Very clean and convenient, great deal. All the shopping you want within minutes. Would stay there again.

The hotel was average. The room was large, however, the side of the bed was pushed so far against the wall it was almost impossible to get in and out of bed. I had to kind of slide up from the bottom of the bed to get in and out. Most of the lobby was fine, however, I couldn't understand why the seats of every single chair were thouroughly shredded. It looks absolutely horrible. The seats were leather and they were completely destroyed and should have been recovered a long time ago.

Find another hotel! Tub was dirty....couldnt take a shower. Hair in the bed!Loud..we were on second floor heard people talking and phone ringing all night! did n ot ge any rest!...

The front desk person the restaurants were assessible by sidewalk which we could not find. The bed was right next to the wall; with the two os us one of us had to crawl over the bed to gain access to thereat of the room. Also the front desk person was not at all professional during check out procedure.

Nice, comfortable room. The location was a bit quirky. Read previous reviews regarding dinning area chairs claiming they looked as if they were "attacked by rabid wolverines." I not sure but perhaps that is some sort of artisitc design gone wrong, however we're in agreement they need to go.

In the same parking lot was the coolest fun center. My family loved it after being in the car for so long. The room was nice and the beds were really comfortable. The only cons were that the whirlpool wasn't working and we ad chosen the hotel hoping there was a pool or something for kids and the didn't offer breakfast early enough for us since we left early to beat traffic. Overall..we will stay there again!!!

Enjoyed stay but room was lacking a couple of small things when we arrived, i.e. soap and cups. Otherwise was fine and would definitely stay here again. Front desk personnel very nice and accommodating.

My parents and I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area. The hotel was very well maintained, the beds were super comfortable, the breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff were friendly. Only complaint is the same as other reviews. The chairs in the breakfast area really are atrocious; every single one looked like it had been shredded by a rabid weasel! It didn't impact my ability to enjoy the hearty spread of the usual pastries, plus waffles, biscuits, gravy, and eggs, but hopefully management will see enough of these complaints and remedy the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Recently stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, the hotel was a peaceful place to come back to after a long day. The lady at the front desk, Tonya, was very friendly and helpful, she always called us by our names. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area!

The receptionist was really rude when we checked in and out. I complained about the fire alarm beeping ALL night long and all she could say was sorry we will change the batteries!! The batteries should be changed on a regular basis, not when they are told that the alarm has beeped ALL night long. If my husband and son had not slept all night then I would have been calling the front desk and having someone come up and change the battery in the middle of the night!

We had 3 rooms for the weekend. Two of the rooms smelled of cigarettes! We will not stay there again.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff got on my nerves, they kept knocking at the door at inconvenient hours. One knocked and asked for a tip. After I notified the front desk she apologized. Other than that it was a great stay. That breakfast was the best of all the hotels I've stayed in this past year.

This hotel is where I stay every time I come to Kennesaw. The staff is friendly, rooms clean, and it's right next to plenty of shops and restaurants. Not to mention, when departing during peek morning times, it's right next to the highway. Without a doubt the best hotel with the most convenient prices.

The cleaning staff knocked on our door around 9:30 am. Having worked in the hospitality business before, staff is generally given a roster of rooms that are available to clean and a list is kept at the front desk of rooms that become available as guest leave. It is important that the front desk communicate with the cleaning staff throughout the morning so guest are not disturbed.

The hotel was overall good, the food was great. It was nice to have hot food on the breakfast menu. Although the hotel/room was comfortable, I was displeased with how raggedy the chairs were in the dining area. The seats had splits where time and age has shown through. To me it would be embarrassing as a hotel to allow guest to see not one chair in the dining area looking WELL worn, but all the chairs Also, the sofa in the room had big round stains that look like something either spilled or "wetted" the sofa. I did not and would not sit on that sofa. Otherwise, the hotel worked for the purpose that I needed it for.

I enjoy staying here, but it can be a challenge to find the hotel, and don't rely on Apple Maps to get you here either.

I really liked staying here. The staff was nice and friendly, got good nights sleep, enjoyable breakfast, great location with plenty of restraunts for fast on the go and sit down intamite time!!!

We both loved the hotel. It was a very good stay. We hate that the whirlpool was not open. But the overall room assessment was very good.

Both phone out of order, toilet seat broken. Chairs in breakfast area all need replacement.

Very quiet, pleasant, clean and comfortable. 6-10 am generous breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Just 1/4 mile W on Barrett Parkway and another left off Barret Parkway. Look for Costco! Not visible from Barrett Parkway, however, because it's behind the Bowling Alley (with a bar/food and busy night life), right next to Costco. Just a 2-5 min drive to numerous Kennesaw towncentre restaurants and stores and of course easy access to 75. Very firm bed but not hard; plump but not hard pillows; bath had granite counters and power shower head; a few spots of mold on caulking otherwise immaculate. Truly smoke-free rooms. No lingering smoke odor anywhere! Perflect overflow "B&B" for large family weekend events occurring in any north Marietta neighborhood.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast. Would stay there again.

It was fine. I mean the staff was nice. The ice machines didn't work on all the floors. The hot tub was broken. We just weren't overall very pleased.

Overall the room was nice, but the king sized bed was too close to the wall and then A/C unit. In our particular room, if two people are sleeping in the bed, then the person that sleeps on the right side has a tight squeeze to get into bed. The room layout did not much sense to have the bed in the corner of such a large room. There was a lot of empty space when first entering the room that could have been utilized better. The bed was very comfortable. There was not any ventilation in the bathroom so the room was very steamy after a shower. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast awesome. We had hot sausage, biscuits, and gravy. There was a waffle iron and fresh pastries.

friendly staff, would stay again

I make it a policy to stay in the wingates. Always clean, large rooms with all of the business class stuff that you need. The breakfast bar is outstanding and goes above and beyond continental! Fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, pastries, etc.

Really good hotel. Clean, comfortable, good location. Definitely recommend it.

Room and lobby were clean and quiet. Hotel is very hard to find, no signs visible from any main street, get good directions (easy to get to once you make the right turn, just not marked).Maintenance is slipping, spots on 3rd floor hallway carpet, hot tub out for 3 weeks, bicycle looks like it has been broken for years, tears on exercise machine pads. Advertised agreement with local LA Fitness gym not in force, night staff generally clueless and unable to help.

Hotel very clean and was in a good location.

The only complaint was the design of the room (where the bed was located) and air conditioner under the window. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and stayed in different rooms. Each are the same. The air conditioner every time does not push enough air. The person closest to the A/C & heating unit get's the luxury of the A/C because they sleep right on the machine (almost). The other side of the bed does not feel a darn thing. I would recommend moving the bed away from the A/C & heating unit and service the unit in each room.

It was so hard to find the hotel. The only complaint I have

Farther out of Atlanta than I wanted to be, but the hotel wasn't bad and the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful.

Me and my husband had a great stay at this hotel. I would suggest that you hire a more friendlier staff at this location.

Rarely does one find the level of hospitality that we received at this property. From reception, house keeping, grounds keeper and maintenance staff. Everyone was super friendly and offered a pleasant, professional attitude that made you feel welcomed and appreciated. I would go out of my way to stay at this Wingate again when in the greater Atlanta, GA. area without hesitation.
