كانت الغرفة صغيرة قليلاً، ولكن هذا متوقعاً في باريس. وكانت الغرفة نظيفة للغاية، بما في ذلك الحمام. وكانت الشرفة لها إطلالة معقولة. ولم تتوافر بالغرفة مرافق إعداد الشاي أو القهوة، ولكن فترة تناول الإفطار كانت طويلة بشكل كاف، ولذلك فلم نواجه أي مشكلة في هذا الصدد. وكان الحمام نظيفاً للغاية وجيد التجهيز. وكان الدش جيد للغاية. وكان طاقم العاملين ودوداً للغاية، ولكنه كان بطيئاً شيئاً ما. وفي الصباح الثاني من إقامتنا لم يوجد أي خبز محمص، ولكن كان هناك الكثير من الطعام الطازج المقدم بشكل جيد. وليس لدي أي مشكلة في الإقامة مرة أخرى بكل تأكيد.

قمت بالحجز في هذا الفندق بفضل قربه من Palais Omnisports حيث كنت أحضر أحد الأحداث. وهو يقع على مسافة 5 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام أو محطة مترو واحدة من هذه الحلبة. ولكن محطة المترو الواقعة أمام أبواب الفندق تماماً كانت تضمن سهولة الوصول لأي مكان في المدينة بالكامل! وتعتبر المنطقة مجرد حي عادي أكثر من كونها وجهة سياحية، وقد كان هذا مناسب لي تماماً. وكانت خدمة الواي فاي تقدم بالمجان، ولكنها متوافرة في اللوبي فقط، وكان اللوبي صغيراً للغاية، ولكني كنت أتمكن دائماً من الحصول على مكان. وكانت الغرفة صغيرة، ولكنها كانت مريحة للغاية، وكانت الأسرة جيدة وثابتة. ولم توجد ساعة، وهو كان أمراً غريباً. وعند وصولي شممت بالغرفة رائحة معطر غرف غريب، ولحسن حظي لم يتم استخدام هذا المعطر خلال إقامتي. وكان طاقم العاملين متعاوناً وودوداً، وكانوا يتحدثون الإنجليزية. ويسعدني الإقامة مرة أخرى في هذا الفندق.

كان الفندق جيد، بالرغم من كونه يقع خارج المدينة قليلاً، إلا أن هذه لم تشكل لي مشكلة. ويمكن من خلال المترو المجاور للفندق أن تشعر أنك تقيم في منتصف المدينة. وكان طاقم العاملين ودودين، وكانت الغرف صغيرة وجيدة، وكان للغرفة إطلالة جيدة للغاية، ونوصي بالحصول على خدمة النقل المكوكية إلى Charles De Gaulle. كما كان السعر جيداً، نشكركم على الإقامة الجيدة.

The hotel is easy to find, but it is not very close to the Lyon station. The room was very small, and it was very noisy in the night, it was difficult to sleep, which I think it was no worth to pay such amount of money. However the staff was quite helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located, it is very close to a metro station (less than 50 meters). This is really helpful in case you plan to explore Paris on your own. The size of the room is very small, and that is a little inconvenient. But overall, value for money.

Don't stay here! The staff were rude and offered us basically no assistance. We weren't even told there was a breakfast available until we checked out. The beds are awful (pillows are thin and offer no support, mattresses are worn through to the springs) and our room was hardly satisactory in cleanliness, we came back after a day out when our room had supposedly been cleaned to find what looked like urine on the toilet and floor. Rooms have no tea & coffee making facilities, are tiny and cramped (even for one person) and the 'free wifi' doesn't work once you get on level 7 apparently. Location was fantastic being right across from the underground and near plenty of food and shopping but that was literally the ONLY positive, the hotel itself was horrendous!

Staff was great. Breakfast buffet good. Very good location. Would stay here again.

Worn out carpet and tub. No Internet on 4th floor?! Really? This is the 21st century. Parking a hassle. 15 min walk to parking at train station. €22 per day. Nice staff. Awesome price!

