فندق قديم يحتاج للتجديد. الغرفة نظيفة، مع ذلك، هناك أوساخ على الستائر وأغطية السرير. لم أدرك هذه الأوساخ على الأغطية قبل نهاية إقامتي. كان يجب تغيير الغرفة حيث كانت الضوضاء رهيبة بسبب البار عبر الشارع. هناك الكثير من النزلاء ممن اشتكوا من المكيف والضوضاء وما إلى ذلك. شعرت أنني دفعت أكثر بكثير مما تستحق هذه الغرفة. الموقع رائع، قريب جدًا من جميع وسائل المواصلات. كذلك كنت أشعر بالأمان التام عند السير في الليل.

كان طاقم العمل بالاستقبال متفاوتي المستوى. اثنان ممتازان والآخرون أقل. حالة الغرفة سيئة. المناشف قذرة والبار الصغير بلا محتويات. كذلك فمكتب الاستقبال قذر. والأزهار البلاستيكية قذرة. قرأت أنهم قاموا بتجديد. أعتقد أنهم لم يستكملوه. لا يستحق المال المدفوع (خاصة وأنه ليس بالقليل)

الفندق قذر للغاية. المصعد لا يسع أكثر من شخص أو شخصين في كل مرة. لن يكون الأمر جيدًا إذا أقمت بالطوابق العليا. الخدمة مشجعة. طاقم العمل متعال وغير متعاون. الأمر الجيد هو الموقع، قريب من مترو الأنفاق. ولكن عبر الشارع هناك حانة مزعجة للغاية تجعلك مستيقظًا حتى الصباح الباكر والسكارى يتقيؤون في الشارع. للأسف لم تكن تجربة جيدة على الإطلاق!

هذا فندق رديء من جوانب عديدة. في الليلة الأولى، كانت غرفتي في الطابق الأرضي والضوضاء لا تحتمل. قاموا بمساعدتي وتغيير الغرفة إلى أخرى في الطابق السادس أفضل بكثير من جانب الضوضاء وتطل على شارع دو مونتبارناس الجميل. ولكن السجادة كانت رديئة ودولاب الملابس به رائحة قذرة. كذلك لا يعمل المكيف بشكل جيد، وكذلك مجفف الشعر. كذلك لم يمكنني التمتع بخدمة إنترنت لاسلكي منتظمة. لم أشعر بالتأكيد بجودة هذا الفندق قياسًا بالسعر المدفوع. ولكنه يقع في شارع لطيف، يشتهر ببيع فطائر الكريب ولا يبعد كثيرًا سيرًا من الحي الخامس والحي السادس.

24 hour reception checked us in quickly when we arrived late. Great location opposite a nice pub with great range of beers and close to metro (5mins walk). Bathroom was really big surprise, brand new and very comfortable. Large double bed for a small hotel, room well heated and window openable. Overall great value compared to some other hotels in Paris.

I liked this Hotel; it was simple, clean, and very close to worthwhile sights. I wished the man at the front desk had been more helpful when I had questions. But I would stay again.

Run down and poorly maintained. Rooms were small. On the other hand, the housekeepers did their best to keep the hotel clean and it had a great location. Would not recommend to anyone.

close to tgv station and restaurants, about the same quality as a comfort inn or a red roof inn - middle of the road and not too expensive - was clean

Although the location is good, with lots of restaurants and theatres nearby, the hotel itself was a big disappointement. On arrival, we discovered the room had twin beds instead of a double bed; the receptionist couldn't care less. The room and bathroom were also in need of an upgrade, and our overall impression was that the hotel did not deserve its 3star rating.

Do not stay here, the staff is beyond rude. The room was the size of a phone booth. When I went to check out the puddy man with the prince valiant hair tried his hardest to find extra charges. I never ate at the hotel or used any services. He gave me the third degree and initailly charged me for breakfast every day. After he tried to charge me for breakfast everyday and that did not work, he tried to say I had multiple people in the room. I never even had a visitor. I literally got the third degree and did not deserve it. VERY VERY AWFUL EXPERIENCE I am a 50 year old man traveling alone to a friends wedding. The other wedding guests stayed at much nicer hotels. I never ever had anyone even set foot in the hotel. My room was on the first floor and I had to pass the front desk they would have seen anyone let alone multiple people. Then he tried to charge me for internet usage. I did not bring a laptop or cell phone on this trip - I had no need for internet. It was a horrible experience. If they had not been so awful at the check out I could have overlooked that the cleaning service kept opening my window on the first floor everyday leaving my room open for theft. The total rudeness of the final check out was the last straw.

