,irons,toilets and sheets with holes and so thin you can see through them. No microwaves in room and skimpy continental breakfast. The hotel and room description is misleading. Too bad.

We stayed in Baltimore near BWI for one day before leaving for overseas. The hotel allowed us an early check-in, and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was exactly what we expected. We'll likely stay there again - it's convenient to BWI and is excellent value for money.

About what I expected for the price, although iI did not take advantage of the exercise room or continental breakfast (which may have swayed my opinion).

I was very satisfied with everything about this hotel. The stay was short and sweet and I would highly recommend this location.

The Sleep Inn is conveniently located for going to or coming from BWI airport. Clean and comfortqble with in room appliances that acutally work. The staff was pleasant and courteous. They processed the reservation and got us checked in quickly and pleasantly. They were able to carry on a conversation about the area, what attractions were nearby, and were quite helpful in restaurant selection. We will definitely consider them on future visits to the Baltimore/Washington area.

This hotel was comfotable, multiple restaurants in area and I felt safe leaving at 5 AM. This hotel offered the best price, and convenient for my short stay. The breatfast was what you expect, but was availbe for 5 and was fresh. Room was spacious and clean. I had limited contact w/staff, they were friendly.

Hotel has slowly declined since my first stay. Ice machine on 5th floor has been broken for the past two years. The continental breakfast is lousy. Fruit fly infestation. My first room had no key to safe. My second room had no ironing board. A/C fan did not allow for outside air with no refrigerant to come into the room just heat or A/C. No microwaves in rooms, but still adverticing there are. Hotel is showing wear and tear and looks dingy. Front end desk employees are very nice. Also very limited parking and never saw security guard on premises even late at night. My very first stay was very different. This will probably be my last stay. Too many nicer hotels around.

The location to the light rail was what brought us back on a second trip. if you are going to Baltimore and do not want to stay in the city the hotel is ideal. The rooms were okay. The place needs some serious updates, and needs to be cleaned. It was okay for the money and the location was perfect. We will not stay again unless they remodel.

I went to Baltimore for the Grand Prix, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on a hotel right in the Inner Harbor. Sleep Inn was affordable and within walking distance to the light rail. Nothing fancy, just a clean place to sleep. Free WiFi too!

For the money spent while staying at your hotel, I feel was unjustified. The room was not clean, the TV would not hold a channel and the noise in the hall way kept my wife up half the night. I stayed at your hotel when it first opened, so I felt it would have been a good choice this time. Was I wrong. Please try to bring it back to it's original status.

Was a better experience this year than in the past few years I've stayed. Not the perfect hotel but for the price and convenience of how close it is to the light rail that takes you right to the convention center and to Baltimore's inner harbor... I really couldn't pass it up.

We had no problem with this hotel room. The service to and from the airport was very good. The breakfast was a little sparse compared to other motels I have stayed in.

WE only stayed one night. ok for an overnight. clean room, and friendly staff.

I arrived at check-in time but my room was not ready. I was told it take a few minutes to clean room. After waiting for 15-20 minutes I asked how much longer. The clerk attempted to contact housekeeping to find out. Housekeeping was not responding. We were switched to a handicap accesible room on the 1st floor. Not what I requested but I was tired from the drive and waiting. My wife and I had come into town to attend the Sade concert at the 1st Mariner Arena. The concert was GREAT!!!! The location was excellent only a few minutes away from the arena. Except for waiting for the room at check in we had a good time. I would stay there again.

Early continental breakfast starts from 3AM. Airport shuttle is very convenient. Room is very clean. Light rail station is 5min walk.

The hotel was very convenient to BWI airport, the shuttle was prompt and only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. I was looking for a safe, clean basic hotel and received so much more! The hotel was more than basic, very clean and extremely comfortable. The only oddity was the size of the pillows; small squares, like throw pillows. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, but the final decision maker to choose this hotel was the parking. Other locations were $7-8 per night, , the airport charged the lowest of $8per day and we were leaving our car for a week. The Sleep Inn charged $5 per day. The pick-up shuttle also had complimentary bottled water offered which was a nice touch to say thank you! I'm a former travel agent and I would not hesitate to reccommend this hotel and will definately return!

Room was clean, comfortable, and above all, COOL -- Baltimore was experiencing terribly hot, humid weather at the time, and the air conditioner in my room was AWESOME; very efficient. For the most part, hotel staff was friendly. Very nearby was a pleasant restaurant called the Rose -- delicious food. Hotel approximately five blocks from light rail stop.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Baltimore. The location wasn't the easiest to get to and from the places we spent most of our time. The rooms were comfy. They could stand to do some touch up on walls and doors and stuff was pretty scuffed up and made this place look a bit run down. We did not get maid service the first full day we were there, front desk seems surprised. Breakfast was ok. Overall for the price we paid it was worth it.

