The only problem was the doors closing at night was very loud and had no restaurant although the burger joint across the street was a good burger and wings.

friendly staff did not have breakfast the days we stayed but told us before we checked in so gave us option to leave sign by road needs to be more lite not very visible

Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Shuttle ride was great and driver was very personable.

I was doing an overnight stay after my trip, having left my car parked at the hotel for two weeks. The parking and shuttle were fine. However, the heating unit in the room was extremely noisy and I was unable to get adequate hot water for a shower. Additionally, there was no continental breakfast. An employee indicated that the food service license had lapsed and had to be renewed.

The service (front desk attendant and shuttle driver) were friendly and helpful. The lobby reaked of cigarette smoke. The luggage cart fell apart several times as I took my things to my room. The hotel was filled with loud crew workers that made it hard for my children to fall asleep. Continental breakfast was simply a few wrapped things in a paper bag. I was expecting more. If I needed to pench a penny and was alone, I'd stay again. Otherwise, probably not.

The stay at the Sleep Inn Hotel was nice. However, I did not like the fact that Continental Breakfast was given to the Guest in a Brown Paper Bag. The Guest should have been made aware, because guest stay at different hotels for different Amenities. The Night Shift Agents were fantastic.

Guest in the hotel are loud, slamming doors and no respect for other guest. After finally falling asleep, I again woke up to the room next to mine with their TV blasting. Thin walls. The next morning I was itching. Nothing close by to get good food. The hotels staff was nice, but other than that, thumbs down.

Only there for a few hours before an early morning flight. The front desk person was nice and pleasant, and processed me quickly so I could get to bed. The room could use some maintenance looks wise, but everything worked.

Found this hotel clean and comfortable and affordable. Easily accessilble to the 695 beltway. Courteous service and satisfying complimentary breakfast.

we needed a place to stay prior to an early flight out of BWI, we took a train to BWI and the hotel shuttle picked us up, no charge and took us back the next morning. We left too early for breakfast so we can't comment on the breakfast buffet but it would have been nice to at least grab a glass of juice, we did get coffee. Beds were clean and comfortable.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Clear Springs, MD and was very pleased so I decided to stay at another Sleep Inn and was very disapointed..

It was a last minute decision to stay at a hotel or with friends. The peace, quietude, and comfy king sized bed was very welcoming from the other option of screaming kids and a nice soft sofa. I had a nice visit with my friend and his family the next day. I made a good choice.

The staff was extremely busy but when dealing one on one with clients, they were very friendly. It would,be nice if the hotel upgraded linen, bedding and pillows; but the room was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

I thought the Sleep Inn was great...for what it is. It is NOT a luxury hotel. It is a safe, comfortable, basic night's sleep. I had a little trouble with my room initially--it looked like someone had been in there after it had been cleaned, for several reasons...but when I went down and told the front desk manager, she immediately switched my room and even upgraded me. Another thing that is great about this place, though I didn't use it, was it's VERY close proximity to the train (I don't know what they call it in Baltimore...the light rail) It is a block away. I would stay again.

I stayed for the night and it was prefec, took the train to Camden Yards to watch the Yankee game and it was safe, moderately fast, cheap, and didn't have to deal with the hassle of parking and traffic.

We were very happy with our hotel... Although it wasn't walking distance to the Inner Harbor, it was easy to get from one place to another & parking was easy to find... Our room was very clean & they provide a good selection of b'fast foods as well!

Close to LRT which takes you into the city

I flew in from Ramstien Germany the night of my stay. I had been on a plane for 10 hours with a toddler and being 6 months pregnant. The driver who picked me up from the airport was amazing and so was the front desk clerk. The next morning the front desk clerk (a young black woman) was very rude, breakfast was NOT on time, and the lady who was setting breakfast up had a bad attitude. I was on a tight schedule and needed my daughter to have breakfast before our next day of travel. The morning crew needs some work done to their agenda and attitude.

Not for the business traveller. But suitable for vacation traveller by car-riding. Good breakfast and spacy room if your are luck to be assigned.