Really nice location near 4 lines of subway. The hotel was good and staff polite. We had great time in Paris.

We arrived 1h earlier than the checkout time. We left the luggage at the trolley of the reception and left. When we arrived back at the hotel at 10 in the evening the luggage was still 1meter from the door! At every hotel I stayed they would put my luggage in my room once it was done so I had a big surprise this time, did not find it safe at all (even with cameras because it was too close to the door) I doubt they would run after someone and not always someone at the reception anyway! The room was nice and comfortable, however the bathroom was horrible. Very old including sink and small shower. No lift and 2 floors up the stairs. It actually said in my reservation that the room was sound proof however they put us next to a construction!! We came to Paris for an special event at night and were expected to wake up just before checkout but could not sleep from 8 in the morning because of the construction and at 10 they started banging on the door to wake us up!!! We did not ask for wake up call. We had our own alarms PLUS the noise from the construction. The men at the reception was the rudest person I ever met in Paris. I usually stay in Saint-Germain-des-Pres but the hotels I like were fully booked so I gave this one a chance. Thought the price was cheaper due to the location but no, everything is under the level I expected for a 3 star. This hotel can be only a 1-2 stars if any!

We were very surprised to see that the hotel room didn't look like it does on internet. The room was dirty and there was hair in the bed. The air was not fresh so we had a hard time to sleep. The service was not so friendly. The only good thing was that we felt fair treated by getting upgraded after a bad experience. The location is one of the best in Paris. Many metro stops around.

Location of the hotel was wondeful, (on a street lined with quaint Creperies) close to metro and just steps to shops, cinema, and very decent restaurants of great variety - Korean, Belgian, Japanese, etc . The price was spectacularly cheap, stayed for one night while awaiting guests and check in of our primary hotel. However, two things stood out to cloud the otherwise very positive stay in this little hotel -- the front desk staff - a youngish man, who, beyond his "can't do" attitude was excessively rude to all others we saw him interact with. He also charged us and a number of guests (after the fact without warning) 2 euros per bag kept prior to or after check out. Don't mind paying, but do mind being given a choice. The room we were given was up two flights of narrow stairs (for kicks think we counted 36!) and with luggage, we were glad we brought only small baggage. The shower, I kid not, was so small it was not possible to turn around inside it without banging one's arm. Overall, however, these inconveniences or unpleasantries aside, location was fabulous and price was outstanding. Hotel was clean and simple.

The neighborhood is lovely. The hotel is dirty, the rooms are smaller than the pictures suggest. The staff is kind of rude too... I wont recommend it to my friends

A two star hotel with a room twice the size of previous hotels I stayed in Paris. Good neighborhood. Good service. I would want to stay there again.

This hotel was in a good location, close to the Metro which means that we had access to everywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just up the road. Our bedroom was facing a bar that didn't close till 5am so there was a bit of noise, but nothing too disturbing. The room was comfortable and had a good choice of TV channels, some of which were in English. The only problem I had with the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet seat hadn't even been wiped before our arrival, and there were dried-in urine stains on it. The drain in the bath was also blocked which meant that we had water flowing around our ankles when we showered.

I stayed at a room on the top floor. Overall everything looks 15 years older than the pictures on the website. The shower is not clean,but the size is good. The blanket and pillow are very old, sheets are OK. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops close by. It is easy to get on the Metro.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights here in January. It was about as we expected for the price. The room was small and cozy. The hotels staff was able to check us in early which was nice but other than that, they weren't all too friendly compared to other places we've stayed. Be prepared to pay 5 euro for internet service. The location was great in relation to the metro and getting around was easy, however, we later learned that there really aren't a lot of good places to eat in the immediate area (or maybe we just couldn't find them). A later stay in a different part of town proved to be much more enjoyable for the two of us but we had to pay more for that hotel. So if you are looking for a decent hotel at a good price with access to all of paris, this is your hotel. If you can afford another $50-$60 per night, it may be worth it to stay somewhere else.

