Very welcoming, they upgraded me to an executive room without my asking.

Very good

Good location,near all transporation. Noise barrier is not so Good, was disturbed by the neighbours in the mid of night. Lobby is big and nice. We have been upgraded to the huge room, but the lighting is not enough.

I was there for a few days for business and was satisfied by the hotel, price and location.

TERRIBLE - No air conditioning - unit was broken and they did not fix it after I made them aware of it three times. The maid service was not good. Overall I would not recommend it or stay there again!!

Very good hotel for the price. Well located downtown. I would definitely recommend it.

I was going on a trip to Montreal for my birthday, and booked 2 rooms at a decent price, pre-paid on hotels.com, for myself and friends. Once I got to the hotel, however, they charged me an extra $100 fee at check-in, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. Worst shower I've ever had in a hotel, very low water pressure with an inconsistent temperature. The TV remote didn't work. And, there were no heavy drapes in my room. The room was very bright once the sun came out, and I couldn't really sleep well past dawn.

Only stayed short time but overall it was Nice.

The front desk clerk was cheerful and nice. Check in was easy. The elevators are fast enough and the parking garage had ample room for large vehicles. We went to a hockey game and the Bell Centre was about 2 blocks away. St. Catherine St was also 2 blocks away - several restaurants within the same distance - we ate at the Bar-B-Barn on Guy St, 1 block away and that was great. The only thing I was not pleased about was the shower water temp was not nearly hot enough. It was warm at best - so if you don't mind a fairly cold shower, this place is fine.

Hotel is always friendly and reliable. Spacious rooms. Very close to Concordia University so the neighborhood and nearby restuarants are not the finest, but a good variety and affordable. Still a 10 minute walk to the metro or into the downtown area. The hotel is not geared towards tourists but works well for the business traveler, including free wifi.

My wife and I would recommend this hotel to all. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves greatly. Thanks

I thought when I got to my room that being opposite the elevator would be a noise issue; it was not. Perhaps the hotel was not full on those 2 nights? The room was comfortable and Le Nouvel is situated on the edge of the downtown core on Rene Levesque Blvd. I walked to McGill University without any issue. The front desk did a courtesy call the first evening to be sure that everything was in order.

Well.. I had ordered two queens and instead i had a king size bed , a cot and a couch that pulled out into a bed for three people??.. I ordered about 3 or 4 months ago and i was told they had no double queens which i had ordered long before. Very disappointing. The location is good but overall I don't think i will be staying there again anytime soon.

The hotel is convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars. In a street facing room, the street noise could be loud in the night with sirens, car horns etc. There were some areas of the hotel that could use some upgrade but our room on the 8th floor was very comfortable. The price through hotels.com was right for someone either there on business or pleasure. The restaurant was ok but nothing special - it was dated. Lucy at reception was extremely nice and checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we had what we needed - very much appreciated.

Large clean room. Easy walking to commercial center.

Really enjoyed it.The only negative aspect, if I could call it that, is the fact that parking fee was not included. Usually, parking is included. Besides that, it was super. Also it was the first time that I used your service--Hotel.com--and it won't be the last. Thank you very much!

Served our purpose well. A comfortable place to rest your head after a hockey game and a few beers.

I went to Montreal for a Canadiens game and this hotel is within walking distance of the Bell Centre. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, pointing out great eateries tourist attractions.

If I wasn't told once but 10 times remember no smoking in your room...The lady at the front desk was not the most pleasant when we checked in...also was there no mention that we would have to pay for our parking in addition to our night stay!

The staff at the hotel was very nice and very helpfull. I think hotel needs a little TLC regarding bed sheets and TV but location was very convenient next to Concordia residence.

Our stay was good, the staff were very efficient and attentive to your satisfaction.

I was just in town for one night, but they did upgrade me to the "executive" floor. Very nice room, although the view wasn't much to the south (just of the condos next door). Location seemed pretty convenient, was able to walk to a good coffee spot on Mackay.

Excellent hotel, clean room, friendly staff. When we got there we got a room upgrade from a double to a small condo..!! Located in Montreal Downtown heart, sky is the limit…

I don't think I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends , Internet didn't work, leaky pipes ,room smelled like stale cigarettes

Very quiet despite being on a busy street, close to everything. If you look, you can find parking on the street, but there is also paid parking right behind the hotel. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful.

It is a very nice Hotel-my room was not ready and then when it was it was not the size bed I wanted, but took care of me and upgraded me to a very nice room. The only problem I found was it was not dusted very good. The location was good for the subway - bus and of curse the shopping I was a single female and felt very save. I would stay here again.Thank you RGH, Canton, MI

The hotel is great, easy to find, easy parking. Keep in mind traffic in downtown Montreal is heavy and lots of construction delays. Avoid any travel at peak times. EG: taxi fare to Old Town at 5PM was $40, at 11PM it was $17.

Good value for the money.

some confusion about the availability of one of the rooms when we arrived although it was prepaid, matter soon resolved. We had to ask each day for a facecloth each. Otherwise everything was fine.
