I left!

Without question, the worst hotel/motel I've ever been in--and I've been in some bad ones! No heat, no blankets, no pads under the sheets (sheets not tucked in, just placed on top of the mattress,. so all came loose). No TV, no lock on the door. No curtains on the window, just an old, not working vertical blind that provided no privacy nor kept out the light from the outside signs and street lights all night. Don't go there !

Drug deals in the hall way, and blood on the sheets. I left immediately. Avoid this place at all costs.

My stay was ok, but the hotel lacked alot of necessities, towels,wash clothes,ice bucket,air conditioning,ect. Overall stay was pretty decent.

The hotel needs updating. Staff rude, hotel room was dirty and had a odor. No wash cloths in the room. Just despicable!!!!!

The motor inn is in a great location but the quality of the rooms are poor. The rooms are not disgusting or anything like that just not well maintained. The building has multiple leaks and stains in the ceilings from past leaks. The shower in my room didnt work, there was a big iron burn in the middle of the carpet. The bed wasn't made properly (missing pillowcases). I would not recommend staying here to anyone with children or anyone looking to stay for multiple nights.

The customer service sucked , key didn't work the first room the attendant gave me and then sends me off to another room that is dirty . The elevator takes forever and sometimes the button don't work .

A disgrace to be on your list. Would not want my worst enemy to stay there.

This hotel is filthy, and the service is horrible. It needs to shutdown.

Parking is dicey, elevators old and rickety, walls thin, other room door closings shake beds, no temperature adjustment, beds hard, dim lighting, fluky shower temperatures, non-working room phone, broken TV remote, non-opening dresser drawers, advertised WiFi doesn't reach room. I'm not picky -- all I want is a night's sleep -- but this is not the place to stay.

The staff is ridiculously careless and shows no interest in customer's experience. The rooms are dirty, with poor heating system & no service. This place should be closed!

overall the inn is great you need help n the hksp dept would love to work for you did that job for 15yrs you need help in maintenance to . thank you

Only extreme good humor kept us going throughout this stay. We picked this hotel because it was a cheap half-way point from Boston to Washington, D.C., our final destination. We literally needed a bed and a shower for a night, no complaints there. No bedbugs. Our *first* stab at a room was on the 4th floor, and the bed has already been used. Went down to the very nice and apologetic desk clerk to get a new room, and that one at least hadn't been used yet. However there was only one towel in the whole place, and one washcloth that was hung (looked used) over the shower rail. Down again to the nice desk clerk. There is about a two-inch gap underneath the door to the hallway which gives no comfort as to security, and the walls are so thin it was easy to hear the normal-level of conversations next door - even what episode of television they were watching! That gave the low level of comfort, it was hard to sleep hearing the noise next door. However awful the conditions, there were no bugs, the shower was fine, and none of our stuff got stolen. We have camped in worse places.. and that's about as good as the review gets :)

It Took a Whole Night for the Heat To Start Workin.

We checked out in one night the hotel was so uncomfortable. The people working in the hotel were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is in terrible condition and the rooms are substandard. I would suggest the owners fix the entire place up or sell it and have another business put up here.

The staff that I dealt with were courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean but looked run down. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Couldn't adjust the room temperature to be comfortable. When I took a shower, the shower curtain was mildewed and I couldn't set the water so it would stay at a comfortable temperature. It kept ranging from scalding hot to freezing cold. Would I stay here again? Only if I absolutely had to.

Room was filthy. Stains all over the carpet and it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The sheets had dark stains and smelled as if they'd been used for weeks. I was seriously concerned about bringing home bedbugs. Wireless didn't work and the person at the front desk was very rude when I called and asked about it. There were people drinking and smoking in the hallways. The shower didn't drain. The toilet didn't flush without holding down the handle. The police were called in the middle of the night to handle a disturbance in the hall. Two men were taken away. I didn't even bother asking for a wake up call. I picked this hotel because it was cheap and I didn't expect much, but it was considerably worse than I expected.

Zero maintenance......Zero services

One of the worst I have ever experienced. Too small. Old. Smelly. No microwave. No refrigerator. Old tv with unworking remote. No coffee. No hair dryer. Drawers that didnt work. Heater that blew cold air. No snacks. No continental breakfast.

Made the huge mistake of booking a room here without reading any of the reviews first. This place is terrible. We walked in and got checked in quick enough but when we got to the room it was a HUGE let down. Everything was dirty. there were no covers on the bed just a sheet. when I asked for a sheet I was denied. Really?! Also the whole time I thought me and my friends were going to get murdered. we didn't, but still DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE

Service was horrible, manager was rude, and rooms were unclean and uninviting.

A convenient location does not mean you have to settle for no hot water, heating, towels, TV and unclean rooms and hallways. Management had us change rooms three times during stay to rooms that would have some basic necessities but lack others. I'm surprised it passes building inspections.

