The staff was great, in particular the desk clerk was great and went out his way to be helpful in any way possible ! For example my son forgot something after we had checked out on Sunday, we called the hotel and this guy went out of his way to go to the room we were in and found the item ! Awesome !!!!

Me and my entire family had about 15 rooms booked at this hotel. Each and every room had big stains on the walls and it was nasty. I asked the housekeeper to just clean the sink while I was in the room as I didn't want anyone in my room after I leave. House keeper said she can't clean while I m there instead gave me a rag with some cleaner sprayed on it and asked me to clean it myself. What kinda customer service is that ? We paid $69 bucks a night and stayed there 3 nights??? I could have paid same price and gone to Marriott. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible rooms. Bad attitude. Needs to train staff. But the check in staff was great.

I was deeply disturbed by the fact that the hotel had no clean linen for the sleeper sofa. I had to share sheets with a neighboring family and was provided with a thin blanket. I was very disappointed. The bathroom door also did not lock.

Hotel was very nice. Would recommend staying there to anyone. Only one suggestion to hotel personnel, need to be more viligent in noise control within the halls at night. While staying there it was very noisy at night. But overall it was a good trip

Enjoyed my stay. I will use this hotel again.

Somehow we received a smoking room. The smell was terrible. The hotel was booked and no room change was available.

Had a meeting about 8 miles south of the hotel. For a place to crash, the accommodations were adequate. There was a good selection of restaurants for dinner (I easily walked to Texas Roadhouse). While the hotel was not the most convenient location for my specific need, it is right next to Charlotte Motor Speedway. The room was good for business, and might be ok for couples needing to spend a night on a budget. Families or friends sharing a room might not like the setup. The breakfast was also somewhat lacking. Some staples were present (waffle maker, toast, coffee, sausage/bacon, etc), but scrambled eggs would be a welcome addition. Good for business, but those with more substantial needs or preferences might be disappointed.

I booked this hotel for rates and location. Room was clean but a lot of activity in hotel. A lot of loud patrons till over in the morning hard to sleep. I returned one early evening to cars of police. Bus load of youth boys. Next time will inquire about any events in city

Great room for the price

Traveling from Georgia we checked in late to avoid falling asleep at the wheel. When we checked in at 2 am no one was at the front desk, no one answered our calls, no one responded to our knocks. A gentleman, not dressed in any hotel apparel came out of an office sleepy eyed and half asleep.

not the most attractive room, people jumping and bumping while we were trying to sleep. felt like i was in a hospital room

Front desk attendant was not very friendly upon check-in. When I got in the room there was a towel on floor behind door to hotel. Had a bad smell also.

Old! Was painting smell was all over hotel front desk personal not friendly distracted ask about smell response was very dry and not very conversational will not be back at that sleep inn. Was suppose to stay another night canceled had to pay more money didn't mind

The continental breakfast needs work it would be nice to have real creamer for the coffee otherwise great value for the price

The hotel was in a great location and had shuttle service to the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The staff and breakfast were great.

I recently had to attend a business function in Charlotte which was held at the speedway. The room was just as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel provided very easy access to my meeting at the speedway. I would definitely recommend this property for a reasonably priced, convenient, quiet nights rest when in this area. I will definitely use them again when I return.

It was a good stay. The room and the hotel was clean. Everyone was helpful to.

Hotel was ok. Nothing to brag about it. It took 15 minutes for someone at the front desk to acknowledge I was there. Only two people behind the desk. The rooms were spacious, however there was no bathtub, just a shower. The hotel was clean, however we had to ask for clean towels and we got them late that afternoon after the room had been cleaned.

My daughter and I came to do some weekend shopping at Concord Mills. This was a convenient location and the room had great amenities. High speed internet came in handy as I needed to do some work in the evenings. The breakfast was more than what we expected given the nightly rate for this hotel. Definitely the best value for your money! I will definitely plan on staying here on a similar visit in the future.

We first were given a room with a broken bed, it was like a comedy movie, my daughter sat on one end and the bed tipped totally up and dumped her off the edge. They moved us to a very nice suite. Everything seemed great at this point. The next day after being out all day our key didn't work, a trip to the desk, problem solved, but the room had not been cleaned, and my husband had to search down clean towels for the next morning. Again after a full day of being gone on day two, our key didn't work...and the room was again not cleaned. After three days of bad keys, but the room finally being cleaned...we decided, no we would not be back.

The only thing that we were unhappy about was we had to wait over 10 minutes to check in because the clerk was out side visiting with her boyfriend and she knew we were inside waiting for her...not happy!

Many good restaurants within walking distance. Lots of pillows, staff was very nice. Lot's of free parking. Great breakfast selection.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean and located very close to the venue for the dance competition I was attending and the speedway.

On our way to our room the smell of smoke in the hall was horrible. When we got in our room we noticed the floor was dirty and there were food crumbs under the bed. The bathroom was very small and the beds were barely big enough for two people. We only stayed one night. When checking out I mentioned the floor and all I got was " oh OK". I will never stay there again.

this hotel was nothing compared to the surrounding hotels. the representative stated a guarantee that this was a great hotel that was just like the others and ifell for it like crazy... Never again!!!!!

The bedding was filthy with stains. It couldn't have been washed in the past 3 years. Gag! The guy at the front desk was rude and irritated that I was checking in. Will not be staying here ever again!