The carpets in the hallways going to our room had multiple stains all over them. They definitely need to be cleaned!!! It leaves a poor first impression. The room was ok, thought I woke up almost every hour because the bed was uncomfortable. One of the recliner chairs in the room was broken. It was close enough to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards which was the point of our trip so that was a plus. We did not take advantage of breakfast so have no comment on that. I did not realize it until after we left that we did not get a receipt, which even though we prepaid we should still have gotten one.

I found the hotel to be average on most things which isn't to say it was bad just that is wasn't exceptional which I wasn't expecting. My first room had apparently not been cleaned but I was quickly given a new very clean room as soon as I spoke to the desk clerk about it. Light rail is close by and relatively easy to use but it does stop running by 11pm tho the schedule board said 11;30!! On a budget it is well worth it and breakfast was pretty good esp on the weekend. I would use this hotel again if staying in the area.They do handle problems and complaints quickly and efficiently and the staff is friendly and helpful !

We had a "forced" overnight in Baltimore and chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle from the airport. In the end we had to take a taxi because the telephones at the hotel weren't working and we couldn't get a shuttle to pick us up. The front desk clerk was unable to compensate us in anyway which was unfortunate.

My family and I were passing through the area and we wanted clean and quiet. It gave us both of those things for a reasonable price.

Room was good and clean. Very little variety of food for breakfast and the elevators are very dirty. Need to scrub the walls and replace carpet in elevators.

Hotel staff was very friendly and room was good for the price.

I've never been to a hotel where you had to ask for towels and wash cloths AND go to the front desk to get them yourself 30 min AFTER you ask for them. The lady at the desk said that no one was on shift to bring the towels to the room. I walked downstairs and saw employees (had to be managers of some sort) sitting on the couch talking to each other like they were on break. Very UNSAT!

I picked the sleep inn because it is 4 miles from where i had to work. I would not go sight seeing at night around here but nice hotel. the price is high for the location you go a hour north , south or west same hotel in a better area is 40 to 50 a night here it is 80

Hotel front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very helpful. They went out of their way to accomodate an early morning shuttle run to the airport. Condition of the hotel was more rundown than I'd anticipated. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay overnight before an early flight. Beware- shuttle only has 10 spots so book as soon as you can for the early morning slots.

This hotel continues to go down hill. Owner is very obviousley not maintaining hotel. Over the past few years it has become really run down. I have stayed here over the last 10 years and it started out a solid 4 star and a good deal for the money. But sadly this will be my last stay. Broken elevator, ice machines, room safes,irons,toilets and sheets with holes and so thin you can see through them. No microwaves in room and skimpy continental breakfast. The hotel and room description is misleading. Too bad.

We stayed in Baltimore near BWI for one day before leaving for overseas. The hotel allowed us an early check-in, and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was exactly what we expected. We'll likely stay there again - it's convenient to BWI and is excellent value for money.

About what I expected for the price, although iI did not take advantage of the exercise room or continental breakfast (which may have swayed my opinion).

I was very satisfied with everything about this hotel. The stay was short and sweet and I would highly recommend this location.

The Sleep Inn is conveniently located for going to or coming from BWI airport. Clean and comfortqble with in room appliances that acutally work. The staff was pleasant and courteous. They processed the reservation and got us checked in quickly and pleasantly. They were able to carry on a conversation about the area, what attractions were nearby, and were quite helpful in restaurant selection. We will definitely consider them on future visits to the Baltimore/Washington area.

This hotel was comfotable, multiple restaurants in area and I felt safe leaving at 5 AM. This hotel offered the best price, and convenient for my short stay. The breatfast was what you expect, but was availbe for 5 and was fresh. Room was spacious and clean. I had limited contact w/staff, they were friendly.

Hotel has slowly declined since my first stay. Ice machine on 5th floor has been broken for the past two years. The continental breakfast is lousy. Fruit fly infestation. My first room had no key to safe. My second room had no ironing board. A/C fan did not allow for outside air with no refrigerant to come into the room just heat or A/C. No microwaves in rooms, but still adverticing there are. Hotel is showing wear and tear and looks dingy. Front end desk employees are very nice. Also very limited parking and never saw security guard on premises even late at night. My very first stay was very different. This will probably be my last stay. Too many nicer hotels around.