The hotel is basic, nothing fancy, small rooms, beds are a bit unconfortalbe but acceptable. The decor is run down, but if you want a basic room to sleep in and see Paris, its is very well located , near metro, good restaurants and sights

樓梯很小還沒燈，電梯超慢之外還壞掉樓層按燈不會亮，房內冰箱鎖住不能用，跟他們說他們回答鑰匙不見了，害我要放餐廳冰東西還要冰箱～鄰居很吵笑的太大聲 房間也小到爆炸 大概台灣一星都不到，不會再住第二次

Helt ok hotell i Paris, til grei pris. Beliggenheten ved Boulevard du Montparnasse er helt fantastisk!

ok men små rum, det duger att sova i om man ändå ska spendera tiden på stan...

Veldig små rom. Rengjøring tror jeg ikke de vet hva er. Irriterende å be om ekstra handkle sett hver dag, enda vi hadde dobbeltrom fikk vi kun ett sett rent pr dag. De ansatte var meget hyggelige og upåklagelig service i resepsjonen.

Beliggenheten er bra, hotellet ligger nært kinoer, kjøpesenter, kaféer og med gangavstand til parker, og forsåvidt eifeltornet. Rom som vender mot gaten får noe støy fra pubbene nedenfor, og hotellet "rister litt" pga. metro eller tog som tydligvis går under hotellet, men det er lite trafikk utenfor. Hotellet er noe nedslitt og kunne trenge oppussing. Renholdet var litt så som så og hadde nok vær bedre nytt inventar.

Servicekvaliteten i bund, ankom som aftalt kl 21, måtte ringe 3 gange på klokken og ventede 30 min før jeg fik kontakt med nogen, endelig kom fruen i morgenkåbe og tjekkede mig ind.

Accueil très agréable, personnels vraiment sympathique

モンパルナス駅のすぐ近くにあり、レストランやショッピングにとても便利ですが、ホテルは古くてあちこちが壊れているし、清潔感もありません。ただ部屋の暖房はきちんとしていて、快適でした。

Si vous aimez le bruit jusque tôt le matin et une propreté plus que moyenne, voici un hôtel de 3 étoiles (???) à recommander.

Cet hotel à toutes les qualités pour une nuit dans le cadre d'un usage pro. Il est proche d'un des plus vieux restaurant de Paris, la Coupole, qui est également un lieu très sympatique.

Accueil correct (hôte étranger). Propreté ok. Chambre avec lit double : en fait 2 lits joints avec des draps de 140 ! TV : déconnectée. Baignoire : bonde hs. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Porte et fenetre trop pourrie + papier toillette trop bizar pas compris et couverture pas propre bref pas un trois etoiles pour moi.

.Its very old, everything stinks, are broken. The room was dirty, with a umberable smell of cigarets and mold. The carpet was spotted. The forniture was old and broken. The refrigerator didn t work. The bathroon probably never been renewed. The tiles were broken and 60`s blue. The shower was so small thet you couldn t move. The toilet discharge didn´t work at all. Evething was wrong. i got very desapointed.

Nous regrettons amèrement le choix de cet hôtel qui nous à gâchés le séjour. Personnel à l'accueil peu concerné par le confort de ses clients et arrogant, les chambres ne ressemble pas du tout a celles présenter sur les photos.Chambre très bruyante soit à cause du métro, soit de la conversation de la chambre voisine, soit des toilettes qui fuient.Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, qui donne une mauvaise image de la France aux touristes étrangers.

Vi overnattede tre nætter på hotellet. Sengene var fine, værelset var fint i det hele taget et helt ok hotel til prisen. Vi boede på et værelse ud til gaden, lige overfor en bar, der havde åbent nærmest 24 timer i døgnet, vi hørte intet til det. Det rumler lidt, når togene kører igennem metroen, men det er ikke noget man som sådan lægger mærke til. Der er fladskærmstv, en minikøleskab (der skal sættes til) og bankboks på værelset. Derudover er der badekar på badeværelset. Vi spiste ikke i hotellets restaurant, da området omkring hotellet bugner af lækre restauranter, cafeer og butikker, så vi ville hellere ud og opleve. Selve området hotellet ligger i er genialt. Montparnasse tårnet ligger i baghaven, der er to metrostationer i nærheden og en banegård. De fleste af receptionisterne kan en lille smule engelsk, men det skader ikke bare at kunne en anelse skolefransk. Alt i alt er rigtig fint hotel til ikke særlig mange penge. Da jeg ikke er typen, der vil have et vildt fint hotel, fordi jeg hellere vil ud og opleve byen er det her hotel helt fint. Hvis man er typen, der tilbringer længere tid på hotellet, kan man måske ønske noget, der er en anelse bedre. Kunne sagtens bo der igen.