Cute, small room. Clean and value for the $. Address is incorrect-physically. It's not in the middle of the block as Google shows. Go to the corner, and you'll see the Red awning!!

disappointing but it served a purpose i.e. pres a le care de lyon

We got an excellent rate for this hotel and it was fantastic to stay at. Friendly staff, very close to metro and good room/facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located beside a Metro stop and within walking distance of the Gare de Lyon. There weren't very many restaurants conveniently close. The rooms were very small but clean. It was very easy to get to downtown Paris from the hotel and the staff was very helpful in giving directions.

I can really recommend The Pavillion Bercy Gare De Lyon Hotel. We stayed for four nights and we were pleasently surprised of the comfort level of the room and the hotel in generel. The daily cleaning of the room was brilliant too. The price level was quite low for a double room and the room on the 5th floor had a nice view over Paris and over the small square by the hotel. And it had a small tv and a bathtub :) The hotel is seriously 25 meters from the metro station Dugommier so you can be at the vibrant Bastille Square in 10 minutes by metro. The Bercy area is also close to the wonderful Marais neighbourhood and the Oberkampf area. So don't worry about the location. There's also a lovely bakery/boulangerie 50 meters from the hotel. The only downside was that we were not informed about the fact that we had to pay a small city tax of a couple of euros when we checked out of the hotel. But luckily we had some euros left so it was no problem. Lastly we can recommend visiting Paris in the winter. Fewer tourists and more parisians ;)

For us very good, we was looking for a quality-price hotel with a confortable site and clean. The ubication is very near of the underground and the personal are very nice and talk English

This hotel describes itself as close to Gare de Lyon - in fact it is close to Dugommier Metro Station which is great if you do not have luggage and fancy changing the Metro Line at least once from any of the Central points in Paris. The hotel is not the equivalent of 3 stars in say Bordeaux and some of the staff are pretty prickly., even when the mistake is theirs! Certainly not a return visit from me.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Accommodations were nice, and like any other in Europe, small. The bathroom amenities were very nice except it was difficult to get 2 towels for 2 people staying in a 2 twin bed room. Breakfast was extra but a good service and convenient. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was literally on the same corner as a metro station that got us easily to anywhere we wanted to be. The only hitch during the stay was the AC wasn't working properly and we did not realize it until after we checked out. Overall, for rate, location, and service this is a good choice.

The hotel was very pleasant, but it was quite far from most of the sights. As long as you're ok with that, this hotel is quite nice.

This hotel was just a few blocks walk from the Gare de Lyon and it had a lovely little balcony. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. There were only two small pillows, no drinking glasses and no tissues in the room. We couldn't get the internet (for a charge) to work in the room but it worked in the lobby.

The room was small and simple but was clean and well maintained. The hotel is not near much but the neighborhood is nice and there is a subway stop literally right outside the door. It is not luxury by any means but it served its purpose well and was relatively comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to a friend looking for an economic option in Paris.

Well, we didn't cry, but we were frustrated. We are experienced (and humble) travelers that understand that there is a difference between American and European standards of hotel service. That being said, we don't expect anything more than a clean place to lay our heads. When the covers of the bed were pulled back, they revealed sheets that were unclean and a small bug. When new sheets were requested of the hotel desk, the clerk came upstairs to inspect the sheets and argued over whether we should also get a new top sheet and new pillowcases. We tried to explain that if the bottom sheet was not clean, chances were that none of the sheets had been changed. We were left with two new pillowcases and a new bottom sheet to change ourselves. After noticing that the supposedly "clean" sheets were also stained with blood, etc. we decided to leave well-enough alone. Regarding the sweat, this is not the best place to stay in the summer because there was only a tiny air unit - no AC. This is probably typical for Paris, though. It would have been nice to spend more time on our balcony, but it was filthy with both trash and dirt. The location was nice because the metro was literally right out the door, but expect a ride of at least 30 minutes to get to the Eiffel tower.