Don't come here for your wedding night, but if you're just looking for an affordable and clean hotel this is a good choice. We had no issues here. There's limited parking, but the hotel staff will help you find somewhere.

No bathroom fan, cool air creeps in between the half inch gap between each side of the room door. Most of the rooms are open and being stripped and worked on, which is well overdue.

worst hotel i have ever had! the first room i was given had not been cleaned at all the next room was freezing cold and the heater only had an on off switch and when turned on the thing made more noise than heat.i decided to give it some time to warm up so i went to get some dinner was gone about 2 hours.when i returned the room was still freezing,when i call the front desk they told me to give it more time gave it another hour then requested to be moved to another room at this time they said i had been in this room to long and the could not move me i went crazy mad! attemted to take a hot shower and when i turned on the water the walls stated leaking water onto the floor nrver seen anything like this.then i tried to shave and when i pluged in my beard trimmers i found out that the outlets didnt work frot desk only said there was no maint. on duty at that time. i could tell more but i think my message is clear DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE

Room on 4th floor had no access to advertised Wi-Fi. Had to use lobby adjacent registration desk for internet access. Chinese toilet wasted water and time by constantly becoming obstructed, requiring a plunger and multiple flushes. Bathroom lacked any shelving or counter and lacked towel racks. There was no hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Remodelling noises began promptly and loudly at 7 AM. No maid service was provided the first day of 6-day stay. Four of the six drawers in the room could not be opened. There was no room thermostat. One facecloth provided for two guests. The shower & television worked.

i feel sorry for whoever pays the full price to stay there! luckily i stayed there half off from a black friday deal! and it was good for what it was...a place for me to screw my side girl! if you are going there for that you have the right place. but hopefully not at their regular rates. service was poor, the overall look was not good but the room itself wasn't bad.

A leaking tap, a hair between the bedsheets, and dirt on the carpets. Cleanliness and maintenance need more attention. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay and the nearby facilities.

Hotel was not clean. Did not want to touch anything in the room. No working electrical plugs in the entire room.

No controlled heat or air in room water not hot in morning very old dirty, rude service,probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been n I been to alot

I thought the curtains were too flimsy, the channel is only stuck on the history channel in my room. Luckily, I like history. There were no blankets other than the top one, which I usually toss, since hotels are notorious for not cleaning them. Other than that, the location was good, the bed was comfortable, and overall it was a good cheap place to stay that was about 30 minutes away from city center

The hotel is located in a very conspicuous area that is easy to locate in Philadelphia. (The hotel name seems to be changed to Ritz hotel now). More room cleanliness services needs to be enforced! In conclusion, I commend the staff for efficiency in services.

The bed was not comfortable and there was insufficient bedding to provide warmth. It also had an unpleasant odor. In the bathroom there was nowhere to put anything down and there were only two towels. There was noise from other rooms. I would never return there.

We had trouble finding the hotel and when we called for directions the woman couldn't explain where it was. The room was non-smoking, but reeked of smoke. We had a reservation for our trip back, but cancelled. The location was fine, but this hotel is really due for a major overhaul.

I had questions when I first pulled in and you have to drive in opposite direction than indicated to use their parking garage. You have no idea who is working and who is visiting. Staff not uniformed and looks like a garage operation moved indoors. Room had a box fan, tub with previous users hair included and two tiny hand towels. Also security was of a concern. It was a keyed entry with no internal locking mechanisms to ensure someone could not open and walk into your room. Far cry from the Ritz it used to be.

The hotel was run by a bunch of unorganizerd ignorant people. That tried to tell me that i didnt book 2 rooms at their dirty hotel even though i had two seperate confirmation pages printed out. They then tried to tell me that they wernt responsible for giving me my money for the one room that i paid for back, and said hotels.com was responsible for there mistake. They then found the other room that i booked in a different folder. After they basically told me i was a lyer and got rude with me i got no appolgy for there incompitence. Then there was no parking unless you wanted to get parked in 2 cars deep. Once we got to our room it was hot as he ll with no ac just a box fan. The tv only got 2 channels espn and scrambled mexican channel. The elevators worked very slow, buttons were all smashed up and doors had duct tape holding the metal pannels on. We then locked ourselves outta the room by accident so i went to get a key and i was told that i had the only one and I would have to wait till sunday mourning the day im suspost to check out to mabye get another 1 so i used a credit card to shimmy the door lock which worked. Then the toilet broke in the one room. And ther was large fresh blood stains in the stairway carpet i know it was blood bc the persons bloody tissues were also sitting on the carpet next to the stains which went on 2 floors that was your other opition instead of the elevator this mess never got cleaned up while i was there very unsanitary.
