Excellent location across from main station, friendly/helpful staff

I was here on 1 week conference meeting. The hotel is generally clean, although the age shows. The location is near the train station is superb as one can get to almost everywhere by public transit or on foot.

I stayed here for three nights. People at the reception were ok. Wifi worked, and location is convenient. But the room... Smell of paint(partially under renovation and it smells really bad), dirty carpet, very noisy room. For this price, I rather stay at Hotel Cornavin.

This is the best mid price hotel that I have stayed at in Geneva. The hotel decor was stylish and a bit quirky (in a good way). The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Thanks to the well glazed windows, the street noise was minimal. The free wifi worked well. The free travel ticket is real money saver (especially as Geneva taxis are very expensive). Breakfast was basic but acceptable. The coffee was superb. All in all, a good experience.

I would recommend trying this hotel if you need an affordable, clean and convenient location to the train station. Rooms were comfortable and the service was friendly.

The location of the hotel directly opposite the train station was a big bonus. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. The only negative was the constant noise from the outside mall during the night on Saturday. Sunday night was quiet.

The room was small - but that's OK. But the bathroom, espescially the shower wasn't clean (too old) - that should be changed in near future. Even when my room was in the 4th floor it was loud in the early morning because the windows are of poor quality.

The hotel is right across from Gare Cornavin. I had an updated room which was very nice. The extensive breakfast was included. Also included, a free transit pass.

A nice, very clean hotel with all needed amenities. Their internet was down in the evening and the next day, but except for that, it was a good hotel at a reasonable price (for Geneva). I would recommend it.

The Suisse Hotel, convienently located across the square from the main train station in Geneva is a gem. It is clean, quiet (if the windows are closed) and a great bargain. The breakfast room is very charming and the selection basic but good. Fresh fruit, juice, unlimited coffee - the good kind, cereal as well as a selection of breads, meats and cheese. Additionally, hard boiled eggs are available on request.

Conveniently located opposite the train station, Hotel Suisse is a decent hotel with adequate facilities. It was very clean and comforting. Great for the business traveler, I probably wouldn't stay for more than a couple of days or base there for a holiday but it was fine. The only disappointment was the lack of restaurant facilities (breakfast only) and I struggled finding anywhere decent to get an evening meal. Otherwise it was OK

Great hotel in a good location. the only thing that could be mentioned to be not perfect is that the construction work early morning was quite loud due to pretty thin windows... other than that, service was great, people were nice, breakfast was good and everything went well!

Small rooms, but clean and the staff is helpful. It is so close to everything that you can't go wrong.

The Sisse Hotel, Geneva, is clean and very conveniently located. The only crticism is poor lighting in the bedroom and the limited options for breakfast.

No problems other than the room being a bit on the chilly side during a period of unusual code. Very nice hotel, great deal for the price.

The hotel was clean and well located. Reception staff was just fine. They could have been more cooperative with some problems I had with the interner connection, but they ended up sorting it out for me. The room was very small and not suitable for anyone taller than 6 feet, as the bed will not be big enough.

I love the location of Hotel Suisse. It's literally right in front of the train station so that was super convenient. And it's walking distance to everything in the downtown area. In terms of the room, it was pretty small. It barely fit the double bed, which was really TWO twin beds put together so if you are a couple, somebody will fall through the crack because it's really two twin beds. It was just very small and sorta an old room, but we did get free wireless internet. Free breakfast as well, which was nice.

Great location, central to everything, spotlessly clean and efficient. Great.

I would have said this hotel was perfect for us if it weren't for the next morning, which left a bad taste in my mouth, or rather, no taste. We had to leave early to catch a flight and went to breakfast when it was supposed to open, at 7. They still weren't prepared at 7:15am, so we mentioned that we had to leave soon and would they be ready soon. They closed the door on us and dissappeared into the kitchen. So other than the upsetting and unusual, in our experience, treatment of the breakfast help etc, hotel was good due to location immediately across the street from the train station, therefore very easy to get to airport, which was great.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Suisse Hotel in Geneva. Unfortunately my husband was not feeling very well as we have been travelling extensively in the European continent and had picked up a bug. The Customer Service Manager went out of his way to get a doctor for my husband who attended to him within the hour. The following day the Manager asked after my husband´s condition and showed care and concern. This extra service helped to make our stay in Geneva memorable and we will definitely be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends who travel to Geneva.

Confortable hotel in a convenient location in the centre of Geneva. My second stay. Would stay again.

Very pleasant stay in this small hotel. Directly across from the train station (which is a 6 minute ride from the airport) and central to everything. They provided us with complimentary public transport tickets. Easy to walk to the lake, and there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The room was not large, and the bed was a bit soft, but it was very clean. Free wifi. Our room looked over the busy street but the room had new windows, so it was very quiet. Breakfast was not elaborate, but satisfying. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk while we toured before departing for the airport. Would definitely recommend, but probably would not return because we found Geneva rather dull. The only complaint is that during checkout the phone rang at the front desk and the attendant decided the person on the phone was more important than us - standing right in front of her and in the middle of a transaction.

This hotel is located steps away from Gare Cornavin, which is a central train station and bus stop. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. In addition, it is a short walk to Lake Geneva and the Old Town. The included Wi-Fi internet and breakfast make this an excellent value in an expensive city. This was my first stay in Geneva. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I will only recommend this hotel to others because of the location and convenience of it. The staff are not friendly at all.

Rooms are small but nice, and the location is excellent. Friendly staff.

Perfectly located, good service, nice view from room, the only think is sink was not properly working. And finally - not expansive!

We used this location to follow the Tour de France through the Alps, so it was great that we were able to take a train from Paris to the station across the street. Pick up a car and drive out each day. Parking next to hotel very convienent. Staff was excellent. Spoke English which was a plus for us. Airconditioned room. Room was a bit larger than we were used to in France. We'd stay there again and recommend.

We needed a place to spend one night in Geneva before flying home. This hotel is next to the train station and ten minutes by train to the airport. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had a good variety and in a nice room. This was defnitely a good value for the money.

Séjour plaisant dans un hôtel abordable, bien situé. Les chambres sont correctes, pas très grandes, le personnel est poli et disponible.

コルナヴァン駅の目の前、とても便利な立地の小ホテル。今回で２回目の利用、1週間宿泊しました。新しかったり、リノベーションしてモダンになったり（最近、ジュネーブに多い）している訳ではありませんが、清潔でスタッフも親切。大枠ではとても満足しています。但し今回は２点不満がありました。ひとつ目、フロントの金庫の鍵を夜勤の人は持ってない（なぜ？）とのことで、夜間にお金をくずしてもらえませんでした。ふたつ目、バス付きの部屋を希望したのですが、フルブッキングとのことで叶えてもらえませんでした。途中でバス付きの部屋のゲストが入れ換わる際に移動したいとお願いしたのですが、それもNGでした。（1回目の利用時は叶えてもらえました）。ま、たいしたことではないのですが…。

Prisvärt hotell. Mycket bra frukost för att vara en kontinental frukost: Yoghurt, flingor, olika sorters bröd, ost, skinka, marmelad, kaffe, juice. Man blev mätt och belåten. Små, men tillräckliga rum som var fräscha. Bra läge, nära tågstationen som man anländer till från flygplatsen och nära de flesta bussar som tar en runt stan. Inget at klaga på.