The hotel was a bit far away from everything but well connected by metro (around 30 minutes to Concorde at Champs Elysees) which you could consider a good thing because you were away from all the tourist madness and prices that come with it. Definitely try the kebab place close to the hotel for a midnight snack:) Hotel room was clean and nice and service was also very good except for one guy (the non-white guy to be politically correct) who was super rude. He had a deadly look on his face when we woke him up at 5am to get back to the hotel. We afraid about that already before because he had just ignored all of our questions before. So don't bother asking that guy anything he'll just sniff at you. Others were really nice.

We selected this hotel as it was close to both Gare-de-Lyon and Paris Bercy station which fit our plans well. Stayed two nights, and except for check-in awkwardness, stay was pleasant. Very nice neightborhooid for just walking around, just outside of main tourist attractions (but they are 15 min metro ride away) great Friday market, Parc Bercy is BEST park in Paris and ALL LOCALS, Bercy Village was fun, Promenade delightful, and nice floating bars on the Seine 15 min walk from hotel. Well priced for offering.

Well placed hotel next to the metro stop Dugommier. Affordable and clean. The rooms are small but work well for sleeping.

chambres propres mais à rafraîchir (armoire branlante, abat jour cassé, oreillers à remplacer...) - ampoule à remplacer dans le couloir - service petit déjeuner très médiocre à revoir entièrement (petite salle au sous sol sans ouverture où le service ne suit pas du tout, gare aux lèvent tard !) Bon emplacement de l'hôtel avec proximité station métro.

Bon emplacement à côté de la gare de Lyon, et surtout de Bercy (j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel car j'allais à un concert). Le service est correct, mais le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce que s'est (8.50 euros)

Un hôtel où nous reviendrons :notre fille habite à 200 m de l'hôtel qui se caractérise par un excellent acceuil.

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione, nel centro di Parigi a due passi dalla metropolitana. Diventa così molto facile visitare Parigi in piena comodità. Rispetto ad altri hotel parigini frequentati, è sicuramente migliore per quanto riguarda l'arredo e l'ampiezza delle camere. L'unica pecca è un wi-fi gratis, ma con un segnale debolissimo per le camere posizionate su Rue Chareton.

Vi kom på hotellet litt før midnatt. Etter avtalen skulle vi få en ekstraseng på rommet. Vi fikk beskjed om at det ikke fantes flere senger og at de ikke kunne gjøre noe med det. Det endte opp med at 3 stk måtte sove i 2 enkeltsenger. Dagen etterpå var det mer serviceinnstilte folk i resepsjonen. De ordnet seng for oss og hjalp oss med å legge planer for dagen. Da vi kom var det masse hår i badekaret på rommet, men utenom det virket det som det var rent ut hele oppholdet. Fint område rett ved metrostasjonen, dagligvarebutikk og flere frokostplasser.

Satisfatório dentro daquilo que estávamos dispostos a pagar. Boa localização, de frente ao metro, quartos limpos e atendimento adequado ao padrão francês. Valeu a pena e recomendado.

Ottima posizione, metro sotto l'hotel..comodo, pulito e camera abbastanza spaziosa. Ero già stata in questo hotel e non mi sono pentita di essere tornata. Le aspettative sono state rispettate

Peu dormi, lit de mauvaise qualité.

Clean,. cute and small hotel, just next to the metro station. Friendly staff. Monoprix just across the road. Can reach city center within 10 mins by metro.Very convinient location. Would recommend!

위치는 리용역에선 걸어서 십분정도 이고 다른역에선 바로 앞임 위치는 괜찬은 편이고 직원들도 친절한편이지만 첵인 시간이 좀 엄하고 와이파이 역시 로비에서만 가능함. 방은 청결한 편임

Hôtel confortable avec un personnel très serviable et aimable, proche de la gare de Lyon (5 minutes avec le 87 dont l'arrêt est quasi devant l'hôtel) et du POPB (moins de 10 minutes à pied et 2 minutes en métro).Le métro est à 30 secondes et le quartier plutôt agréable. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le seul point négatif c'est le bruit fait par la circulation (mais pas trop gênant)