I pick this hotel because of the location and price. I flew in late and needed a place to stay just for the night. The location was great, very close to the airport and public transportation so if I did stay longer, I could easily get to the Harbor in Baltimore or a baseball game in Camden Yards and back to the airport. The breakfast was disappointing, good thing there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street. The shuttle to the airport was great, driver was very friendly. He offered water to all of us in the shuttle. The lady at front desk when I checked in was very friendly as well. She greeted me and wished me a good evening. Very professional. The room was very outdated, did not look very comfortable, and the bed was worth the discounted price of the hotel.

it isn't very glamourous, but we had everything we needed, short distance to our destinations, it was very clean, and service was great

Usually at this hotel you can check in early if you are of the right race. I know this to be a fact because as an african american I am told whenever I get there an hour or two early that I must wait until my reservation time of three to check in. However I have several times been checking out at eleven an have several times seen and heard the desk personel happily tell white customers that we have something available so we can check you in early. Most of the time they are quite nasty, rude and rigid for absolutely no reason but the obvious, except for "KIA" who is the most pleasant, professional, efficient, customer service driven person that I have ever seen in my life...no matter what color you are. So the hotel is great and so is the customer service...if you are of the right hue. Get over it folks, he won, we have a black president!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and within 5 miles to Baltimore stadiums.

Ok for the price. Roomwas a little small and cluttered. Breakfast was minimal. I may stay again.

We were here for one night. Stayed here for the convenience to the light rail to see a game in the inner harbor. Game was rained out - so we just hung around the hotel. Front desk was very nice and helped us find a local restaurant, which was great. There were a lot of guests hanging in the lobby area playing cards, etc. There was a volley ball tournament in Baltimore - there were many players staying at the hotel. Since it rained everyone was just staying at the hotel. The rooms were clean, there was a mini fridge in the room, the hallway was very hot, but the room was comfortable. All in all we had a great stay and would go back to this hotel for another game or visit to the inner harbor.

Very convenient. Very dirty. mold in bathtub and human hair and food on the blanket on the bed!!! Enuf said!!!

I arrived to find we were not booked in the room we were told - NO SUITE!!!! jsut a regular room NO BATH TUB only a shower no microwave - there was no way to ease my duaghters pain with the hot baths soaks or hot moist pads as no way to heat them - asked for directions to convention center was told could not get them asked for the address instead was told they didn't have that either. TOld them i needed to drive there they said no take thte light rail i explained why this was not an option and agian he told me no not a good idea you need to take the light rail - if yourntogoign to then suit yoruself ........INNAPPROPRIATE..house keeping with a do not distrub sign on the door and it being only 9:15 am beat on door yelling "housekeeping" three times till i yelled go away we are sleeping.....upon their next attemp i opened th te door to find the do not distturb sing gone and the woman saying clean room now............Shall we mention the first Hotles.com reservationist didn't knwo how to charge my card!! beware before you book here!

The first night I was here I ordered food from one of the local restaurants to be delivered just as I have the other half dozen times in the last couple of months. I got myself comfortable, I ordered my food and then I started my conference call with my 23 employees. About ten minutes into the conference call I am called on my room phone and told that my food is downstairs that I needed to come down and get it. I advised the desk clerk to have them bring it up and she told me that she could not do that as the delivery would have to be picked up at the desk. I asked why this was and was told that they had a problem with a delivery man almost kicking down and door and scaring a woman. I never could find a police report on this on Google..... This is a stupid rule given the fact that anyone can enter this hotel at anytime and not even have to go by the front desk. The second floor has an entrance on the back of the hotel that has you at the elevators in 10 seconds. No one there to provide security...I walked past the desk clerk probably six times while I was staying and there was never a mention of checking ID or even a nod....not even a Hi. Until this hotel changes their policy I won't be staying with them nor their sister hotel next door, The Comfort Inn. I figure the real thing was that they would give the local restaurant delivery drivers a hard time and I would be willing to be that their OWN restaurant delivery person comes and goes whenever and wherever they choose.

The hotel was great for the price! As a woman traveling alone security is important. I never felt afraid. The hotel itself and the parking lot were well lit. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle drop off at BWI was efficient. The shuttle upon my return took longer than I would've liked (I waited about a half hour) but the driver dropped me at my car in the parking lot and even loaded my bag in the car!

Check-in was proper, no issues. The elevators were very dirty and scratches on brass paneling. Hallway on 6th floor had many carpet stains, overall smell was not fresh. Room was somewhat dirty and very dated. It reminded me of a 1980's hotel. The carpet in the room didn't look clean and there was visible dirt build-up where the carpet met the bathroom tile. Bathroom was clean and functional. The beds were not too comfortable with hard mattress. The pillows were small and lumpy. The included breakfast was a joke. A few bland cereals and breads. Luke-warm instant coffee from a machine. No juices, no yogurt, no fruit. There seemed to be few guests at the hotel and nobody at breakfast at 7:30am on a Wednesday. The parking lot had over 60 vehicles and 3/4 full. Nearly all had a parking permit paper on the dashboard and it's clear that the hotel makes money as an airport car park. Overall this is a 1 star hotel at a 2 star price. Not a good deal at all. I travel over 150 days annually and will not book at this property again.

I've previously stayed at the Sleep Inn & Suites and have gone back because I always have a pleasant experience. The rooms are kept well and very clean. When I stay there I more or less just come to sleep as I travel from New York on business trips. The Sleep Inn delivers what its name says. I always have a good night's sleep on the very comfortable beds with plush pillows during my stays. I recommend it to anyone who is travelling to the Baltimore area.

We chose this hotel for the convenience of being close to the BWI Airport but it is not fancy at all. The ride to the hotel is about 10 min. It is good for an overnight stay either when you are traveling or returning from travel. They offer continental breakfast starting at 5am. You can also leave your vehicle at their lot while traveling and the shuttle will take you back to pick it up on your return. It saved us the hassle of driving to another parking lot.
